Dead by Daylight: Werewolf Killer Concept

POWERS:

Ability 1: Maul

Description: The Beast can grab hold of survivors with its clamping jaws and thrash them around.

Activation: The Beast can use Maul on a survivor within melee range.

Effect: When grabbed, the survivor must complete a difficult skill check.

Successful Skill Check: The survivor is thrown a short distance (5 meters) and inflicted with the "Mangled" status effect for 60 seconds, reducing their healing speed by 20%.

Failed Skill Check: The survivor is downed.

Cooldown: After using Maul, there is a 30-second cooldown before it can be used again.

Counterplay: Survivors can attempt to stun the Beast with pallets or flashlights during the grabbing animation to break free.

Ability 2: Deafening Howl

Description: The Beast lets out a terrifying howl, deafening survivors within a 15-meter radius.

Activation: The Beast can use Deafening Howl by pressing the active ability button.

Effect: All survivors within a 15-meter radius are deafened for 15 seconds, silencing all audio cues and the Beast's terror radius.

Additional Effect: Survivors affected by Deafening Howl experience a 10% reduction in movement speed for 5 seconds.

Cooldown: Deafening Howl has a cooldown of 45 seconds.

Counterplay: Survivors can quickly move out of the 15-meter radius upon seeing the Beast preparing to howl, reducing the number of affected players.

PERKS: Hex: Delirium:

Effect: Each survivor has their own personal hex totem. While the totem remains active, the survivor’s movement controls are reversed for 10 seconds every 60 seconds. Survivors must cleanse their own totems to remove the effect.

Scourge Hook: Eviscerate:

Effect: At the start of the trial, 4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks. When a survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook: The killer's basic attack cooldown is reduced by 50% for the time the survivor is hooked. Additionally, the killer gains a 3% increase in movement speed for 20/25/30 seconds.

Ambush Predator:

Effect: For 45 seconds at the start of the trial, and 45 seconds after the last generator is completed, all survivor audio cues are silenced and the killer's terror radius is undetectable. I feel bad for posting basically the same art so here's some short notes on crawler culture ;)

Most ocean-dweller beauty standards centre around vibrant, flashy colours. There's a lot of societal pressure to make yourself as vivid as possible, either through fashion choices or full-body makeup.

This is especially prevalent in Izvoian culture. Both Heilzor and Khozai wear excessive amounts of jewellery and garments to conceal their dull/diluted colours.

Que-wek's bright purple stripes meant that she was particularly favoured by her parents, at least in comparison to her brothers. However, she was encouraged to paint over her pale patches as they were 'blemishes' according to Khozai.

Que-wek's generation is more progressive than that of her parents, and she refuses to conform to standards she deems stupid and unnecessary.

Vreaz refuses to wear paint simply on the basis that he dislikes the feeling of it.

BACKGROUND

Chez is a chaotic and hyperactive teen who is on the run from literally everyone due to his “criminal record.” He is the younger sibling of Cola and runs some type of fast food-chain; in which he gives people food poisoning and possibly killing others with the materials he puts in his food.

PERSONALITY

Chez is an unethical and hyperactive demon. He is aggressive and inconsiderate to people he considers “below him.” Spoiler alert, that’s pretty much everyone.

He is temperamental and is a bit stupid.

Chez is also bossy to his older brother, acting like he knows everything and always is giving him sass, much to the annoyance of Cola. However, he still cares for him and wants to make him proud.

Chez is very reckless and used to look up to Subspace in the past, some of Subspace’s personality bleeding into Chez’s own and partially leading him to how he acts in the present.

He isn’t all bad though, as he’s passionate about the things he enjoys doing and is determined.

Chez is also very creative and hardworking, being very honest and blunt to others. He also holds a high ego, which takes time to shatter since he is hard-headed and stubborn.

These positive traits could be viewed as negative ones to some people.

He is somewhat respectful, mostly because he was forced to act like it. If he was given a chance he would be as disrespectful as he could ever. (But he can’t or else he’d be slapped and that would hurt.)

Cola ;

Older brother who he cares for, despite not liking the things Cola forces him to do.

Slingshot ;

Chez thinks Slingshot’s Cafe is rivaling his “restaurant” so he has some type of hatred towards Slingshot. Though, said person couldn’t care less.

Subspace ;

Chez once looked up to Subspace, some of his personality and morals being influenced by Subspace. However, he later on stopped seeing Subspace as his role model. The reason why is unknown.

Ban Hammer ;

Chez hates this guy. He’s always having to run away from Ban Hammer and sometimes dreams of ripping his face off. Probably would lose if he tried to phight Ban Hammer though.
