i say we don't use romeo and juliet as the poster-child for good love stories anymore
BENEDICK AND BEATRICE IS WHERE IT'S REALLY AT
like their banter is genuinely great, shakespeare basically INVENTED tsunderes, even if you read their interactions in the original old english, it's still very amusing, and you can still see their chemistry together
(this was basically an excuse to talk about how much i adore much ado about nothing)
