I also had the pleasure of allowing our guests to experience @boostfit_classes. I taught daily 25 minute #BOOSTBursts comprising of a track from each of the sections of a traditional #BOOSTfit class and on the last full day of the retreat the ladies took part in a full hour's class. For some of these ladies they had never done anything like this before and it was so fantastic to see their smiling faces enjoying the class and taking each session completely at their own pace. The journey to #selflove is so important and exercise can play a crucial part of instilling confidence and self worth. #BOOSTFit has been designed to look after not only your body but to care for your mental health needs too so it was a perfect fit to be able to share a little #BOOST with these ladies too.
