1. ‘I choose violence’ and its not because ivans camry was laced in audial trap. Its not because I used in the passenger side and wonder if all he could see was my black eyes and brown body because unlike them, my body was born to forget. i literally remember nothing. my skin is covered in scars of tales I am waiting to hear myself. I trace his hands and feel where the fire pit seared his 5 year old skin to the bone, where he rubbed ice and salt to impress a bitch, where I dug my nails so deep when he made me laugh
2. when I was little I could feel my anger in my neck. I would grab the back of it and hold it till it passed. ama thought I was choking myself our but I really just wanted to breathe. Something bad happened to me last year and I couldn’t feel it in my neck now that I remember noting, the milk is always over boiled and the paysam is always too sweet.
3. 4 - U - city girl', nothing was worse than being 15 and outside. at 10pm we would kiss the mirror then proceed to stick on lashes that felt like insects and nails our mothers would break in the morning. it was the era of window breaking and gin stealing. my bestfriend was 16 and she looked nothing like me. she worked at the club on chapel and every night we would theorise our ideas of womanhood and act them out as best as we could. we were 15 and eating hsp at 4 am waiting for someones boyfriend to drive us home. i think bad things used to happen when i would rub my thighs together. i would do this in the back of every car while my body was slowly forgetting what it felt like to be missed by everyone i had loved.
4. i was everyones daughter and no ones child. i would smear crusty fair and lovely on my face till i was porcelin. this made me so happy becasue now i was finally the same colour as aunty. in my dreams i was made of feathers and jaggery. i was sweet and light and they would all love me. if i was like this i could forget my body and my body could forget me. i am so far away when my apa calls me by any name other than the one i was given.
5. ‘love no thotties’, i think i am in love with my body. henery kissinger was the only face my i saw when i was falling down the well. id look up under starlight and kiss my teeth. my body was for sale in the dark and i would mutter my best pitch under my breath. i knew the stove was still warm if i was hungry, i knew i could fall back into amas hands if i forget how to hold myself.
6. ama used to hold my hand to school then she swapped it for a mans. she also used to cook my food but now i find it disguting. raw, everything is now raw. i lived with my ammama when i was 5 so when i told her i missed her food, i thought i was going to die. last time i dared be this honest with a woman i knew it was becasue i was being cruel. when she made me a dosa i giggled while i chewed because i was only 5 and she wasnt. she’s all the heavy feelings that i want to feel but i try not to because if i do i am consumed and when i am consumed my body is nothing.

C3 [Sage]
Sage leans his aching back against the cool marble of the well. The sun is starting to peek out over the mountain ridge, delicate fingers of pink light stretching out onto indigo earth. Sage is struggling to catch his breath: between the heat of the fire and the legwork he put into working the bellows, there's an ache in his side worse than when an errant donkey had kicked him. Somehow, though, Miss Rose is gliding around the kitchen, the sweat slicking her hair to her head glowing in the soft light of sunrise. Rose barely notices Sage's hitched breathing, preoccupied with turning the fire-shoot syrup into something the crown prince can eat.
"We made just enough syrup for three days of medicine." Rose is delicately tipping the stone pot's content of flaming red syrup into a large saucepot. The syrup bubbles and boils like magma, and Sage can feel his eyes watering from the fire-shoot spice in the air. Rose looks happy, her pearlescent teeth gleaming as she smiles.
Sage tries his best to return the smile; but it looks more like a grimace. Rose notices his struggle to breathe and she laughs. "Oh, what happened to "my body can handle more than yours, Miss Rose"? Tsk." Rose giggles, a sound that reminds Sage of when his mother would play the guqin. Rose walks over to her medicine pack, retrieving a water canister made from what looks like an ancient gourd. "Drink this, it'll help." She hands Sage the strange, orb-like gray gourd. The liquid inside sounds viscous.
Sage prays that the blush that tingles onto his cheeks and forehead just looks like he's overheating. His insides feel like mush whenever Rose giggles. Sage knows there are miles between his station and Rose's; there's no prayer in the world that could make a medicine woman like her look at a lowly hunter like Sage. But he can't help how his heartstrings hum like a strummed guitar whenever she speaks to him. Something about her almost fanciful ease, the carefree way she glides around, makes Sage want to wrap her in his arms and never let go. Sage looks up at Rose as she hands him the gourd, and he tries not to flinch when her cool fingers brush against his own.
"Thank you. I'm sorry you're having to waste medicine on me, too." Sage lowers his head. He sips from the gourd, expecting the medicine to taste like, well, medicine. Instead, rich and heavy chocolate floods his tongue. He coughs out of surprise.
"Is that your first time having chocolate?" Rose has glided back over to the pot of fire-shoot syrup, frying rice in the syrup before adding broth to make congee. She adds no meat or other seasoning besides a spoonful of jaggery. Rose doesn't bother babysitting the congee, walking back over to Sage and sitting down next to him with a satisfied sigh. "You deserve it. You worked hard today." Rose swipes back the gourd, taking a deep drink before passing it to Sage with a grin.
"I...sorry." Sage doesn't know why he is apologizing--when would a hunter like him have ever had something as luxurious as drinking chocolate, or even the milk that went into making it? Sage pulls his knees to his chest, knowing how much he looks like a bumbling country bumpkin right now. How many times had Rose prepped drinking chocolate in her time as a medicine-keeper? And here Sage was, as ignorant as a child with a new food, choking on a bespoke drink that probably cost more than his salary for a year.
Rose rests a soft, cool hand on Sage's shoulder. "Hey. Don't apologize. I should've been straightforward. But, you should drink it as medicine. I can tell you're exhausted. Let me listen to your heart and lungs." Rose gently pats Sage's arms, looking at him expectantly. Her maroon eyes shine like glass, and Sage feels himself break out in goosebumps. He lifts his arms, and yelps as Rose scrambles against his chest, pressing her ear to his chest. "Just breathe normally."
<<How can I breathe normally when you're so close to me?>> Sage swallows harshly and fights the urge to wrap his arms around Rose's little body and hold her to him. Some little voice inside him begs to put hands on Rose's curvy waist, to touch the softness of her low belly. Sage digs his fingers into the floor instead, trying not to whine as Rose presses her ear to each side of his chest. Despite working in the intense heat all night, Rose smells like dessert wine, heady and sweet.
"You've pulled one of your muscles, here in your side. I'll ask the emperor to grant you a two-day reprieve so you can heal." Rose presses a small, dainty hand into the pulled muscle and Sage almost jumps out of his skin.
"Miss Rose, really, this isn't neccessary!" Sage is about to protest more when Rose tilts more of the chocolate from the gourd into his open mouth. Despite the fact she's smaller than him, her body is somehow dense, and Sage finds that he can't gently shake her off. Sage gives in to the tickle of Rose's hand on his Adam's apple and drinks the contents of the gourd. Sage feels his eyelids droop as Rose uses her long sleeves to wipe the chocolate from his chin. Sage realizes he's been had, and in his moment of panic he grabs at Rose. "Wait. Stop!" His fingers dig into her soft waist, but she doesn't recoil.
"Relax. Your body just isn't used to the medicinal compounds in the chocolate. You'll probably fall asleep." Rose's voice is soft, and she drapes Sage's outer robe over him. "I'll send a guard to carry you home."
Rose glides back over to the steaming pot of congee. The glutinous rice is dyed a truly feral pink from the fire-shoot syrup, and Rose practically purrs in delight at the high quality of the medicine she's made. "You should be proud! If this doesn't heal the young prince, nothing can."
Sage feels like every one of his joints is weighed down by molten honey. He tries to get up, but his legs refuse his commands. His tongue feels hairy and too big for his mouth; he can't get out a single word of apology to Rose for grabbing her so harshly earlier. Sage can only helplessly stare as Rose prepares a morning meal of the fireshoot-congee for the crown prince. As Sage's eyelids droop, he thinks for a second that he sees Rose's shadow not as a delicate, shapely woman but as something tall with terrifying, fractal antlers. Sage shakes his head weakly, and he feels Rose kneeling next to him again.
"Just rest, Sage. You did well." Rose whispers in his ear, and Sage feels that same desperate need to touch her again, to pin her between his arms and make her feel small and safe. This time, he can't stop his hands from wandering; but by the time his hands move, Rose is already gone, the only thing left behind is the sweetness of her scent.

Influence of Heat in Indian Cooking -
Spices from chilli peppers are the main source of heat in many Indian recipes. Where you are, what you're eating, and how spicy you like it all affect the degree of heat. It is essential to find the right balance of heat; it should complement the other flavours without being overpowering.
Distinct Chili Pepper Types -

Flavour Balance: The Core of Indian Cuisine:
The harmonious flavour balance is the essence of Indian food. The delicate balancing act is accomplished by the use of spices and other components that impart umami, sour, bitter, salty, and sweet flavours. To master this delicate balancing act, one must study the function and interplay of each spice.
The Five Authentic Tastes -
Sweet:
Familiar sources include sugar, jaggery, and some fruits. Sugar may counteract the sourness and heat of a dish.
Sour:
This condiment is made with tamarind, yoghurt, lemon, and vinegar. The acidity brightens the taste and helps balance fatty, rich flavours.
Bitter:
It is present in bitter gourd and spices such as fenugreek. Complexity and depth are enhanced by bitterness.
Salty:
Salt is optimal for complementing and balancing a variety of flavours. It is typically added at different points in the cooking process.
Umami:
Provided by items including tomatoes, mushrooms, and beef. Dishes are enhanced by umami, a savoury richness.
Skills for Harmonising Flavours -
Layering Spices:
To create a multi-layered flavour, spices are typically added at various points throughout the cooking process. For instance, when adding spices to heated oil, whole spices generally are placed first, followed by ground spices.
Tempering (tadka):
A method where the flavours of spices are released by quickly frying them in hot oil or ghee. After that, the infused oil is drizzled over the meal.
Preparation for Marination:
Vegetables and meat taste better and get softer when they are marinated in a mix of herbs, spices, and yogurt.
Simmering:
If you cook something slowly, the flavours have time to blend and get stronger. This makes the food taste better overall.
Regional Flavour Balancing Variations -
Every region of India has its special way of harmonising flavours, which results in an extraordinarily varied gastronomic landscape. A few instances of geographic variation are as follows:
North Indian Cuisine:
A lot of the thick gravies in North Indian food are made with yoghurt, cream, and ghee. A mix of ground spices called garam masala is often used to add taste and depth. People like Butter Chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala, which are creamy and slightly hot.
South Indian Cuisine:
Coconut, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and tamarind are all used in a lot of South Indian recipes. Sour and hot tastes work well together in dishes like Rasam and Sambar. When you pick herbs like coriander and mint right before you use them, they add colour and flavour.
East Indian Cuisine:
East Indian dishes often use panch phoron, a mix of five spices, and mustard oil to give them a unique taste. Chefs often use sour tomatoes, sharp mustard, and hot chilli peppers, along with other spices, to make Machher Jhol, a type of fish curry, that tastes great together.
West Indian Cuisine:
Indian states of Gujarat and Maharashtra have traditional foods that are hot, sour, and sweet. Two dishes from Gujarati food called Dhokla and Khandvi use a unique mix of sweet, tart, and spicy ingredients. Two recipes from Maharashtra, Vada Pav, and Puran Poli, show how these flavors can work together in this way.
Advice for Everyday Home Cooks -
Following are some tips for home cooks who want to learn how to make real Indian food:
Use Fresh Spices First:
To get the best flavour, only use fresh, high-quality herbs. When spices are kept out of direct sunlight and heat, in a sealed container, they keep their taste and smell for longer.
Taste and Adjust:
Keep tasting the food while it cooks to see whether the seasoning needs adjusting. It helps attain the ideal flavour harmony.
Use a Spice Grinder:
To bring out the full flavour of whole spices, grind them right before using. It releases their vital oils.

Can pineapple waste can be fed to cattle?
Tumblr media
Only about 30% of a pineapple is acceptable for us to eat. The remaining 70% is available as a waste. This fruit waste contains about 65–70% moisture and more than 50% sugar. Due to this, this fruit waste cannot be stored for more than two days. It is naturally high in sugar and can be easily preserved in silage. There is no need to add molasses or jaggery while silage as it is packed with sugar. Pineapple waste consists of leafy top, fruit peel and residue. Pineapple processing factories dump it as waste. In this summer, this waste is available in pineapple juice shops everywhere. It contains calcium and phosphorus in the right proportion. It is rich in zinc and selenium, which boost immunity, this waste can be used for quality silage and feed to cattle. Pineapple waste silage: Rinse the waste thoroughly with water and cut it into 1–2 inches with a fodder mower and dry it in the sun for some time to reduce the moisture content to 60% then in the same way as silage with green grass, sprinkle only table salt without adding molasses, trample the waste well, remove the air in between, cover it with soil and keep it airtight for 20 days to get good silage. If you have 4 parts of the top of the leaf and 1 part of the remaining waste, then the silage will be of more quality. Those who cannot dig silage pit can use plastic drums of 50 kg capacity. The nutrients in pineapple waste silage is similar to the maize fodder grass. In one study, when it was added to mixed feed as usual, milk production increased by 2–3 kg per day.
The amount of fiber in pineapple waste compared to other feeds: Since the fiber content is shorter than that of Napier grass, pineapple waste moves a bit faster in the intestines of cows and it makes cows consume more of this waste. At the same time, if the digestion for decreases, the total digestive nutrients available to the cows from this waste will increase. Apart from this, the enzyme protease is there in pineapple fruit Since it is naturally enriched, it increases the digestion of the protein present in pineapple. Another enzyme called profilin present in pineapple fruit can strengthen the intestine health of cows. In one study, when pineapple fruit waste was mixed with Napier grass and given to cows, the total digest of silage increased. When pineapple waste was added to 10% of the goats’ feed along with yeast, the immunity of goats increased. It has also been suggested that pineapple waste can be used as a substitute for green grass for goats. It has been recorded that when mixed feed was given to the sheep along with silage, the sheep grew up to 140 g per day and there were no side effects of its consumption.
In conclusion…. This fruit waste cannot be stored for more than two days. It is naturally high in sugar and can be easily preserved in silage. The nutrients in pineapple waste silage are similar to maize fodder grass. This waste can be dried thoroughly and added to the mixed feed of cattle to store the mixed feed. Rye Napier can be mixed with vigorous grasses for silage. 45% Napier Hybrid Grass Silage + 25% Pineapple Waste Silage + 30% Mixed Feed is best for cattle.

These nutty-flavored treats are rich in calcium and iron. Given the diversity and wealth of India, it is not surprising that the Makar Sankranti celebration is observed in various ways. There are more reasons than only spiritual ones to celebrate this occasion. One of the festival's most distinctive aspects is the extensive usage of sesame seeds in most locations. However, what role do sesame seeds play? According to Hindu mythology, til, or sesame seeds, descended to Earth from Lord Vishnu's sweat. It is therefore believed that using it will purify sins.
Furthermore, because it is said that God Yama blessed sesame seeds, they are treasured as a sign of longevity, for this reason, treats made from sesame seeds are considered essential during Makar Sankranti. Inscriptions suggest six ways to employ til (sesame seeds) on this day, such as giving them away or donating them to a good cause. Try out freshly delicious Til Laddu from Sri Annapurna
Til Gajak- "Til gud kha, god bola" is a well-known Marathi proverb that translates to "eat sesame seeds and jaggery and speak well." Those who enjoy Gajak will find this to be true.
For a long time, Gajak has been an essential component of Indian festival cuisine. Makar Sankranti & Pongal celebrations are especially delightful when paired with these crispy and delectable treats. During the bitterly cold and hard winter in North India, Gajak radiates warmth and nostalgia. Try out freshly delicious Til Gajak from the best sweet shop in Varanasi (Sri Annapurna)
Kesar Peda- Kesar Pedas are among the most exotic Pedas. Consumption of Saffron during winter is considered good for health as it boosts immunity & strength.  These semi-soft, thick sweet balls, are traditionally prepared with khoa, sugar, cardamom seeds, and other traditional flavorings. Try out freshly delicious Kesar Peda in your Varanasi.

Take Healthy Resolutions For your Healthy New Year Start
people often make New Year's resolutions with the best of intentions but find it hard to stick to them. If you're one of those people, don't despair. There are some simple things you can do to increase your chances of success.
One important key to success is to choose a resolution that is realistic and achievable. If you're not used to exercising, for example, it's probably not realistic to resolve to exercise for an hour every day. A better resolution would be to commit to three 30-minute sessions per week.
It's also important to have a plan for how you'll achieve your resolution. Simply resolving to eat healthier, for example, is not enough. You need to have a plan for what healthy foods you'll eat and when you'll eat them. Planning your meals in advance can help with this.
Another tip is to involve other people in your resolution. This could mean joining a sports team or signing up for a cooking class. Having others to support you and hold you accountable can make it easier to stay on track.
Finally, don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up now and then. Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to get back on track as soon as possible and not give up on your resolution altogether.

Treating That Pesky Cough: Soothing Home Remedies
Tumblr media
Coughing is one of the most common ailments that brings people to the doctor in India. Environmental factors like pollution and dust, changing weather patterns, chronic respiratory issues and viral infections all contribute to cough prevalence throughout the country.
While Western medicine certainly has its place in treating chronic and persistent coughs, many Indians also look to time-tested natural remedies as an adjunct for finding cough relief. In this comprehensive guide, we will cover home remedies using familiar kitchen ingredients that can help suppress coughing and soothe irritated throats.
What Causes Coughing in Indians?
Coughs come in two main varieties: productive and non-productive. Knowing what underlies your cough helps determine the best treatment approach. Common culprits in India include:
Environmental irritants - Outdoor air pollution, indoor cooking smoke, dust mites, mold spores
Allergies - Pollen, pets, foods
Asthma - Chronic inflammatory airway disease
COPD - Emphysema, chronic bronchitis
Gastroesophageal reflux - Acid reflux aggravating the throat
Postnasal drip - Excess mucus dripping down throat
Smoking - Chemical irritation and lung damage
Viruses - Colds, flu, monsoon illnesses like dengue
Bacteria - Pneumonia, pertussis, H. pylori infections
Pinpointing whether your cough is from allergies, an infection or another trigger guides appropriate natural remedies and when to see a doctor.
Problematic Effects of Chronic Coughing
While occasionally coughing helps clear irritants or mucus from the airways, ongoing uncontrolled coughs can have disruptive effects:
Sleep disruption & fatigue
Embarrassment in social settings
Difficulty talking, eating and swallowing
Urinary incontinence
Lightheadedness or passing out
Ribs fractures from repeated strain
Headaches
Teary eyes and facial pain
Herpes outbreaks from mouth irritation
The constant urge to cough can severely impact quality of life. Thankfully, many natural remedies can safely help suppress coughs when used appropriately.
Soothing Foods and Drinks
Warming and coating foods and beverages provide age-old relief for Indian cough sufferers. Options to try:
Honey - Honey coats and soothes irritated throats. Mix 2 teaspoons into hot water or tea. For wheezing, have it with black pepper.
Ginger-tulsi tea - Chop ginger and tulsi leaves and steep in hot water, then mix in honey. This offers antimicrobial benefits.
Turmeric milk - Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric to warmed milk. Turmeric has antioxidant properties to fight inflammation.
Pepper and jaggery - Boil crushed black pepper and jaggery in water until it thickens. This eases itchy throats.
Chicken soup - Warm broth soothes the throat while hydrating the system. Add garlic for added antiviral effects.
Warm water - Sipping plain hot water dilutes thick mucus for productive coughs and lubricates the throat.
Amla juice - Indian gooseberry juice offers vitamin C to boost immunity against cough-causing viruses and bacteria.
Vegetable broth - Sodium in savory broth thins mucus. Use veggie scraps to make your own.
Chrysanthemum tea - This slightly sweet, flowery tea eases dry coughs and phlegm in the throat.
Pomegranate juice - Both the juice and seeds soothe irritated throats.
These time-tested drinks provide relief whether your cough is dry or productive. They can be enjoyed as often as needed to suppress coughing.
Herbal Cough Remedies
Many plants and spices used in Ayurvedic medicine have cough-calming properties. Popular options include:
Peppermint - Menthol has an anesthetic effect to reduce throat irritation. Inhale steam, chew leaves or use lozenges.
Eucalyptus - Adding eucalyptus oil to steam inhalation breaks up mucus and reduces coughing episodes.
Licorice root - Demulcent herbs like licorice soothe mucous membranes and decrease urge to cough.
Basil - Chewing basil leaves provides phytonutrients that may relax cough spasms.
Thyme - Thymol compounds give thyme cough-suppressing and antimicrobial actions.
Fennel - The mucilage in fennel coats the throat and minimizes cough reflex.
Marshmallow root - As another soothing demulcent, marshmallow relieves dry hacking coughs.
Slippery elm - Mixing slippery elm powder into hot water creates a coating gel for irritated throats.
For best effects, use herbal teas, throat drops or syrups, steam inhalation or chewing leaves of the raw herbs. Most are safe for adults and older children when used as directed.
Kitchen Spice Remedies
Familiar spices from the Indian pantry can also tame nagging coughs:
Clove - Eugenol gives cloves numbing, antibacterial and lung-relaxing effects to minimize coughing.
Black pepper - Piperine offers anti-inflammatory benefits. Add to honey or meals to calm coughs.
Cinnamon - Thins mucus while providing antimicrobial effects, especially when paired with honey.
Cardamom - Warming and soothing, cardamom relieves coughs and throat discomfort when used in food or masala chai tea.
Cumin - This kitchen staple thins mucus secretions while calming spasmodic coughs.
Garlic - Raw garlic combats viruses and bacteria that lead to coughs. Let it melt slowly in the mouth.
Onion - Similar to garlic, onion acts as an antimicrobial and expectorant. Add it cooked into foods.
Ginger - Gingerol offers broad anti-inflammatory effects to decrease coughing caused by irritation.
Spices not only add flavor to foods - they provide science-backed benefits for suppressing coughs of various origins when used liberally in your cooking.
Topical Home Remedies
Applying preparations directly on the throat brings fast, targeted relief:
Massage with essential oils - Eucalyptus, mint, pine and thyme oils reduce coughs when applied topically. Add to a carrier oil or diffuser.
Salt water gargle - Gargling with warm salt water reduces swollen tissues in the throat. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water.
Hot towel - Drape a towel soaked in hot water over your chest and throat to ease coughing. Reheat periodically.
Vicks VapoRub - This ointment containing camphor, menthol and eucalyptus can minimize coughing frequency when massaged on the throat and chest.
Turmeric paste - Mix turmeric powder with warm water or milk into a paste and apply to the neck. Leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing.
Onion poultice - Slice an onion and place it on the chest beneath a cloth while lying down to harness its antibacterial effects.
Using soothing rubs, liniments and heat therapy brings relief right to the source for fast-acting, effective cough relief.
When to See a Doctor
While home remedies can help mild or intermittent coughs, contact your doctor if any of the following apply:
Cough persists longer than 3 weeks in adults or 4 weeks in children
Shortness of breath, wheezing or chest tightness
Fever above 101°F, chills or body aches
Nausea, vomiting or stomach pain
Blood or yellow/green mucus
Unexplained weight loss
Exposure to anyone with tuberculosis (TB)
High risk for pneumonia
Seek immediate medical care if coughing up blood, fainting or very rapid breathing occurs. Chronic coughs in smokers, the elderly, or those with lung disease warrant prompt medical evaluation as well.
With disciplined use of time-tested natural remedies, coughing doesn’t have to disrupt your daily life. Maintain vigilance and see a doctor if symptoms don’t improve or worsen. With the right blend of traditional wisdom and modern medicine, cough relief is within reach.
The Takeaway
From Delhi to Mumbai and everywhere in between, coughing is ubiquitous in India due to pollution, allergens and rampant respiratory infections. Persistent coughs impact work, sleep and quality of life. With knowledge of the medicinal plants, warming fluids and pantry spices used for generations, the traditional Indian kitchen offers safe, effective options for suppressing coughs when used sensibly. While medical intervention is sometimes necessary, homemade natural remedies can provide soothing adjunctive relief. Vitiligo homeopathic treatment in india
A skin disorder that lasts for a long time, called"vitiligo", is defined by white patches of skin where the skin's outer layer is deficient in pigment. The reason for vitiligo's onset has yet to be fully understood. It is believed that autoimmune and genetic causes, as well as environmental factors, are considered to be responsible. Getting an accurate diagnosis is essential when you notice white patches or spots on your face. Spots and white patches are typical for a variety of reasons.
The early stages of vitiligo could appear like this.
The loss of pigment is the principal symptom of vitiligo and can be described as the loss of natural colour or pigment. It is also known as depigmentation. They can appear everywhere on body parts.
Genetic factors: those with a history of the disease have a higher chance of developing it alone.
Vitiligo is a chronic skin condition characterised by patches of diminished skin pigmentation. It can result in white spots. They are the earliest stages of Vitiligo. The patches may appear anywhere throughout the body. They can be tiny and isolated initially or develop into larger pieces over time.
You can take homeopathic treatment for white spots on skin. Homoeopathy is a successful treatment for chronic and acute diseases. It can also treat most illnesses from their root and provide a lasting cure. Evidence for homeopathy's effectiveness is being collected. According to numerous studies, 75% of patients suffering from chronic diseases reported feeling "much better" or "moderately better." Its effects are similar to the traditional treatment.
homeopathic medicine for vitiligo is composed of natural substances and is free of adverse effects on the body. The goal of homeopathic therapy is to improve the health of patients by encouraging self-regulation. To improve one's health, reducing the risk of being a victim of illness, disease, and the processes that cause disease is necessary. This demonstrates that it applies to all illnesses and is not restricted to a small number. In the case of many medical conditions, It is usually the first option to consider in addition to more costly and potentially harmful treatments being considered a last resort. Additionally, it could offer therapeutic alternatives when conventional therapies have failed, when traditional treatment options are not available, or where they are confined or are not a good fit. Homeopathy is the best treatment method for many illnesses, but other options exist.
Many people have tried the vitiligo homeopathic treatment from Bharat Homeopathy. He noticed a reduction in some signs and symptoms associated with vitiligo as early as the first month. Our doctors recommend the use of homeopathic remedy for vitiligo as well as a healthier eating strategy to treat Vitiligo. Doctors suggest that patients with vitiligo can't eat certain citrus fruits when taking homeopathic treatment. Certain acidic foods can irritate your vitiligo. This is the reason why homeopathic doctors recommend that patients avoid these foods.
If you're taking homeopathy medicine, stay away from specific triggers.
Alcohol
Food and vegetables with citrus
E.g. Tomatoes, Oranges etc.
Jaggery
It causes digestive problems in vitiligo.
Curd
Chicken and Mutton
Egg whites can be eaten every week.

Exploring new horizons and embracing the wanderlust within. 🌍✈️
cuisine, which we do throughout the course of four separate locations. Consider include these fantastic destinations when you next travel across India.
Kannur
Visitors may enjoy a variety of activities at Kannur, a city on the southern coast, including the gorgeous Pay ambalam beach and close-by lighthouse. The town offers much more than simply stunning beaches, and the neighborhood is full with activities. Just 16 kilometers from the city lies the Mutthapan temple, which has an oddly captivating traditional nightly dance.
Given that Kannur is a seaside town, the seafood is just outstanding. No one should go without trying some kallumakkaya nirachathu, a genuinely outstanding preparation of mussels that is spiced just so. Thalassery chicken biryani is another excellent choice if you're not a fan of shellfish because the rice, chicken, and spices are all cooked together in one pot.
Spiti
Spiti is a high-altitude desert that is less well-known than Ladakh or Leh but just as stunning and tourist-friendly. The austere scenery is dotted with temples and communities and consists of snowcovered mountains and alpine meadows. The Rohtang Tunnel has made it simpler to get to the Spiti Valley, a centre of Buddhist culture, as The Times of India reported back in 2017.
Tsampa, a roasted flour porridge with cultural importance since pinches of it are frequently used in Buddhist rituals, is one local dish you must sample when here.
Majuli
Tourists are increasingly visiting Majuli, an island in the Brahmaputra River in Assam. The lovely flat terrain is ideal for cyclists, and for the few westerners who choose to make the 24-hour ride from Calcutta, bamboo huts provide a genuine and heartwarming place to stay. If you go, be sure to taste the fish and chicken from Pamnam, which are often roasted in banana leaves. It is a cuisine that is commonly consumed across the world, but to experience the real deal, you must travel to this obscure region of India.
Palitana
Gujarat, which provides the informed visitor a completely distinct Indian experience, is frequently referred to as the "wild west" of India. The Kutch region of Gujarat is one such area. The first vegetarian city in the world, Palitana, would be of interest to foodies. There are 863 temples in the Metro, but it is also forbidden to sell meat or eggs there, according to the Metro. The Khichdi and Kadhi, also known as Bajra no rotlo, guvarnushaak, is a traditional meal of the Kutch area. It is a fantastic vegetarian dish prepared with rice and lentils that seems appropriate for Palitana.
Let’s enter into the track of south India with delicious aroma welcoming you to capture the best moments and snaps at your gallery to bring a smile on your face when you scroll at them. Too many moments to cherish and remember all your life. The greenery and climate which will relieve your stress, and that environment which pulls you into the trauma of beautiful nature and amazing scenery.
South India is known for its food and its notorious tourism places. There is a very special place in every South Indian heart’s when it comes to food and places. It gives an extreme pleasure for travelers who wants to visit certain places located in South India. Growing in an Indian household, we reminisce fondly back on the simplistic traditions that made it special, including eating biryani, the very well meal of rice and chicken flavored with masala that gave Hyderabad, throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh, its name. The Andhra dishes prove the Mughal influence. In general, it is excessively spicily hot. Each of the various cooking styles popular in Karnataka, notably Mysore, Dharwad, Mangalore, Shimoga, Coorg, and Konkani, has a distinct flavor and character. The cuisine of Karnataka would contain more sugar and jaggery. South Indian cuisine has excellent flavor, is nutritious, and is generally acknowledged as a source of therapeutic food. South Indian cuisine includes the main ingredients—curry leaves, coriander, Asafetida, pepper and peppercorns, tamarind, chilies, and fresh herbs have therapeutic potential.
“Maredumilli”.
The travelling experience is one of the best memories anyone could capture while they travel to
Maredumalli. Maredumilli Forests of East Godavari District is 90 km from Rajahmundry city. Maredumilli has rich biodiversity and the area has semi-permanent forests with rolling terrain that forms part of the Eastern Ghats. MaredumilliCommunity Conservation and Ecotourism Area is located on the Maredumilli – Bhadrachalam road, nearly 4 km. far from Maredumilli village. The area has many streams that flow over undulating rocks in deep forests and every visitor will feel an exciting experience in nature.
One of South India & most prominent states includes Tamil Nadu. In additional to remembering us of the sweetness of common dish like Idlis, Uthappam, Dosas, Rassam, and Sambhar that also are loved here and all over the world. Another important South Indian state is Kerala. Fish and steaming rice, typically made with large grains, are the staple foods of the Keralites. The food of Andhra Pradesh is famous for being hot and spicy. South Indian food is usually consumed in Banana leaves. Banana leaves are used to serve South Indian cuisine. Eating on a banana leaf is thought to be healthy and has medical benefits. The other foods were arranged on the banana leaf with the rice in the center.

What should be done to keep teeth healthy?
Life cannot be imagined without teeth. These are so important to us that we need them till the last moment of our life. Most people believe that teeth do not keep up with their whole life and that it is natural for them to fall out in old age. But you would probably be surprised to know that with proper care and diet, teeth can be kept healthy throughout life.
Let us know some tips for the health of teeth!
Brush teeth regularly
Begin cleaning your teeth no less than two times per day. As far as possible, use fluoride toothpaste because it not only strengthens the teeth but also protects the mouth from germs for a long time.
Doctors also recommend flossing along with brushing. Particularly those people who have a gap between their teeth must floss. The toothbrush cannot reach the space between two teeth and there is a possibility of infection with germs.
Avoiding very cold or hot objects
Too much cold and hot foods are harmful to the health of the teeth. By doing this for a long time, the upper layer of the teeth gets damaged and your teeth become sensitive. That is, a sharp pain arises in them whenever they eat cold or hot food. Also, it can cause blisters in the mouth and throat. That's why avoid doing this.
eat right
Indeed, a healthy diet is the root of healthy teeth. Whatever you eat or drink can advantage or damage your teeth.
Eating fiber-rich raw vegetables exercises your teeth and removes particles stuck in them. That's why eat raw carrots, radishes, turnips, beetroot, cabbage, etc. Foods containing calcium like milk, curd, paneer, green vegetables, etc. so on are really great for the strength of teeth.
Make protein-rich foods the main part of your diet. Curd, paneer, sprouted grains, soybean, etc. are very good sources of protein. Non-vegetarian people should regularly add eggs, chicken, fish, and mutton in their diet.
Cold drinks and other carbonated drinks are very injurious to the teeth. That's why avoid them.
Sugar, jaggery, honey, sugar candy, and all sweet things are enemies of your teeth. Some sugary foods are Sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, soft drinks, sweetened milk, etc. It is very important to brush your teeth after eating them. The less sugar in the food, the more you will stay away from tooth decay.
drink enough water
Due to the lack of water in the body, the teeth become weak. Drinking enough water produces enough saliva in the mouth, which reduces the number of bacteria that can harm the teeth and maintains the pH value (balance of acid and alkalinity) inside the mouth. That's why it is necessary to drink a sufficient amount of water.
visit the dentist regularly
Last but not least! Visit your dentist twice a year and get a complete dental checkup done. This does not cause any harm to the teeth. Many people believe that a dentist should be visited only when there is a problem or pain. But this is a very wrong attitude. If treatment is done at the right time, then the problem can be solved quickly. Remember, there is safety in precaution.
By following all these tips, your teeth will support you throughout your life.
A dentist in Nashik is the first person to contact when you experience any dental problem. They make sure that the teeth are clean and healthy and also provide treatment for any dental problems.
It is important to visit a dentist regularly. The dentist will examine your mouth, teeth, and gums and can detect any potential problems that may be developing.
It is recommended to visit a dentist every six months for routine check-ups.
