A week after Caleb's birthday the family takes the drive (or rather, the loading screen) over to the Strangerville trailer park where Alice and Alex will be living for the foreseeable future!

The Sims: Goth: Day 0

So my husband attached a desktop to the TV so he could play Fallout 4 with mods and console commands and I put The Sims 3 on it, played all of 2 days with the character over the course of two actual days, just to make sure the game worked, then completely forgot about it again. Then I thought maybe Tumblr would work better with the desktop than the tablet. So I don’t know how long this will last because I have to play The Sims on a computer not connected to the internet to keep it at an operating system that it will run on and I am trying to use the in game camera and then transferring them to this computer, which in the past has been more than my brain can handle after a short period of time, but I figured would be less painful on my arms than holding the tablet to take pictures of the screen. So lets see if the photos load...

When I realized the Goths were up next I nearly gave up before I got started. I don’t have issue with the characters or their story within the Sims universe, my problem is this family never gets a long for me. Mortimer and Bella usually refuse to sleep in the same bed after a couple of days and Cassandra hates both parents before very long.

So after searching for my notebook I normally use to take notes for 30 minutes, thinking not being able to find it was a sign I shouldn’t play, it turned up in my bedroom because that is where the PS3 is that I play The Sims 3 for Console on.

Please be nice to me this time.

Mortimer to work, Cassandra to school

Bella to Cooking study, managed two points over the course of the day. If she can get a third tomorrow she may not burn the house down this time.

Edward and Diane came over, Bella basically ignored Edward even when I told her to talk to him.

The spending begins...

First it was Diane and Edward chatting it up in the bathroom, then Bella decided to join which meant Diane had to leave because there is not enough room. Example number 1 why you need to add a second bathroom to this house as quickly as possible.

The downstairs bathroom got a downgrade so I could get the upstairs bathroom in order to try and maintain my stress levels while playing this family.

Mortimer got two logic points while Bella got one and they both lost relationship points. According to the guide group activities are supposed to always be positive. *head desk*

Daniel came over to play with Cassandra briefly.

And I couldn’t leave Cassandra with the spartan bed, so they now have $90 in the bank, go me!

This does load much easier, though Tumblr fought me over the login for a while. Now to go load Fallout 4 and try to figure out how to take screen shots without holding the tablet up to the screen, and failing that, holding the tablet up to the screen like always because my brain hurts and the Japanese B1A4 music probably since helping since my brain keeps trying to translate a language I only know a couple of words to, but that is enough apparently.
