Don’t over shampoo, do more cowashing. For us natural coils, kinks and more our hair loves water so when you shampoo, it strips and cleanses all of the oils and dirt which is why we have to put conditioner back on to bring the pH back to the hair . Low manipulation styles; too tight can cause alopecia so take it easy on your styles . DON’T do your hair when you’re upset! I’ve BIG CHOPPED a lot just out of frustration and not knowing my hair. . In addition to this being mindful of what YOU apply to YOUR hair as well as any accessories. . Avoid combs and brushes as much as possible on a regular basis. As curlies our hair tangles quickly around certain tools so finger detangle or find a trusted tool . Regardless of who you are, you are what you EAT. Period eating more fruits and greens will help your hair growth . Water drink lots of it! .
