Lollipop forst plays with her bouncy balls in clear, clean, water. Then we drain most of bath water out of the bathtub, add baby shampoo to a wet washcloth and scrub a dub dub! After a good rinse she literally jumps into a fluffy warm and dry bathtowel for a good rub down and we are done! We both jave so much fun!!!πŸ¦†πŸ’™πŸ˜‰πŸ˜™πŸ’›πŸ¦†πŸ’›πŸ¦†πŸ’›πŸ¦†πŸ•πŸ˜πŸ›€πŸ›πŸ’›πŸ¦†πŸ’›πŸ¦†πŸ’› #pdx #oregon #sandyoregon #pacificnorthwest #dachshundsonly #justdachshunds #ilovedachshunds #ilovemyweenies #weeniedogs #weeniesrule #sausagedog #piebaldpuppy #puppylove #puppydrama #piebald #dachshundsofinstagram #sausagedoglove #weeniesrule #bathtimeplaytime #puppybathtime #bathtimeplaytime #puppybath (at Sandy, Oregon)

Antonio Luis playing during bath time. I still encourage him to play even in the bath. It’s our fun way to wind down, get squeaky clean and bond. We do the same order and sequencing each time for him to have a sense of structure and control. Knowing what to expect helps him regulate his emotions and behavior. I also allow him to have his independent play to develop his independence and self-care skills, from helping to wash his body, putting away his toys and drying himself off. Bath time play is extra-motivating and gives him a unique play experience that he doesn’t have at any other times of the day. Our exploratory play allows him to enjoy the water and the tabo (dipper). I see him scoop, fill and transfer the water and toys. This also teaches him the concept of volume, full, empty, more or less and experimenting whether they sink or swim. He likes to get in the timba for his tub time. More importantly, this activity gives my son’s tactile sense a lot of attention, from feeling the water, distinguishing temparatures and being touched while he’s washed and dried. Just always keeping my eyes on him at all times for safety. #bathtimeplaytime https://www.instagram.com/p/B2lKtG2g6lH/?igshid=wtpzpp48pe7a

This bath time play set isn't JUST fun for children, but it's also educational - the water lab encourages independent play and scientific exploration... How fun!!! #yookidootoys #bathtimeplaytime #educational #letsgetclean #introduceconceptsearly #canalcrossing #potchefstroom #propotch #somebunnynew β€” view on Instagram https://ift.tt/2YzgBPn
