🧘🏾🥊🏉THIS IS SACRED // THIS IS FUN 🏉🥊🧘🏾 If you are connected to the sacred, you will meet the sacred in all things. If you are connected to a sense of fun, you will find a way to appreciate the enjoyment of things. Yoga is sacred but it is also fun. No need to be so serious all the time. Boxing is a sport that had offered me more philosophy, psychology and energy medicine than any combative activity I have engaged in so far. It is also incredibly fun! Today we go to the rugby. Understanding the rules and remembering everything about it is coming very slowly to me. But i can say that it is, for me, the most sacred team sport I have ever encountered close up. How is this? It is a physical and psychological ordeal not only for every player on and off the pitch, every single match. it is the closest thing to hand to hand battle that is available to us in the modern world without (too much!) bloodshed. The career is short but the potential for personal growth is exponential due to the range of emotions and challenges that the players face in a relatively contracted period of time. They are dictated to, in many ways, managed and controlled, and also given a great deal of responsibility every time they step on that pitch. weak moments are not given the grace experienced by those of us who get to have them without a potential audience of thousands. Tell me rugby isn't sacred.
