I've been through six years of therapy. I'm tired of people telling me to go to therapy when they haven't been. I'm pretty educated on this stuff. NOT A PROFESSIONAL. Just been through a lot. Tired of people that haven't gone to therapy telling me to go seek help. Dude I've literally done a lot of work. Please let me have some daëmon time. I'm not gonna spiral out of control. Already have too many times.
