Kung nais mong maligo at magtampisaw sa malalaking alon ng dagat, saktong-sakto ang lugar na ito sapagkat ito ay tabing dagat at kasama na rin ito sa inyong babayaran.

Mayroon din ditong bilihan ng mga pasalubong at madami kang pagpipilian dito na lahat ay gawang pinoy. Masasabi kong sulit talaga ang aming binayad dito sa dami ng pwedeng gawin at sa ganda ng lugar. TRAVELOGUE : THE PLACE WHERE LAND AND SEA MEETS

Bagac,Bataan the place where land and sea meets it is a place for us to release pressure and leisure. Not only it is famous for their beach resorts but they are also packed with a bunch of heartwarming culture and a series of unique sceneries. Come join me as we travel my hometown at Bagac Bataan.

It was my Birthday January 1, 2022 mom decided that we should go on a family trip to celebrate my birthday. However, what makes this birthday celebration unforgettable is because we are a complete family. Considering this day like an award ceremony with a bunch of people claiming gold medals and a big trophy. We decided to leave Imus, Cavite at 3:00 A.M since travelling in the morning especially in Manila would probably end for us to be stranded in traffic. Cause that would be very terrific if we would not be able to arrive on time. Our first stop is in a SM Hypermarket in Manila where we picked some ingredients for their Grilled Bangus and other foods like Carbonara, Fried Chicken and many more. After we bought a lot of ingredients at the Hypermarket we decided to make a drive thru at McDonalds and I was really Happy because If I let myself get hungry amidst the long travel it could make my stomach angry. I got a Cheeseburger like it was calling my name to eat it and I devoured it over along with fries who were crying because they are getting cold because I ate the Burger first rather than eating them first. At some point at 5:00 AM we had a stopover at a gasoline station were we filled our tank well it's because the car is thirsty and he wants to drink of Unleaded Gasoline. After that we are driving as fast as flash in the Northern Luzon expressway or what do we call NLEX and my friend who is a gay and he said that "Ebarg naman kabilis itey na car di ko na keribells bhieee nahihilo na em" and we all Just laughed because he's not used to this kind of travelling since it's his first time traveling from Imus, Cavite to Bagac,Bataan.

All people in the van fell asleep including me and all I can hear is that the van going 'vroom' and I felt the car traveling the never-ending expressway. At 7:30 A.M I got awake and I see that we are at Pampanga, the home of Delicious Processed foods and delectable delicacies like The San-Nicolas Cookies which my mom bought from a local vendor for only PHP 50.00 per pack and it was really sweet and tangy because it is a shortbread made from butter and coconut milk. 8:50 A.M when we came across a Signage and there was a written text scribbled in it and it was "Welcome to Bataan" all people in the van Exclaimed their excitement and can't contain themsleves as if they wanted to go out of the van, but of course we are not yet in our destination.

As we drove to our destination driving, to Bagac Bataan was not an easy feat because there so many mountainous roads like it's a very steep and high and low slopes as well. Driving towards to our destination should be careful yet cautious because it's very slippery since it rained there when we arrived at Pilar, Bataan as we travel across the Pilar, Bataan we saw a mountain with a huge Cross on its as big as the Christ the Redeemer in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil which caught everyone's attention. A few hours passes by and everyone was so mesmerized with the breathtaking scenery like forests, the mountains, every people were having this kind of mindset, like they been in another country because they never been into something like this before since they are so used with busy highways and streets unlike in Bagac were streets and Roads were filled with whistles of wind and trees that greets them whenever our van passes through each one of them.

After 5 hours of travelling from Pampanga to Bagac,Bataan there we came across the tower that secures the bonds of Japanese and Philippines it is called the "Friendship Tower". After taking pictures in the Friendship Tower we are able to Arrive safely to the Hotel Resort that my parents made a reservation in. It is the Villa Dolores Beach And Hotel Resort and it has a lot of amenities that screams "Welcome to Villa Dolores we'll make sure your stay relaxing and memorable"

It has White Sand Beach that tickles my feet and the clear pristine water that is clearer than any eyeglasses that a blind person wears. After removing our things in the Van we are preparing for our lunch since everyone is hungry like they will eat a whole cow. Everyone was enjoying that day until midnight, it was really fun that everyone was playing games, singing karaoke and some are dancing as if this will be the last.

Well there is only one thing that I could say in this whole Family Trip "THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME" Home or what do we call Family. Family is the really place that we can rest our tired heads and escape from reality. For a while it's not bad to escape, just remember Lovelife, work, career, money all of them will soon fade away but family they don't they will be always there whatever path you choose they'll always support you and take care of us like delicate flower like Lily.

Camaya Coast, thanks for leaving me engrossed! Desyembre 3, 2023, sa wakas, dumating na ang araw na aming pinakahihintay para sa aming outing sa Camaya Coast. Halos dalawang linggo din plinano ang bakasyon na ito, syempre, kasama ang buong pamilya. Para marating namin ang lugar nang ganoon kalayo at masulit ang aming binayaran, napagisipan ng aming mga magulang na umalis ng alas-sinko ng umaga, tama naman and desisyon na ito nang nalaman ko na kami ay nakarating sa lugar na ito ng alas-nwebe na. Bakit nga ba ito ang aming napiling destinasyon kung kahit sa Subic Bay hanggang Morong ay marami nang tourist attraction na mga beach? Dahil ang aking pamilya ay nalibot na ang halos lahat ng mga ito, pwede ko na siguro sabihin na mahilig kami mag-outing sa mga resort at beach. Saan ito matatagpuan at bakit ganon katagal ang inabot namin sa biyahe? Ang Camaya Coast ay matatagpuan sa munisipalidad ng Mariveles sa probinsya ng Bataan, Philippines. Ang pinaka beach resort nito ay mahahanap sa Sitio Wain, Barangay Biaan, Mariveles, Bataan, at ang pinaka entrance nito na nasa Bagac-Mariveles Road.

A get-away trip to Bagac’s beach along with my family

I know that feeling - were everyone is tired of the city life and are looking for a change of scenery, whether it is just for a few days or weeks. A get away trip - away from the city life and stress. A place that you may not have visit yet and wants to enjoy a tropical holiday on weekends. Then come and visit Bagac's treasure, a beach where u can experience a stress-free and fun holiday.

Bagac is a place where it is rich on agriculture and aquatic area. As we were passing through the town of Bataan, it feels very nostalgic. The roads are long and the sun was shining. All you can see are mountains, trees, and rice fields. I felt like I am going back to my home town all over again. Going in Bagac the place was quiet and few houses can be seen along the highway. People's houses are somehow very afar from each other and the sky can be clearly seen everywhere you look.The roads were not bumpy and reaching the beach was a long ride. But it did not feel boring because along the way my family plays creative games and has very funny humors.

As we reach our destination, we have entered the Salaman beach resort. The resort was booming as many tourists would usually visit around weekends. So, I suggest to reserve a room ahead of time you and your family is going to visit, since Saturday and Sunday can be very busy.

On the resort we already have avail a room good for 17 people since my family is very big. The room has two rooms along with a two private restroom. The beds where bank bed and each room have air-conditioning. Outside our room was a countless of tables with roofs to protect us from the sun.

But the main reason that we have visited there was the beach. If you and your family is looking for a place where you can relax and refresh then I would recommend to visit the beach. The view of the place was very pleasing, the sunset can be seen clearly and the sound of the waves made my heart relax. The fresh air that was hitting my face felt like a could be free for a moment.

The Bagac's beach was an experience that I will never forget. It became memorable for me and it is a place that you can deepen you bond with your family or friends.

Ang naging solusyon ng aking pamilya laban sa init ng panahon

Buwan ng Marso at hindi maikakaila ang init at alinsangan ng panahon. Sa pag daan ng mga araw, ang aking pamilya ay naisipang pumasyal sa dagat nang maibsan ang init na nararamdaman.

Napagkasunduan ng aking pamilya na ang dagat na aming pupuntahan ay sa lugar ng Bagac, Bataan. Sapagkat isa sa mga madalas na puntahan sa Bataan ay ang dagat ng Bagac.  At dahil hindi ganoon kalayo ang Bagac sa Dinalupihan kung saan kami nakatira, ang biyaheng aming tinahak ay isang oras lamang.

Sa Danlyn Beach Resort ang aming napili kung saan kami mananatili, sapagkat kilala ng asawa ng aking pinsan ang may-ari ng resort na ito kaya naman mas mainam na roon kami nanatili.

Sa pagtahak ng pasilyo patungo sa kaloob looban ng resort, makikita ang gandang tinataglay ng dagat. Makikita ang mga iilang bangka na naka handa at maaaring rentahan ng mga guest ng resort. At marahil tanghaling tapat ang oras nang makarating kami sa resort, nagpasya kami na huwag muna maligo agad sapagkat nakakasunog pa sa balat ang araw at mainit naman ang buhangin.

Kung pagmamasdan ang buhangin ng dagat, hindi ito ganoon kaputi hindi tulad ng buhangin sa ibang dagat na mayroong white sand tulad na lamang ng sa Boracay.

Nang sumapit ang hapon, tinahak ko kasama ang aking mga pinsan at pamangkin ang kabilang banda ng dagat kung saan mayroong mga bato. Nakakamangha ang tinatanging ganda ng dagat dahil sa mga batong nakapalibot dito, dumagdag pa ang pag lubog ng araw na mas lalong nagpaganda sa tanawin ng dagat.

Dumaan ang unang araw ng mapayapa at puro saya lamang ang nasa isip naming magpapamilya, kaya naman sa sumunod na araw. Mas sinulit pa namin ang pananatili namin sa resort.

Amin namang nirentahan ang bangka upang tahakin ang kabilang bandang isla ng dagat na tinatawag nilang "hidden paradise".

Sa kalagitnaan ng aming biyahe, sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari ang bangkang aming sinasakyan ay bigla na lamang tumigil. Kami ay nabahala sapagkat akala namin ay nasira ang makina nito, kaya naman sinisid agad ng mangbabangka ang ilalim ng bangkang aming nirentahan at sinuri kung ano ang naging dahilan sa pag tigil nito. At sa mabuting palad wala naman masamang nangyari at may umipit lamang na plastic na naging dahilan sa pag tigil ng makina ng bangka.

Sa kabila ng mga pangyayari, kami ay ligtas na nakarating sa kabilang isla. At ang pagka abala na aming nararamdaman ay napalitan ng pagkamangha dahil sa ka'y gandang tanawin na aming nakita. Tunay nga na ito ay hidden paradise dahil sa ganda at malinis na tanawin ng isla.

Hindi pa roon natatapos ang kasiyahan naming magpapamilya sa araw na iyon, sapagkat sa pag biyahe namin pabalik napagpasiyahan namin na huminto muna sa malalim na parte ng dagat at mag snorkeling. Hindi maalon ang dagat kaya naman relax na relax kaming magpapamilya sa paglangoy sa dagat.

At sa pagtatapos ng aming araw, siguradong hindi namin malilimutan na busugin ang aming mga tiyan. Kami naman ay tumungo papuntang Floridablanca, Dinalupihan Bataan upang subukan ang sikat na samgyupan na nagngangalang "Oh My Grills".

Sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahalaga natin sa ating pamilya, kahit na tayo man ay dumating sa pinakamababang punto ng ating buhay mayroon at mayroon pa rin tayong uuwian na magiging sandalan natin at rason upang bumangon muli at magpatuloy sa buhay. Sapagkat ang saya na ibinibigay nila ang siyang panghahawakan natin upang tumatag at hindi sumuko.

The province of Bataan has an area of 1,372.98 square kilometres (530.11 sq mi), and covers the entire Bataan Peninsula, a rocky extension of the Zambales Mountains jutting out into the South China Sea, enclosing the Manila Bay. At the northern portion of the peninsula is Mount Natib (elevation 1,253 metres (4,111 ft)) and its surrounding mountains, separated from Mount Samat and the Mariveles Mountains in the south by a pass.

A narrow coastline plain characterizes the eastern portion of the province, while the western coast features many ridges, cliffs and headlands.

On this tour, we went to Las Casas.

Also, we went to Mt. Samat.

The Mt. Samat Shrine or “Dambana ng Kagitingan” was completed and inaugurated in 1970. The shrine is approximately 72 hectares from the foot up to the cross. The shrine consists of the Colonnade and the huge Memorial Cross. The Memorial Cross is a towering 555-meter structure above sea level. It is made up of steel and reinforced concrete and has an elevator and viewing gallery (arm of the cross). The annual celebration of the “Araw ng Kagitingan” at Mt. Samat is the most significant event in Bataan. It commemorates the heroism and bravery of Filipino and American soldiers who offered their lives to defend our freedom and democracy from invading Japanese forces during World War II.

Time travelling back to 19th Century Philippines at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar

“May mga bagay na maiiwan natin sa nakaraan pero hindi ibig sabihin na mababaon ang lahat sa limot”. – I Love You Since 1892

The Province of Baatan is one the most historical places in our country. Aside from being known for the significant historical events like the Death March and Battle of Bataan during World War II, Bataan has also transformed itself as a heritage and cultural hub because of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar which is a heritage resort located in Bagac, Bataan.  

For someone who loves history and architecture, this is a dream come true. I learned about this place from one of my professors in college. I was encouraged when we discussed it in class. I have dreamt of coming here since then. I can’t believe that the “someday” I promised myself finally came.  Each heritage houses here were restored and preserved with pieces from its original structure that has kept its secrets alive through time. It is very surreal. Time travelling to 19th Century Philippines was made possible here because of the heritage conservation efforts of Mr. Jose “Gerry” Acuzar by rebuilding the Spanish Colonial Era Heritage Houses and turning it more than just a resort or tourism destination but also a place for learning history and appreciating our rich Filipino culture and heritage.

This place has also been a filming site of Heneral Luna, Goyo and Quezon’s Game which is why every corner reminded me of it. It was like walking into the film itself and being part of it. If there is a chance that they will be making the film adaptation of the Historical Fiction, I Love You Since 1892, I can imagine it happening here. This is a perfect setting.

We availed the walking heritage tour inclusive of access inside some of the heritage houses, tour guide, welcome drinks, cold towels and free raincoats if it is raining. I will be sharing some of the highlighted structures and heritage houses at the resort as well as some of the things I learned there.

CASA BINAN

Looks familiar? If you watched Heneral Luna, you will remember that this is the courtyard where Gen. Antonio Luna was betrayed and brutally killed in the film. Casa Binan is a replica of the house where Dona Teodora Alonzo, mother of Jose Rizal grew up and lived. You can also feel that a lot of tragic events happened here. After some time, it came to be known as Alberto Mansion. Its house materials and relics were transferred here to recreate the historic house in Laguna.

Each houses once have a small fenced space near the window where they can dry their plates after washing them. Also, they have ventanillas below, a window for more ventilation since electricity, electric fan and aircondition weren’t invented yet by then.

CASA MEXICO

Casa Mexico is a bahay na bato in Mexico, Pampanga. I don’t know why for some reasons, I was attracted to this house. This is my favorite among the ancestral houses at Las Casas. I love its architectural structure and design. According to the story, this house was totally destroyed. However, they were able to save some of its original materials from the junkshop and reconstructed it using old photographs as their guide for its reconstruction. Because of that, it is considered as the “phoenix rising from the ashes”.

CASA JAEN

Casa Jaen was built in 1901 by Hilarion Santiago. It is called the “White House” because it served as the residence of the first mayor of Jaen. Moreover, it bares the crown-like design called “acroterion” or crown callados which is a status symbol saying that the one who lives in the house is rich and prominent. Despite its grandeur, this house also witnessed a horrifying event. Jose Carlos, also a mayor lived in the house, was attacked. The house was strafted from the outside with the attempt for his assassination because of politics. He eventually surrendered by waving a white cloth. The house still stands with the evidences of the gunshots in the bullet holes that marked the horrifying event.

CASA UNISAN

Casa Unisan was owned by Antonio Maxino from Quezon Province whose entire family was murdered. Only the youngest daughter, Carmen was able to escape and survive with the help of their househelper by hiding her in a bayong for dirty laundry. Casa Unisan currently serves as a restaurant offering different cuisines.

With this story about Carmen and her family, I was reminded of the story of the Romanovs of Russia. The animated film “Anastasia” was inspired by the fall of the Romanov Dynasty. It was believed that only Anastasia Romanov and her grandmother survived with the help of a young boy working in the palace. Although debatable whether Anastasia survived, recent results from the investigation of historians has proven that she too died that night.

PASEO DE ESCOLTA

The Paseo de Escolta is a replica inspired from the old commercial structures of the old business district in Manila famed during the 1900s. Currently, it has souvenir stores on the ground floor while the upper floors served as a hotel for tourists.

CASA BYZANTINA

Casa Byzantina can be originally founds in Binondo, Manila. It is a typical structure of bahay na bato that is built to protect the people from earthquake. Its ground floor is built of stone and bricks while its upper storey are made of various Philippine hard wood. It was lease to tenants after World War II and also became the home to 50 families by 2009. It was later restored and transferred at Las Casas to become a luxurious heritage house accommodating more guests with butler service.

CASA LUNA

Casa Luna was built in 1850. It is named after the Luna Brothers, Antonio and Juan. It has also witnessed several significant points in our history. It became a venue for gatherings and headquarter of the United States America Forces in the Philippines of the group planning to capture Gen. Yamashita.

CASA QUIAPO

Casa Quiapo was also known as Casa Hidalgo. It was built in 1867 designed by first Philippine Architect Felix Arroyo. Before it became the first School of Fine Arts of the University of the Philippines, it is where prominent artists like Juan Luna and Felix Hidalgo used to train. The school also gave birth to brilliant artists like Fernando Amorsolo and Guillermo Tolentino. 

After some time, it was transferred to Padre Fausta St. where the building housed a bowling alley, abortion clinic, dormitory, and live sex shows. Las Casas have the building blessed to ward of the negativity because of its past. Currently, the building housed the exhibit of Bellas Artes Project.

CASA BALIUAG

Casa Baliuag was built in 1898. It is located near Baliuag Church and once served as the municipal hall of Baliuag in 1950s. It has an intricate highly floral motif evident in the wood carvings of the fascade. The lower part of the house became the waiting area for Bulakenos bound for Manila. Because many people stood in front of the houses while waiting for a ride, the owner decided to set up a photo studio and post office business.  

TRAMVIA

Before PNR, LRT and PNR, we have tramvias/ streetcar that is steam operated. This is the mode of transportation in various streets of Manila from the late 1800s- mid 1900s. It said that this was once the envy of Asia.

PLAZA DE CASTRO

I was taken by surprise when I saw it in the map and told my friends to see this plaza. I am not even sure if this the one since I suck at reading maps. But I am including this here. I didn’t know we have a plaza here. I feel so entitled and honor to have plaza named after our family. Hahaha joke!

SANTUARIO DE SAN JOSE

This is a replica of Santuario de San Jose, also known as the Balanga Cathedral.

PLAZA MAYOR DE TOBIAS

Of all the stories, I forgot about the explanation for this. It has three women holding different things. I forgot the symbolism in this statue. 

LOLA BASYANG

A homage for Lola Basyang’s timeless tales. Lola Basyang became an iconic image of a grandmother gathering her grandchildren for a bedtime story. Her stories became part of the rich local culture of storytelling that has fascinated generations of Filipinos. Lola Basyang is the pen name of Severino Reyes, founder and editor of Liwayway Magazine.

JONES BRIDGE  

Jones Bridge is just near Lola Basyang’s statue. The Jones bridge is connected to Hotel de Oriente and the other side of the resort with heritage houses. One fascinating detail in this bridge it is that it has statues below of mythical creatures in our Philippine Folklore like tikbalang, engkanto and shokoy.  

HOTEL DE ORIENTE

Hotel de Oriente was originally built in 1889 in Binondo, Manila near Binondo Church. It was considered the first premiere luxury hotel in the Philippines. Jose Rizal once stayed at the hotel after arriving from Hong Kong the moment he realizes it was already too late to go home to Calamba, Laguna. During that time, the hotel is also one of the establishments that has a telephone aside from the Malacanang Palace. When the hotel got destroyed at war, it was restored at Las Casas and became a convention center that can hold up to 1,000 people. It is also where the APEC Summit 2015 was held. This hotel holds so much history.

CASA LADRILLO

Casa Ladrillo is one of the heritage houses that perfectly captured the European architecture. Also one of my favorites. It serves as one of the resort’s vacation houses. It is said that it got its name from the Spanish term that translate to the word “bricks”.

LAMBINGAN BRIDGE

I am not that sure about this one. This is said to be the “lambingan bridge”. When I searched for this, this is what it was called. At the center is like an open well made of steel grills and a romantic place where you can make a wish of the love your hear desires.  

ESTERO DE BINONDO

This is the Estero de Binondo. If you will be availing the package for river cruise in a gondola, you’ll be passing by here. It feels like Venice.  

You’ll get to see the beautiful architecture highlighting the verandas. We often get confused with veranda and azotea/ terrace. The azotea is the balcony that can be usually found infront of the house. While verandas can be found at the back of the house.

LA PUESTA DEL SOL

Another one that looks familiar? In Quezon’s Game, this street was part of several scenes in the film. This is one of the most notable. In fact, most of the scenes were filmed here at Las Casas. I just really can’t help not to fangirl every time I pass by the structures that would remind me of it. Every corner became part of the historic film.  

FRONT BEACH

During summer and when the weather is good, there are inflatables at beach front. Unfortunately, the weather is not that good when we got there. There was a low pressure area so no inflatables. But during summer, it is one of the fun activities here at the resort.

I took photo of this arch instead. Arch of the Centuries? Will it bring me back to 1892? I am having I Love You Since 1892 feels again. This is what happens when you read the book before going to Las Casas. Hahaha

A MILLENNIAL WITH AN OLD SOUL

I grew up fascinated with history and architecture. In fact, it is what really urged me to travel to Las Casas. It became part of my bucket list. I was also encouraged by the historical biopic films like Heneral Luna, Goyo and Quezon’s Game. Just recently, I just read the Historical Fiction, “I Love You Since 1892”. I cannot help but remember scenes from the book and imagine it happening here. I feel like I am Carmela Isabella from the 21st Century who accidentally time traveled to 1892 to rewrite the story of Carmelita Montecarlos and Juanito Alfonso.  

NOSTALGIC

Saan matatagpuan ang Playa La Caleta Bataan?

Matatagpuan sa munisipalidad ng Morong sa lalawigan ng Bataan, mayroon itong 1-kilometrong puting buhangin na dalampasigan sa harapan, malago na kagubatan sa gitna at 3 talon sa likod. Sa kaliwang bahagi ng cove ay mayroon ding 1-ektaryang islet, na tinatawag na Miguelito Island.

Paano makarating sa Playa La Caleta Bataan?

Ang pagpunta sa PLC ay hindi dapat palaging isang espesyal na nakaplanong paglalakbay lamang. Dahil ang PLC ay 2.5 oras lamang ang byahe sa pamamagitan ng mga sasakyan mula sa Maynila (170 kilometro), hindi kinakailangan sumakay pa ng eroplano. Maaaring makarating ang mga mahilig sa beach at kalikasan dito sa anumang oras. Ang PLC ay isang perpektong destinasyon para sa mga lingguhang bakasyon.

Ang PLC Road ngayon ay bukas na, nagsisimula sa highway parking lot sa tabi ng boundary Arc ng Morong at Bagac, Bataan. Ang bagong ayos ng kalsadang ito ay 3km at ang 15 minutong biyahe sa kotse na direktang makakarating sa resort.

Tungkol sa Playa La Caleta Bataan:

Ang PLC ay nagtataguyod ng napapanatiling turismo sa pamamagitan ng buwanang paglilinis sa dalampasigan, eco-camp, eco-brick program, pagbabawal sa single use plastic, tree planting, marine turtle, giant clam at resident eagle conservation efforts.

Naniniwala ang resort na masisiyahan ka sa kanilang resort at kalikasan nang hindi na kinakailangang pang gumamit o magpakilala ng mga hindi natural na pasilidad na maaaring makasira at maka-apekto sa kalikasan at sa natural na ganda ng PLC.

Ang PLC ay nag-aalok rin ng discount para sa mga bata at senior citizen. Para sa mga batang wala pang 7 taong gulang, ang entrance fee ay waived. Para sa mga senior citizen kinakailangan nilang magpakita ng senior citizen card, at 20% discount ang ibibigay sa kanila para sa entrance fee.

Small Barkada Outing

2-storey loft na may picnic hub, sa pagitan ng luntiang kagubatan at tanawin sa harap ng karagatan. Mayroong foldable mattress sa loft level na kayang tumanggap ng maximum na 3 tao maximum. Picnic at dining table sa ilalim.

Overnight Stay- Tree House

2-Storey Tree House na may picnic hub, sa pagitan ng malago na kagubatan at ng fishpond. Mula sa bawat Tree house ay maririnig mo ang huni ng mga ibon. Foldable mattress sa tree house level na kayang tumanggap ng maximum na 3 tao. Picnic at dining table sa parehong antas. Katabi ng tree house ang mga common shower at bathroom stall at common grill area na may mga lababo.

A week of Solitude

1 air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, tokador, mga side table na may mga lamp, working/leisure table at mga upuan. Isang bathroom pavilion na eksklusibo/pribado sa 10 CGT lang na matatagpuan sa tabi ng mga tent at may kasamang mga shower room na may mga heater at rest room. Kayang tumanggap ng tent ng minimum na 2, at hanggang 3 tao ang maximum. Matatagpuan ang mga tolda sa loob ng isang luntiang garden area, na may mga tanawin sa harap ng karagatan, at ilang hakbang ang layo mula sa white sand beach.

Ang mga ito ay iilan lamang sa mga akomodasyon ng Playa La Caleta Bataan. Mayroon rin silang mga aktibidad na maaaring subukan o gawin ng mga turista nila. Mayroon silang outdoor at watersport activities. Ang ilan sa kanilang outdoor activities ay hiking, mtb, beach football, tennis, bonfire, at kids' playground. Para naman sa kanilang watersport activities ay mayroon silang PLC diving, body boarding, inflatables, kayak, sailing, at cliff jumping. Kaya naman siguradong hindi ka mawawalan ng gagawin kapag binisita mo ang lugar na ito.

Ang paglalakbay ko sa lugar na ito ay ang pinaka tiyak ko na hindi ko malilimutan, kahit na napakarami ko ng napuntahan na beach. Itong Playa La Caleta ang pinaka nagtatak sa puso ko, hindi lamang dahil sa mga magagandang tanawin na mayroon ang resort kundi dahil dito kami nagpunta bago umalis ang tatay ko pabalik sa ibang bansa. Iyon na ang naging huling uwi nya, hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin siya nakaka-uwi sa Pilipinas, dahil sa pandemya. Isa lang ang bagay na naituro sa akin ng lugar na ito at iyon ay ang wag sasayangin ang bawat oras na kasama mo ang mga mahal mo sa buhay, bakit? dahil hindi na tiyak ang mga mangyayari sa kinabukasan. Tulad na lang ng nangyari sa amin ngayon, matagal ko ng hindi nakakasama ang tatay ko, at iba na ang panahon ngayon marami ng nagbago, pati na rin sa pamilya ko. Kaya para sa akin ang wag sayangin ang bawat oras na kasama mo ang pamilya mo ang pinaka-realisasyon ko sa paglalakbay namin na iyon.

Paglalakbay Tungo sa Timog-Kanluran

Paglalakbay sa Timog-kanluran

Sa kaarawan ng aking kaibigan, amin itong pinagdiwang sa lugar ng Looc sa Bagac, Bataan. Naging masaya at hindi malilimutan ang isang gabi at dalawang araw namin sa lugar na iyon. Atin na ngang tuklasin kung ano-ano nga ba ang mga magagandang gawin sa Looc Bagac, Bataan.

Ang lugar na aming pinagtuluyan ay sa dagat sa Looc, dito mo makikita ang napakaganda at nakakapanghinahon na tanawin sa Bataan. Nang kami ay nagpunta roon medyo makulimlim ang panahon, na siya namang aming kinasaya dahil mababawasan ang pagkakataon na ang balat naming ay umitim. Ngunit kahit na makulimlim, meron pa ring sapat na init para ikaw ay gumanyak sa pagligo sa dagat. Bago pa man sumilip ang buwan, iyo munang masasaksihan ang ganda ng paglubog ng araw.

Paano Makakapunta sa Looc Bagac, Bataan?

Isa sa mga inererekumenda na paraan ng pagpunta roon ay sa pamamagitan ng pagsakay sa pribadong sasakyan. Dahil na nga dadaan ka sa bundok at papatungo sa dagat, ang pampublikong transportasyon ay limitado lamang, kaya ang pagdadala ng sariling sasakyan ay inrerekumenda.

Pangalawang uri naman ng transportasyon ay ang pag-arkila ng Jeep o iba pang sasakyan. Sa papamagitan ng pag-arkila, masisigurado mo ang transportasyon mula pagpunta hanggang pag-uwi.

Gamit ang mga paraan ng transportasyon na nabanggit, makakarating ka sa Looc Bagac, Bataan sa pamamagitan ng pagbaybay ng mga daan mula Dinalupihan hanggang Pilar bago makapunta sa Bagac. Kung ikaw naman ay galing sa Subic, Zambales, maaari kang dumaan sa Morong papunta sa Bagac, Bataan. Kapag nakita mo na ang Friendship Tower, ikaw ay kakanan at tatahakin ang mahaba na diretsong daan, at bago magkurbada ang daan ikaw ay maaari nang lumiko pa kaliwa at tahakin muli ang mabako at makitid na daan pababa ng bundok para makarating sa tabing dagat. Para mas mapadali pa ang iyong pagpunta, maaari mong ilagay sa waze ang Jaime Hilario Integrated School – La Salle, na katabi mismo ng Looc beach resort.

Base sa aming ginawa, kami ay nagtayo lamang ng tent sa tabing dagat na pinapahintulutan naman ng awtoridad.

Mga Aktibidad na P'wedeng Gawin sa Looc Beach Resort

Manguha ng litrato kasama ang magagandang tanawin. - Hindi mawawala ang pagkuha ng litrato kapag ang isang tao ay naglalakbay. Kaya naman ang one-to-sawa na pagkuha ng litrato ay maaari mong gawin sa lugar na nabanggit. At ang iyo pang makakasama ay ang mga magagandang tanawin na inihahandog ng kalikasan.

Maligo sa dagat. - Dahil na nga tabing dagat ang ating destinasyon, huwag mo nang palampasin ang pagkakataon na lumusong sa tubig-alat. Namnamin ang lamig ng tubig-dagat habang tinitignan ang kalikasan na nakapalibot dito. O 'di naman kaya ay magtampisaw sa tubig kasama ang mga kaibigan, kapamilya o kasintahan.

Sumakay sa bangka patungo sa cliff diving experience. - Ang mga mamamayan sa Looc ay nag-aalok ng sakay papunta sa isang bangin na pwedeng mag cliff diving. Ito ay ginagawa nila bilang kanilang paraan para kumita ng pera.

Mag star gazing sa tabing-dagat. - Humiga sa buhangin at tignan ang mga tala. Ito ay isa sa mga aktibidad na aking nagustuhan nang kami ay magpunta sa Looc.

Bumuo ng sariling campfire - Malamig ang gabi sa tabing-dagat, kaya naman ang pinakamagandang paraan para ito ay ma-ibsan ay ang paggawa ng campfire. P'wede rin itong kuhanan ng litrato dahil ito ay may natatanging ganda.

Mga Realisasyon

Sa aming paglalakbay patungo sa Timog-kanluran, aking napagtanto kung gano kadami ang pagkakaiba-iba ng mga tao. Nakita ko rin kung pano ang paraan ng pamumuhay ng mga tao na nasa tabing-dagat. Sila ay nangingisda, nag-aalok ng boat ride, at iba pa. Sa aking sariling katutuhan naman ay, napagtanto ko na ang kalikasan talaga ay isa sa mga pinakamagandang paraan upang lumayo sa magulong mundo. Sa aking paghiga sa buhangin habang tumitingin sa mga tala, naramdaman ko ang aking paghinga nang mabuti. Ako rin ay nakapag-isip ng malalim at nakapagpahinga.

Masaya ang maglakbay, lalo na kapag ikaw ay may kaakibat sa paglalakbay. Iyo ring mapagtatanto na pagkatapos ng hirap at pagod ng iyong paglalakbay ay may bubungad sa iyo na mga magagandang bagay na makikita ng iyong mata at madadama ng iyong puso.
