the "every black cat needs their orange cat" meme duo, or how i personally call them: printer ink duo :> ++ open collabs from alan's server that i participated in recently !!
i see a lot of users pairing blue and yellow together. now while i personally dont ship them (i dont do ships), i do see the appeal :)
context for 2nd spread: ive been laughing my ass off watching several UNhhhh intro compilations so i used those as extra exploration inspos for blue and yellow's dynamic. theyre both silly in their own rights, but i think yellow lets himself loose the most when with blue, thats why the katya+trixie dynamic works (minus the explicit stuff)

Doctor reader teaching 2b about medical stuff?? I don't know, this came up in my head lmao. Yet again, have a great day. :))
This is going to be extremely short.
The Reader added the liquid to the wound then wrapped the bandages around. The Reader breathed out, "And that's how you bring someone back from the dead using only bandages and this common medicine." 2BDamned was impressed, he commented with something like happiness but clearly wasn't, "Great job, I could really use this in the future." The Reader smiles in reply.

Very nervous to request- Can I get 2BDamned or/and Hot Dog Vendor partner headcanons?? It's okay if you decline this request. Have a great day. 🍪
I hope this is good and doesn't clash with anything canon... or messes up your anything.
2bDamned
• He is the kind of kind of guy who likes a person who can just kill him.
• Not that he's not into other kinds of people.
• He just loves to have someone fuck him up... but only in certain scenarios.
• He is also smart. If you like a smart, capable, strong, man, you found him in 2bDamned.
Hotdog Vendor
• He is an honest hard working man. If you want a regular but capable, functional, adult, here is the Hotdog Vendor.
• He is kind to everyone even if they are scary. He wants to be a loving partner and does his best to be so.
• He will give you a free hotdog if you are a friend or closer. But only one per day.
• He loves a chubby partner, they are so soft and huggable.

My #1 post of 2022
Hello writer ^^ I hope you are well. What can I say, I like sad scenes. 2bdamend and Sanford being with their partner as they die.maybe sanford pierced his love's heart with his uppercut by mistake or hank had a fit of rage and ended doc's love.can be one shot or headcanon
Sanford kills his lover
• He tries not to cry but ends up crying and holding the body and crying all over the body. You know the deal.
• He probably killed them by himself by accident. Likely by overusing the hook.
• He never stops blaming himself, it's changes him. Sure, he'll keep fighting and he'll look the same from the outside but he's broken inside.
• Sanford closes himself from the outside, it'll take years to get over those walls.
2BDamned kills his lover
• It was probably an accident and by third hand means. Hank J Wimbleton gets surprised by someone and kills them.
• It's kinda his fault because you know Hank. But he's invested too much of his life to stop this.
• He mourns in silence, never letting himself express his pain. He doesn't cry on the outside. It's slowly killing him.
• 2BDamned blames himself, but he doesn't say it. It's implied by his actions. It's buried under all that well thought out chess game that he is using Hank in.

What Do I Do If The Bank Asks For A Second Appraisal?
Buying or selling a home is always a stressful time. Finding the right house for you is only the first part of the process. Once you are under contract, there is little for you to do but to play a long game of “hurry up and wait” as you have little control on the events that precede your closing date. The lender is the one that calls the shots, and any delay can be heart-wrenching. Having your bank demand a second appraisal is one of those moments.
There are many reasons why a bank may require a second appraisal. It is not necessarily a deal-breaker, but it will affect your timeline. So, what should you do if your lender requests a second appraisal?
  1. Ask your bank about their reasons to require a second appraisal.
The first thing you should do when learning that you need a second appraisal is to ask you loan broker why. They are the only ones that can point you in the right direction. In many cases, it has nothing to do with you or with the first appraisal being wrong, but it is an extra safety measure for the lender.
The bank should also send you a copy of the appraisal upon request so you can have a better idea of what went wrong.
  2. Find comparables to present to the appraiser
If the appraisal was too low, you could try to find comparables that support your opinion of value. It’s always a good idea to ask for assistance from your real estate agent if needed. In some cases, you can also hire an appraiser yourself (at your charge). Although the bank is unlikely to use the appraisal produced, it will strongly support your case.
  3. Change your loan
The type of loan you are going for will affect the likelihood of a second appraisal being requested. If you are using a conventional loan, second appraisals are rarely needed. However, for government-backed loans, for which the house needs to meet specific requirements before closing (like an FHA or 203K loan), a second appraisal is often necessary to verify that these conditions are met.
If you want to avoid a time-consuming second appraisal, prefer more straightforward conventional loans.
  4. Reduce your debt
If the borrowers increase their debt-to-income ratio prior to closing, by requesting a line of credit to buy furniture, for example, it may affect how much the lender is willing to let them borrow, and the bank may request a second appraisal. A word of caution: if you want to avoid any delay, wait until after closing before buying big items on credit.
  5. Do nothing
In most cases, there is nothing you can do or should do if the bank asks for a second appraisal.
The bank confronts the result obtained by the appraiser to a computerized valuation method called Automated Valuation Method (AVM). This method is far from accurate, especially if the subject property has unique features. However, if the results from the appraisal are very different from those obtained by the AVM, it will raise a red flag, and the bank may require a second appraisal.
Appraisals are only valid for a relatively short time. If you have been running into delays and closing is taking a long time (usually between three and six months), the bank may ask for another appraisal to make sure that the value has not changed.
Finally, the bank may have an issue with the appraisal: if the appraiser has been found incompetent or if a reviewer decided that the appraisal was too high or too low, it is likely that your lender will require a second appraisal.

Tumblr media
(This isn't my art)
Welcome to my page! Here I will mostly post about AVA/AVM but, sometimes, I can post anything else, for example some drawings I do or stories unrelated to stickmen and etc. I will write stories, angst and draw anything about AVM/AVA so feel free to give me some ideas(pls I beg you, give me some ideas to write please my head is empty😭😭😭). Here comes the "Who do I ship?". Well, honestly I ship:
Red🔴xTsc🟠
Blue🔵xYellow🟡
Green🟢xPurple🟣
But I respect all the ships so don't be afraid to share with me, I won't judge:]
Some things about myself:
Name: Sorry but I won't say my real name so just call me Bianca(this isn't my real name)
Gender: I'm a girl so my pronouns are she/her
Birthday: 17 June (Gemini♊)
Hobbies: Singing, drawing, dancing, writing and reading ofc;)
I may have a bad grammar 'cuz English isn't my native language so forgive me for any mistakes I make.
I can speak english, romanian, russian and I'm learning french=]
I love to write stories especially angst (Yeah I know, drama😮‍💨) So pls gimme some ideas 😭
I'm on my phone most of the time so I'll answer all the questions I get.
I don't consider myself talented so my overthinking may stop me from posting a lot of content;<
Anyways, enjoy ♥️
