i am slowly learning some good can come from some bad... not much good can come from lots of pain. but some good can come from some pain.

this milder arm pain interrupts my sleep, which is bad-- lack of sleep can limit my ability to do things. and worst-- it can keep me from being alert enough to drive safely.

however (when I'm alert enough to do something) not being able to use my arms much, i have to sit in front of the computer. so i have long stretches of getting things done. long stretches of focus can help you learn. I seem to have learned a lot today. plus it was cold out, so I didn't even want to go outside. Looking at a similar thing from different aspects can help you see it more clearly. looking at similar things close in time can help you see things you might not have because everything is intense, mind is already thinking of things like it, in a certain mode (of course, you need breaks.) it's similar with writing....

I also learned today I can write with my left hand. arm didn't hurt much yesterday so i may have used it more (idk what this is!) then today aches, burns... so i thought i had better use left hand more even for typing, using mouse. and writing notes on notebook. If I practice, I can learn to write lefthanded (perhaps other things)

not sleeping makes me really try to get a good sleep schedule and learn the sorts of things that help/hinder sleep.

not taking health for granted - i want life to be more holistic, i want to learn what is up so I am at my best - why is my arm like this. why 2 similar injuries. does it have something to do with tension in my shoulders? Should I learn some NON medical ways to alleve anxiety (i am stressed about almost everything... been ilke this for as long as i can remember... since teen years anyway)

So I've been coming up with this theory based on 2020 and I may be able to support it..._ok so every month something bad is announced and other minor things go along with it along the way. And it always seems to be at the beginning of the month and starts to get worse at a later date throughout the year.

January- At the beginning was this very famous person in the Arab side of the world named Soleimani from Iran was killed, and after that...lets just say nothing god came out of that. Later on the 26th, Kobe Bryant. RIP. We all respect him.

February- Corona virus had its name.

March- Air attack in Turkey ; suicide bomb in Tunisia

April- NYC had the most cases.

May- On the 25th, Gorge Floyd was killed. We all respect him.

June- Its not like anything good happened anyways. A bunch of protesters. Lots of CoRoNa

July- On the internet it says...Hurricane Hana. Wow, hurricanes in the middle of summer, what does is new?

August- Fires, lots of fires. I can smell it from here as I type.

see i'm thinking of like. doatk endgame, as i often do. for the sake of the tournament, they can't set it up so a "good ending" in lore is only capable if a non-goner wins, which would indicate making the non-goners of grands into goners in the end anyway. but unless gaster gets really sympathetic or something by the end, a clear villain wins ending won't be all that satisfying from the perspective of us, who've been rooting for the contestants. which makes my mind go to other tournies that badstuffed/killed their losers but had happy endings. the problem being that i can't think of many of those. like, i don't know how live for a/nother day ended(/is going? i Think lfad2 isn't over), ultimus didn't really finish and i don't even care about knowing what went on with it at endgame, mashup week classic you just had to have some fun with the offkeys + everyone else's fuckery went away once the boss was defeated, wtt is nowhere near over (same with tscoty) & it isn't even clear what its badstuff is like. if there's more tourney badstuffs out there then i don't know about them really. so i guess i'll just have to wait for Some precedent to be set somewhere to get good at speculation

I know I am not very verbal with things and opinions out of private convos, but uh,,, wanted to share some things that make me happy??

Seeing any kind of people on the street dressing unconventionally and expressing themselves in a way that make them comfortable in their own skin adds days to my lifespan. But adult guys doing it? Absolutely superb. Even smaller stuff like having fun with beard braids, dying their hair and wearing band tees. With alt fashions (and clothing stores in general tbh) having such a drastic less amount of options in men’s sections, it makes me so happy to see people past their teens still enjoy themselves. I try to compliment people when I see them (but I am incredibly skittish and afraid to come off as I’m flirting. I just wanna be a supportive little lesbian passing by... OTL)  Like, I have a lot of respect. Women and afab people are allowed to fuck around with fashion so much more and I too would hate malls if my only options were the same shirt in 5 different colors everywhere. Helping dad sniff out the one ACDC shirt on our last family trip and actually seeing him excited to wear something?? Makes me wish I had actually known what he liked when growing up. At least I could join him for our tattoo phase.

My go to anti-depression youtube binge is either guys doing alt fashion vlogs or Aurelio Voltaire’s homemaking video series where he makes edgy furniture and fanboys about shoes. Honestly, a hot tip for rainy days. That, or Snakediscovery.
