Isn't Banzaitron Yokotron's twin brother. I think he's a decepticon? Because if he is that somehow that makes things funnier.
(Searches on TFWiki)
WHEEZES
Apparently, he isn't in TFA, but I'm digging the character.
I raise you that Banzai-tron is actually part of the Decepticon's attempts at cloning Yoketron to steal his teachings and skillset.
Instead, they got Banzai-tron, who has a very warped distortion of Yoketron's ideals. ("The strong will eat, the weak are meat.")
The true beast is actually Brother.
Yoketron was Brother's leash, and the mech isn't there...
#ask#bookandyarndragon#transformers#transformers animated#tfa#yoketron#banzai tron#maccadam#my thoughts#i would say that a tfa!banzai tron would be more like Danzou from Naruto#he builds tools not people#Brother can be a monster because it was a student who betrayed them

I'm using my "Ask the audience". I need some Science fiction to watch. Something in the Vein of The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension would be great, some really out there doesn't make sense but it does kind of Sci-fi. Since getting RSV I've been laid up watching every old Sci-fi movie I can think of. I just finished Apollo 18 and I need something a little more light hearted. Only one rule, no sub-titles, I learned watching Train to Busan that I miss to much trying to read the screen. So hit me with your lists. Thank you in advance. Edit: I am currently watching John Carter. I have Maggie, Tron, The Last Starfighter and Time Bandits in queue.

Sci Fi and Me Part 2 :Favorite Films Sub Categories
Gonna talk about my favorites in specific types of Sci Fi films.Oh and since I already mentioned they shall be excluded so I can talk about other favorites
First Contact(Friendly aliens)
The Day the Earth Stood : A classic more about the message about paranoia and human violence then aliens(In fact Klattu is purposefully human looking ) ,where a messenger from the stars is treated with hostility .Also Gort is a pretty nifty take on a robot
Alien Invasion (Malevolent aliens come to Earth)
They Live : There are some great ones but I had to go with They Live because....The Aliens have won and most of the human race dont even realize it .The aliens have infiltrated human society ,told humanity what to think ,and have rewarded the greedy and it is up to our lower class drifter heroes to show the truth. Its a mixture of satire and damn good sci fi
Time Travel:
Time After Time:HG Welles travels to the 70's to catch Jack the Ripper .....That premise alone secures it a spot but it is also just a fun movie with great performances
Oh God What has Science Doooooooooooone(Humanity makes something that goes wrong):
Frankenstein:I love Forbidden Planet but I have to go with FRankenstein, this 1931 classic is a personal favorite of mine, with brillaint performances by Boris Karloff and Colin Clive
Cyberpunk:
Tron :Yes this movie is an aquired taste ....But I love it.The exploration of a world within a computer is cool, the aesthetcs are iconic, the race scene is magnificent and you get David Warneras THREE bad guys
Steampunk:
20'000 Leagues Under The Sea
Whenever I think of a victorian Sci Fi movie I think of this classic.Great performances ,good effects and that Squid fight is awesome
Space Opera(Space adventure stuff)
Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan :Now Star Wars has my heart,I really like Enemy Mine and the 1980 Flash Gordon is a utter joy,but I gotta give it to Star Trek 2. I also love Star Trek 6 , but two IS operatic ,I love the themes ,the performances, the effects, and the rivelry between our aging hero and this revenge obsessed villain
Bad Future:
Planet of the Apes:I have a real soft spot for Logans Run ,but I would be lying to myself if I picked anything other then Planet of the Apes .Great performances, game changing makeup ,and it is just one of the definitive Sci Fi films
Sci Fi comedy :
I was temnpted to put on the Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai but I think I will pick Galaxy Quest ,a film with the simple premise:What if aliens thought Star Trek was real.A group of actors from a old sci fi show are brought aboard to help a alien species stop an evil tyrant and hilarity ensues
Sci Fi Horror:
Alien: Legit one of my favorite scary movies

KH2 Disney Villain Bosses Ranked
13. Lock, Shock and Barrel
There’s no Rock Titan to save you from last place this time, kids!
12. Shenzi, Banzai and Ed
Both fights with them feel very gimmicky rather than proper battles, and in the second one they’re not even fighting back against you!
11. Ursula
Giant Ursula’s now a rhythm game boss. And she still sucks.
10. Shan Yu
The first Disney villain boss in the game, he’s as basic as it gets and has to force an artificial difficulty on the fight with the gate gauge.
9. Cerberus
Not sure why Cerberus is easier to defeat in his home turf than he was above ground (after being worn down by Herc!), but the battle against him is still cool, especially given that Auron plays a big role in it.
8. Jafar
It’s not an especially strong or weak battle and can be pretty damn monotonous, but the visuals are fantastic and it’s cool to actually fight Genie Jafar this time instead of attacking a parrot holding his lamp.
7. Pete
Pete first fights you in a gimmick mini-boss battle in the Underworld, but it’s in Timeless River where he engages you using his full capabilities, including the hilarious, inexplicable power to change the scenery so that you’re suddenly fighting him in a different backdrop with a different set of rules. On top of that, his past self is helping you fight him! It’s a very memorable fight in a very memorable world.
6. The Hydra
“GET UP ON THE HYDRA’S BACK!” “GET UP ON THE HYDRA’S BACK!” “GET UP ON THE HYDRA’S BACK!” Fucking iconic.
5. Oogie Boogie
Once again, the gambling boogieman delivers with a unique indirect boss fight, this time set in Santa’s workshop and on a conveyer belt. From changing the conveyer belt’s speed, shooting vertical lasers at you, and sending down “Oogie gifts” with Heartless in them, Oogie Boogie keeps you on your toes as you strive to land hits on him.
4. The MCP
This battle finds you faced with both the MCP itself and Commander Sark, who now possesses all of the MCP’s functions to serve as its physical avatar. You need to take down Sark, then break down the walls blocking the MCP from you, after which Tron can use his program to inflict damage upon the vile program. While the fight itself is good enough, it’s all the build-up to it that makes it a standout.
3. Scar
You actually fight Scar at the end of both Pride Land visits. First it’s you against him with his heart consumed by darkness but not quite a fully transformed Heartless yet, which is a very fast-paced struggle. Then it’s you against his true Heartless form, Groundshaker, which is slower but much harder-hitting. Both battles are absolutely epic and help make up for Scar’s disappointing lack of character in ths game.
2. Barbossa
The game’s resident pirate captain takes the second spot once more. Barbossa fights using a constantly regenerating Heartless to absorb the moonlight, making him invulnerable to attacks. And even once you’ve taken out the Heartless for a while, he’s no pushover when his true form is exposed, using a variety of melee attacks for both offense and defense. Brian George’s perfect replication of Geoffrey Rush’s voice also adds to the enjoyment this battle provides.
1. Hades
In his Underworld, Hades is invincible, and the several fruitless clashes you have with him before the actual boss battle only make it that much more satisfying to defeat him with the aid of a full-powered Hercules who can dispel his nemesis’ invincibility. Hades fights more ferociously than he did in the original game, and this time he’s constantly mobile rather than standing in one fixed position for long stretches. It all adds up to make KH2′s best Disney villain boss fight.
