Headache: These remedies aim to alleviate pain from minor headache. For All Doshas: 1. Drink 1 cup hot water approximately 240ml. With 2 tbsp lemon juice inthe morning and before going to bed. 2. Drink lime juice sweetened with cane sugar and 1/4 tsp ground cardamom and a pinch black pepper three times a day. 3. Apply camphor oil to the head as needed. For Vata and Kapha Only : 1. Apply 1 tbsp grated ginger mixed with 1 tsp honey to the tender area as needed. 2. Apply a paste of ground black cardamom or a black pepper poultice to the forehead as Needed. Things to Avoid During Headache: 1. Drinking black tea and coffee. 2. Working too hard or late at night. 3. Straining the eyes. 4. Stress. You should try these remedies on headache.
