I love this camphor and menthol muscle rub I bought! Not as icy as Biofreeze, definitely smells better. I smell like a cinnamon fall candle! Which is weird because cinnamon isn't even in the balm... At least I smell "festive" instead of "HEY I'M SLATHERED IN BIOFREEZE I WILL VICKS VAPORUB YOUR NOSE WHEN YOU HUG ME"...

Biofreeze doesn't help everything or everyone, unfortunately. I also think they toned down the formula since they started selling it otc but that's a whole other rant. If you can find it, try Unker's instead. It penetrates deeper than otc Biofreeze, in my experience. It's also good for other things, like chest congestion and sore throats! (Source: former chiropractic assistant and lifelong klutz with more sprained ankles over time than you can shake a crutch at)

Ah damn. Well thank you, I hadn’t heard of Unker’s, I’ll def give it a shot! Desperate for any kind of relief at this point

have any of y'all tried voltaren? I haven't been diagnosed as having arthritis but my pain seems to align generally with that. I usually use capsaicin patches but I'm hoping there's something better out there
