I thought I hit rock bottom a few months ago but I was dead wrong tf 💀
#I’m not even on anything except my meds which had to be upped bc apparently my intrusive thoughts are really bad rn#i can’t stop worrying#there’s like a thousand things I feel like i need to clarify to everybody I’ve talked to and I can’t#i don’t want to be a bother but my brain can’t wrap around the fact of like permanence of certain things#i know nothing last forever but I couldn’t stop what happened#i can’t stop this#im just so scared#i cant trust anybody and I feel like and know in some cases it has been used against me#i hate being this negative this constantly but im like a dam about to break#how I haven’t had. full mental breakdown in tears yet is astonishing#and like i can barely comprehend what is going thru my mind half of the time#bc i would never post shiy like this or reach out to certain ppl#i want this to just be a bad dream and I’ll wake up bc#i haven’t had the chance to process anything before im blindsided by something else#i cant fucking take much more of this before I like go off and be a bitch#i miss my friends and I miss not having to worry about being a fucking burden bc i m understood#shoutout to my irl bestie who as#who had helped me#and shoutout to kokobot fr#i did.
