Appearance and Personality

Appearance: Freya has slender but petite female body build and has pale white skin. She has ivory white long but messy hair which it must have taken good care of despite how long and wavy it was and it reaches behind her legs. She has opera mauve eyes which they can turn into dark navy blue when using her half-myth abilities. Freya is rather a silent-type but is also distance towards other people, she rarely even talks.

Personality: Freya is the youngest child and second daughter in her family but is also a shut-in otaku and technology lover. Besides spending some time with her family along with some useless arguments with her older brother Axel, she mostly spends her time inside her house mostly in her bedroom browsing on the internet, playing videos and also chatting with her friends online, mostly with Yaeko, Akio and Lynette and her team.

She rarely goes outside unless if someone forced her though, when going outside to do something she hides her hair and face with a over-sized hoodie and would also bring her favorite headphones as well. Judging by it she seems insecure about her appearance and rarely shows her face towards anyone but to her family and friends.

She’s rather quiet yet sometimes shy and rarely even talk and will distance herself from others and has a hard time expressing her emotions along with showing her hobbies and gets scared pretty easily, as if she’s mute but she’s not though. Her way of communicating to other people is either sign language if anyone knows how to do it and understand it or just do text in her phone. She’s pretty clever like her bff Yaeko and knows her way of out-smarting other and even roasting them. Despite being quiet towards other people, she can only speak to her half-myth friends and her family only.

Sometimes she’s slightly or rather cheeky or being sly but she has good understanding toward other people’s emotions and knows her way of helping others incase if that’s needed. Freya is in fact wise and sweet but sometimes cute when you get to closer to her, one slightest chance for her to speak to you eventually, her voice sounds a bit high if anyone is curious.

She also works as an active hacker and programmer for SIDC company and has often assisted Lynette and her team when getting any information for the case, she does it in a second and is a pretty fast hacker if you ask me. Since she loves technology she does her way than ever and takes the workload pretty seriously too and nothing is stopping and distracting her until all of her tasks is completed.

Just like a half-myth, don’t mock or piss her off eventually, Freya has slight anger issues and doesn’t have best control of her anger and will lose control easily till she calm downs. Since she has a similar anger problems like Lynette, she knows how to control or not. Just expect her to claw or stab and hang you silently in the shadows.

Despite as a shut-in otaku and technology lover and is also working as a programmer and hacker for a police force company, she can do whatever she can to complete her tasks after her transfer to HSA.

Trivia

-The name ‘Freya’ means the goddess of love and beauty while her surname ‘Hoshino’ is a Japanese name and means 'star field'; habitational name adopted by a family of Shinto priests of the Atsuta Shrine in Owari (now part of Aichi prefecture). Other families descend from the Taira and Minamoto clans. The name is also found in the Ryukyu Islands.

-She's inspired by a few character, Futuba Sakura (From Persona 5), Neptune/Purple Heart (From Hyperdimensional Neptunia), Liones Yelistratova (Hina and Logic: From Luck and Logic) and Info-chan from (Yandere Simulator).

-It appears that she has claustrophobia, fear of tight spaces.

-While wearing her HSA uniform and dorm uniform, she always wear her over-sized hoodie to cover her face and hair, though Yaeko complained about it but couldn’t force her friend to remove it though.

-She and Yaeko have similar hobbies but they do it in different ways.

-Freya can be a little tsundere type of girl but does it silently.

-She takes her SIDC and tasks from HSA pretty seriously but finds it rather stressful but she takes her time on them one by one.

-Seems pretty smart at multi-tasking and knows pretty good and simple solutions for problems depending on the situations, mostly for homework and exams.

-Possible chances for someone to fall in love with her but it would take some time for her to notice it. And she doesn’t know what is it like to be in love with someone though.

-Her insecurity and her shut-it condition might have happened because she was bullied a lot in middle school when she was young until she ended getting trapped inside of a burning building and was hospitalized for about two weeks. This would explain her current condition now.

-Her headphones and over-sized hoodie were presents from her older sister Dalilah, after she was discharged from the hospital.

-She has heart shaped freckles but she hides them with foundation.

-Freya loves any kind and type of anime and music, like an instant but shy fan-girl.

-For her voice actor, Freya has serious but girl-type voice when speaking if she ever tries to do it to someone else. That is why I chose Ogura Yui to be her voice actor, who is a voice actor of the preistess from 'Goblin Slayer'.
