Her name is Saya Kagami!
There's a...lotta lore here, so I'll put half of it under a cut!
Saya was based off of Reimu Hakurei and Ai Enma. Saya's hair looks closer to Nue Houjuu's, however.
Is a former shrine maiden, and while does walk around a lot, she does have a job: part-time as a waitress.
Saya is secretly a gamer, and her favorite genres are JRPGs and far simulation. She's a sucker for the Story of Seasons series!
Her abilities are teleporting and summoning ghosts, though these ghost take the form of chibis/mini ghosts (think Boos).
Her gohei is actually really long, and it can change appearance depending on the situation. It's actually a sword sheath.
Her favorite snack is dorayaki, while she really, really hates natto.
There is a LOT of mutual pining between Saya and Shinsuke Takasugi. It's so much, it hurts. Additionally, whenever Saya's not in the picture, she's visiting him in secret.
Saya is friends with Gintoki, respects Kagura and Shinpachi, but does not know Katsura (for some reason).
Saya "spirits away" her victims. In reality, they just black out and wake up in their home, their money stolen.
There is an incident between her and the Kiheitai that happened: The Cursed Dice Block incident, in which Saya got hit with it, and couldn't get to the Star. 'Sugi was the culprit.
Saya's original hair color was black. A few years before the start of the series, she had it dyed.
Saya got her scars from a fight with an Amanto. It's also why she wears a mask.
Saya is a regular at Otose's snack house, but when drinking, she uses a straw. If the mask is off, she drinks at an angle where you can't see her face.
Saya is 5'3 and a half.
If Saya had a voice, she'd sound like this (skip to the 20 second mark).
Saya's fighting capability is between 7.5 and 10.
Very calm, but if you anger her, heaven have mercy on your soul.
