Katherine was in Beacon Hills, doing god knows what. It was time to just see another town. Different than Mystic Falls or stalking Elijah in New Orleans. Like a sort of fresh start where no one knows who she is or what she is. She had heard stories about this town with also having supernatural creatures in it. Werewolves, Coyotes. So chances are there she’s the first vampire in this town. First things first knowing where the local hospital is to steal blood bags from. And it wasn’t that hard to find at all. The local hospital where of course everyone sort of knew one another. Tilting her head to a side to wonder what the vampire could do now.
“Okay, Katherine. Let’s explore some more.”
She said to herself as she ran her hand through her hair. First of all she needed a place to stay. House hunting it is. There must be some empty houses that she can use and then compel a human to sign the contract of the house so just in case no vampire could enter without the maid their permission. It didn’t took long or the doppelganger found a place for herself.

“that one was --- slightly more intense than the others.” lips press together as he watches her, sitting on the edge of the bed. he still felt a bit wound up since leaving the house, like he needed to go for a run or something, and he could only imagine how lydia felt. there wasn’t much to be done now except try to relax and shake off the lingering way it felt like ghosts were clinging to them. “how are you holding up?”

Scoffing out a small breath, Stiles propped the hood of his hoodie over his head, tugging at the strings on the article to close it around his face. Stuffing his hands into the pocket, the brunette could only hope to find some warmth in the frosty weather. “I doubt the people of Beacon Hills would enjoy my forecasting skills as much as you seem to,” He retorted, eyes watching as she hugged her frame. It was evident the town was seeing some strange cold front, overwhelming the citizens eager to bask in the festive lights downtown. “Maybe you’re right, Lyds. Maybe this can be chalked up to some sort of freakish parallel universe that we just happened to wake up in this morning.” Considering the bone chilling air penetrating his clothes, Stiles wouldn’t have been surprised if the redhead’s prior question had been some sort of reality. “Look at everything else that’s happened so far. Better yet, look at what hasn’t happened, ‘cause that’s probably the best place to start.”

@bansheeintuition / lydia.
her frustration with school work becomes evident as her textbook is discarded on the library table before her. an accompanying growl rumbles through her chest, as she tries to make sense of her poorly written notes. chicken scratch handwriting of a young child, it doesn’t improve no matter how hard she practices. whether from procrastination or boredom, she leans across the table toward lydia, and raises a brow. “lydia, what --- what are you drawing?”

@bansheeintuition admitted “I’m a fucking mess.”
“You say that like I can’t see it clearly, dear.” --- Emerald gaze travelled over the young woman’s form, noting dishevelled clothes and tired eyes, strawberry-blonde waves not so much arranged as relegated to a problem for another time. From all Rowena had heard about Lydia Martin, that hardly aligned with the image she had of the girl. Quiet word of Latin released spell work on the door, permitted the unexpected arrival entry without grievous bodily harm. “I think you’d best come in, darlin.” Opens door wider, and steps aside, sparing brief glance to check for obvious pursuers. Warding replaced once the queen bee is safely through the entry. “Is this a tea, wine or whisky conversation?”

" Ah-Ah, not so fast, princess. You forgot the rules. ” A hand found its way to her waist without any sense of propriety as he turned her back towards him. Eyes heavy and smile toothy and wide, Billy ducked in a little closer - free hand resting casually on his own hip. Looking every bit the punk who thought he owned the school in that moment. “ Gotta pay your taxes if you wanna use my hallway. Didn’t you get the memo? I take payments in cash, cheque, or after school specials. ” @bansheeintuition || liked for a lil starter.

LYDIA! @bansheeintuition
He heard her from across town, ears prickling and tuned in to the sounds of life -- the only one he could pick up. Streets were ghostly, eerily quiet, and looked as though everyone had simply left on cue. Toys in front yards, garage doors resting open, TVs in living room windows still somehow on, displaying nothing but static. He had no idea how long he’d been gone, or why he was the only one back -- nor did he have a clue where he’d been or where everyone else was. There was a fog that clouded his mind, and every time he closed his eyes and tried to summon those memories, he was met with that dark haze and blankness, a hum in his ears that he couldn’t describe with any detail.
The closer he got to her, the more distinct she became to him. He could smell her clothes, hear her heart beat, pick out the things about her that identified her to him. There was a tension across his shoulders and back, muscles tight as if primed to expand and release what his best friend would call werewolf mode -- but he didn’t feel threatened. Rounding a corner and stepping into the middle of the street, the redhead came into full view. He froze, hesitant, before lips parted to call out to her.
“Lydia?”

“it’s not---” lips press together in a thin line, brow wrinkling as he tips his head to the side just a little bit. “it’s only a little bit illegal.” alright, it was a lot illegal. stiles knows that, and he knows that lydia knows it as well, but he was hoping that maybe she wouldn’t look too closely at it. but now that he was thinking about it more, he was catching up with her and the law and realizing that maybe it wasn’t worth the possible jail time. “alright --- let’s find something more legal to do instead.”

Having been away from Beacon Hills for so long, Stiles knew he was in dire need of seeing a familiar face. Not only that, but he’d had no real time to connect with Lydia anymore via text messages or phone calls. After touching down at the airport, his first idea was to show up at her house. Stiles had done his hair, sported his signature plaid shirt with a black shirt beneath and a pair of jeans with some Chucks. Having a particular arrangement of flowers made for her at the local florist, Stiles hopped out of his trusty Jeep. Straightening out his plaid shirt with his free hand, the boquet in his other hand, Stiles gave himself a one over in the side mirror of the vehicle. “Okay, Stiles,” He muttered to himself. “You got this. You totally got this. It’s not like you haven’t spoken to Lydia in forever. No, not at all.” Pacing up the familiar driveway, he rang the doorbell, curious to know if Natalie would open the door, or if the banshee would greet him first. A nervousness resided in his bones, one he hadn’t felt in such a long time.

Sniffing the iconic red plastic cup with dignity Cora definitely looked like she was a superior wine taster. ‘ Wouldn’t know. As I’m sure you’d recall, alcohol doesn’t effect me which really sucks because this party is the most boring I’ve attended in a while… Who’s the crappy host? ’ It hadn’t slipped her mind who’s house she’d turned up to or Stiles’ consistent praise all day for Lydia’s epic party planning skills.
