Hello tumblr user girlbossjackie! you have asked your followers to ask you in an ask regarding the ‘scu’, short of slimecicle cinematic universe, correct!?

i would like to ask, how is it a universe? is there not only 1, zombie apocalypse end of the world doomsday themed scenario?

SCU aka slimecicle cinematic universe is generally agreed upon to contain these three videos:

Minecraft, but every 5 minutes there's a natural disaster

the HARDEST minecraft difficulty (personally a BIG fav of mine)

we spent 100 days in a hardcore minecraft world

a lot of people agree there's a lot more but it's all sort of ambiguous depending on who you are/what you think of the story. personally i also think "minecraft, but every block fights back" is the most "canon" video but i like to include "minecraft, but it's way more traumatising (RLcraft)" as well. my timeline goes "RLcraft -> natural disasters -> every block -> hardest mc difficulty -> zombie apocalypse

is slimecicle throughout the scu considered to be the same guy? Like it is all one big storyline or is it some kind of alternate realities or timelines kind of scenario? Or does it depend on individual interpretation? Sorry I know nothing about this lol I've only watched the 100 days video

in my opinion he's the same guy! it's very umm technically up to interpretation but i consider all depictions the same guy (same for most the other recurring characters -> grizzly in zombie apocalypse being the only diff one but that's headcanon)

as far as i'm concerned everything is happening in different "worlds" - i consider the recurring gang (charlie, grizzly, condi, bizly, and technically schlatt but he's a different case due to being introduced as a god + his whole deal in zombie apocalypse) to be world-hopping immortals who just keep ending up in Situations. it is ambiguous enough that you can interpret it however though!

it's "one big storyline" in the sense that you kinda have to piece it together but there ARE things for you to piece together. in terms of zombie apocalypse -> watching "minecraft, but every 5 minutes there's a natural disaster" gives you the background for schlatt's actions - the main thing that stays consistent is the narrative importance of the Apple! if any other scu videos pop up that's probably the main thing to learn about bc it'll be the main thing referenced most likely

also hardest minecraft difficulty features a reference to natural disasters which implies they are the same characters throughout rather than alternate universe characters. but that one is kinda blink and you miss it and mostly for ppl like me who go Wild for the overarching story connections lol. apart from the Apple thing with schlatt there really isn't much more of a major storyline thread throughout the scu but like with zombie apocalypse, hardest mc difficulty does have it's own self-contained story

thoughts on scu!grizzly?

LITERALLYYYY SO BELOVED okay.. okay... he's everything to me.... i think fallen grizzly was right o(-( and also SO INTERESTING that like.. i think a lot of people get him wrong -> i think they assume because he tried to kill the others he's very "violence kill death murder everything's mine!" saw someone say revived is a fallen grizzly song and i disagree (personally). there's not enough regret/hesitance in revived. revived is like.. what he Tried to present himself as ig but he's a lot more mournful. he believes very strongly that he's been wronged but he gives them a second chance. and even after they screw that up and he Does try to kill them he actively can't bring himself to!

i think a really good song for his headspace is laplace's angel by will wood -> just combines all those conflicting emotions etc etc. in terms of vibes but not necessarily lyrics mama by mcr works too (again the lyrics Barely match up but in terms of vibes etc etc)

also my guy was literally doomed by the narrative 3 times over but that's another post

oh are we doing scu questions?? I would like to know what you think happened to scu!charlie after the zombie apocalypse video >:)

okay so this is interesting because i consider the scu guys to be immortals (in the sense that they die and respawn) however i think zombie apocalypse charlie has forgotten all of that? so that could partially be why in this scu video specifically he holds himself to "he has to try not to die" -> because he genuinely believes he will permanently. i'm currently unsure whether his like.. assumption is true or not though! i'd have to think a little more (although i think charlie miight be working on more scu stuff...??? or it's just other videos we can Make scu so we'll see ^_^)

i think he's still alive Somehow. maybe schlatt brought him back (AND OH BOY i do have thoughts on their connection) or maybe he never lost his immortality - just his godly powers. we'll see! (hopefully)

I JUST SAW YOUR ADDITION THAT SAID YOU HAVEN’T SEEN ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE AS I SENT THAT ASK SORRY… what do you think happened to fallen grizzly then! like is he dead for real or re entered into the reincarnation cycle etc

I HAVE SEEN ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE DON'T WORRY!! i'll answer the other ask in a second i just wanted to confirm that i have :] it's just that i can't rewatch it all that much bc usually when i go "oh i should watch it!" it's night time and i get scared o(-( so i usually stick to the other vids

FALLEN GRIZZLY: i think he's a ghost but perhaps a little stronger than a normal ghost. i mentioned in a prev post about the "canon scu videos" that i think other vids that i didn't mention are also canon (to me) and one of those is "i bought the most haunted place on earth" -> bringing this up bc grizzly's comment on it is that he was the ghost playing chess lmaoo + in hardest difficulty he seemed to keep chilling as a ghost

i have opinions on grizzly's character in zombie apocalypse which separates him out from typical scu grizzly/fallen grizzly and i thiiiink a lot of time had passed between hardest mc difficulty(/haunted place on earth vid) and zombie apocalypse so he is mostly faded by now/doesn't interact

i'm a big fan of him getting revived somehow though!!
