Delicious #beers and appetizers for #dinner today from @barleystation in Salmon Arm, BC. Their Blond #Ale, Pale Ale, Brown Ale, and #IPA are exactly what you expect from each type. The dry ribs were very juicy and have a smoky extior. I don't know how they make them, but yum! Their side Caesar salad was also on point. Not too much dressing, and nice crunchy croutons. I didn't ask for the optional bacon. My 6th #beer for the @2021_iihf_worldjuniors is the @howesoundbrewing Rail Ale Nut Brown. It's definitely dark brown. Has a nice creamy head when first pours but dissipates fairly quickly.
