What are your influences?

Someone asked me. ‘Frighteningly obvious’ is my initial reaction but to give it more thought. 

Bleddyn Butcher, who has a lengthy, shared history of photographing Nick Cave from the Birthday Party onwards.  Anton Corbijn who has such an interesting eye for people inhabiting the space around them and Caravaggio, a painter who understood light, shade and drama.
