I have very special scent memories tied to apple pie; when I was a little girl, I’d help my mother bake them—or rather, get in the way while she tried to bake them. Of course, now, apple pie is my least favorite to bake on my own because it takes forever to peel & prep all the apples. Mini apple pies aren’t so hard.
