Veggie BBQ meal tonite!!! Saucy BBQ Halloumi W/ Wedges n Corn on the Cob The spices the halloumi was coated in b4 was just a simple mix of smoked paprika n cumin but it gave such a nice smoky base! The Stokes BBQ sauce was a wee bit 2 sweet for me but as @octophonic.audio says it’d defn mk an ace BBQ base for his ribs sauce cuz it’d compliment all the spice n other bits he puts in very well. Only thing w/ corn on cob n this is just a preference thing but we like it boiled a very long time so it cms out quite juicy.
