1. how many works do you have on ao3? 292!

2. what's your total ao3 word count? Hahahaha. 2,103,004.

3. what fandoms do you write for? DC, some historic Red vs Blue, Dragon Age, and MCU.... Leverage, when the mood strikes.

4. top 5 fics by kudos? Have I Told You About Minnie? (I HAVE FINALLY SURPASSED A MINOR SITUATION, I WILL DIE HAPPY), A Minor Situation, Neverland, too young to be taken seriously, too old to believe all this hypocrisy, and "Really Close Friends."

5. do you respond to comments? Usually! Can't say I always get to it, but when I circle back to a fic I usually respond to comments on a last chapter at least. I don't respond to ones that are pure requests for an update though, I'm petty like that.

6. fic you wrote with the angstiest ending: Hmmm probably something I wrote for RVB angst war? OH probably the bad ending version for the Deprivation Verse back in the day, defeat!

8. do you get hate on fics? A few times! Not often though, most people are sweet.

9. do you write smut? if so, what kind? Used to, now whenever I get in the mood I publish it anonymously, so no comment.

10. do you write crossovers? A few times! Usually Leverage.

11. have you ever had a fic stolen? Not that I've been aware of! People do take elements from my fics and use them without attribution (Minnie Malone is weirdly popular in the White Collar crossover sub-fandom), but that's most of it.

12. have you ever had a fic translated? Good News, "Really Close Friends", Before Gotham, Girl Meets Girl, and Always have all been translated into Mandarin!

13. have you ever co-written a fic before? Yep! I co-write a lot with my creative partner and now IRL partner @renaroo, and then I've collaborated with @goodluckdetective, @sroloc--elbisivni, and @barsenthor before too!

14. all-time favorite ship? Oh man. Put me in a corner will you? Proooobably StephCass? But that's hard.

15. what's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? *pours alcohol into my tea* Character Alignments are a Sign of a Weak Mind.

16. writing strengths: Dialogue and characterization!

17. writing weaknesses: I get too into characters' heads and get distracted from the action.

18. thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? The most I think I've done regularly is doing Lopez in RVB, where using google translate is in fact a requirement. Honestly at this point I think I usually just say what I mean and then mention what language it's in.

Jedi Battlemaster/Hero of Tython, age 24 (My Jedi Blorbo and OG subject of obsession.)

Headcanons:

• Leena is the childhood friend/crush of Barsenthor Hansta Skyfire. They had a pretend wedding on the night before their paths diverged into apprenticeships. "No matter where the Force leads us, no matter what is to come...our bond is as strong as our lives and as eternal as the cosmo. ." Hansta, age 13 (13yo Leena: 0//0 "yes")

• Bubbly AF until the start of the game. Confidently swag until the climax of Act 2. Post Game: Currently staying on Tython with her thoughts and feeling.

• 50% Brooding and Moody, 43% gotta go faster than the Sith, 17% normal adulting? What ancient sith nonsense is that?

Elexia Kallig,

Former slave to the Sith Empire/ apprentice to Darth Zash, Sith Inquisitor. Age 25 (My baddie Sith Blorbo who is full on dark side.)

Her current accomplishments include:

• forcing an innocent prisoner into singing under threat of mutilation. (His wounded pride being worse than the permanent spleen damage.)

• Acquiring a literal cult following on Drommund Kaas after obliterating Zash. (Her namesake being another acquisition, but only as an added bonus)

• Hooking up with Lieutenant Moren on Alderaan (while also traumatizing Andronikos in the process. His story about the stable girl was purely him coping and seething)

The Chosen Boi is sad now because his mom died, and also because he saw the the ancient holograms that came up in the Archives and how he'll never be as lucky as Leena.

im thinking about the barsen’thor title again and i know a lot of people dont like it bc of how vague it is but god thats why i love it

i dont want it to ever be explained what it actually means bc theres so much you can read into it based on how you characterise your consular!

for lyn, i keep it so barsen’thor is a purposefully vague title in-universe. it’s granted to her because she can use that vagueness and mould it into what she wants- not something that the jedi would want in general, but the three members of the council involved with her (satele, syo and jaric) would’ve each had their own reasons for trusting her with it. (satele feels the force guiding her to that choice, syo is being influenced by the first son and jaric’s like ‘[throws hands in the air] ok i Guess you are being guided by the force’). the rest of the council likely just see it as an empty title though lmao

no one really knows what the barsen’thor is supposed to do. the first one was granted the title post-humously, so there isn’t much to glean from that, and we don’t know Anything about the second, aside from it’s been thousands of years so much about them has probably been lost to time

lyn’s interpretation of the title comes down to one main thing: keeping the jedi Good. but lyn is lyn so her interpretation of good isn’t the most typical for a jedi. she doesn’t see any inherent issue with the dark side- as long as it’s used responsibly, she won’t consider someone using the dark side to be something that has to be stopped. kept an eye on, especially in a jedi who may not know how to control themselves, sure, but that’s just common sense

keeping the jedi good Generally comes down to three things. the first is protecting jedi from external threats- stuff like the plague or vitiate. things that will corrupt them and make them do terrible acts outside of their control. in those circumstances, saving the jedi where possible is a priority (and lyn does not accept defeat easily). this is also why i have lyn become the commander- she makes vitiate a priority after all that shit with the knight bc she sees it her Duty

the second is protecting the jedi from internal threats. challenging jedi teachings when it threatens to harm them, keeping the jedi humble, preventing them from becoming complacant. this is probably the area that she struggles with the most and generally leads to her getting Very frustrated in council meetings. it’s also what leads her to being more open to other cultures & philosophies (including those of the sith, hence why she ends up with lana) - you can’t be sure that you’re right if you refuse to acknowledge the way others do things

and then the third is protecting the galaxy from the jedi. she doesn’t Like this part of her job, but if it comes down to it, if she believes the jedi (either as a group or individuals) are causing more harm than good, if they can’t be reasoned with, if their actions are their own and not the result of another’s manipulation or corruption, she will strike them down. she’d rather not. but if it has to be done, she thinks that she should be the one to do it
