Nerdy Prudes Must Die theory: The Summoning is the only song in the whole show that's diagetic.
I guess an argument could be made for Bully the Bully and Bury the Bully being diagetic, since Richie outright says "OH NO, SHE'S SNAPPING" when Grace launches into the reprise, but I think it makes total sense for the Lords in Black to just... actually sing when people summon them.
I mean, you really think Pokey is the only LiB who's a theater kid? Nibbly gets his sacrifices through a beauty pageant, which is a whole song-and-dance thing. Blinky runs an amusement park where he has his Sniggles put on a musical. Wiggly is clearly a complete drama queen, to the point of having his cult sing his praises. And I'm willing to bet that Tinky enjoys a good music show, too---he's all about having fun.
Hell, even Webby canonically likes music, even if she doesn't know the difference between ukuleles and guitars. She sings Hannah to sleep and gives her songs to help her starve off nightmares.
Most of the time, the normal humans of Hatchetfield don't sing in real time, unless they're actively putting on a bit of a show---see Working Boys, Santa Claus is Goin' To High School, and The Barbeque Monologues. But when it's the Lords in Black, or those who directly serve them?
You'd better believe that they're singing up a storm.
