         MAIILYS  IS  ONE  OF  THE  VERY  FEW  who  can  get  away  with  teasing  the  former  first  division  commander;  knowing  someone  for  well  over  a  decade  or  two  can  have  that  effect,  and  while  usually  such  remarks  are  met  with  either  denial  or  completely  dismissing  the  slightest  notion  of  romance,  things  have  drastically  changed  since  he  wore  the  ring  on  his  finger.  

         His  reaction  instead  is  a  laugh,  indicating  to  his  friend  just  how  happy  he  truly  is  about  the  current  situation  she  teases  him  of.  The  wide  grin  to  follow  and  response  only  adds  on  to  that.

     The words weren't spoken harshly. If they had been, Nnoitra most likely would've felt the urge to defy them. He did as we was told though, his large, sharp teeth disappearing out of sight as he closed his mouth. His eyes grew large, like a ' puppy look '. He hadn't meant to bite. It was just that the human's--- Roy's fingers looked very much like food! And when they were tapped against the water's surface like that, it was oh so tempting to have a taste. Roy had stopped him in time though. While Nnoitra was a small shark, he would have zero problems biting off fingers. His head was just peeking up over the water's surface, his chin submerged. His tail-fin lazily swung back and forth to keep himself stationary by the boat. WELL! He was behaving now, wasn't he? If he wasn't allowed to bite the fingers - which very much looked like FOOD, shouldn't he be getting something else to eat? If Roy thought he couldn't tell that he had fish onboard, he was very much mistaken. Nnoitra opened his mouth again, impatiently. Not to speak, but to repeatedly click his teeth against one another, making a sound that couldn't be interpreted into anything other than: feed me. / @breezecall​ .

Rarely he leaves the headquarter of the Revolutionary Army, but with the events of Marineford, and the various movements near the gates of Red Line, Choso has no choice but to abandon his usual position, and travels the world. Stopping during a storm at the nearest harbor he could reach, he’s waiting under inner courtyard of the local pub, sipping on his beer. It smells like pirates in there. 

Dark eyes scanning the crowd, Choso eventually stares at one man with a scar slicing his lips. Did he see him before? He’s not sure... Staring his not polite, but it’s been a while since he hasn’t meet new people. He just wants his missions to be a success.

Substitutions: Mana Flare

There are a lot of great cards that help make your mana more efficient. Mana Flare was one of the first, but since then there have been many others. Some limit to specific land types, names, or sometimes it only works for your own lands. 

Apologies for the small size of the graphic, first row doesn’t care about land type at all, simply giving everyone more. So if you have all 5 out and someone taps a single land, they get at least 6 mana.

Second row is a bit more exclusive, with Bubbling Muck, High Tide, and even Snowfall each only working for one turn and for one land type. Snowfall and Winter’s Night give a bonus to snow lands, but Winter’s Night is a bit of a double-edged sword. The third row is fairly exclusive as well. Extraplanar Lens you exile a land and only lands with that name make more mana (handy if your opponent’s lands don’t overlap yours). Gauntlet of Power is only for basic lands creating mana of a color you choose, which doesn’t matter much for a monocolor deck and or a deck that allows any land to create the chosen color by using either Prismatic Omen or Chromatic Lantern. Keeper of Progenitus is good for any non-Swamp/Island. Gauntlet of Might is for Mountains, and Vernal Bloom is for Forests.

If you tap a single Snow-Covered Forest and have the top row of cards along with Winter’s Night, Keeper of Progenitus, and Vernal Bloom, that single Forest nets you 9 mana.

Crypt Ghast and Nirkana Revenant are specifically for when you tap a Swamp. The rest of these (with exception of Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant as the other half of Sasaya’s Essence) don’t really mind what land it is you’re using (though Sasaya wants 7 lands in your hand before she really helps). As before, the image is a bit small, so the cards are:

That single Snow-Covered Forest from before? Along with that previous 9 mana, it gets another four here (possibly more from Sasaya’s Essence). This is why people raise eyebrows pretty quickly when you’re playing Snow-Covered lands. Because if you are, there’s a good chance you have a reason for it.

If you want to break these complimentary cards even further, there are a few options for untapping lands, such as Nature’s Chosen (enchanting a white creature) to get 2 more taps out of a single land. Or you could use Oboro Breezecaller and 2 of that 13 mana to return a second tapped land to your hand to untap the first (just make sure you tap the second before resolving this, so you get that mana as well).

Doubling Cube is especially noteworthy if you’re making large amounts of mana because it can be used simply to make more, or to help correct the colors when needed. For instance, if you only have one way to make blue mana (or used all but the last blue you have) doubling your mana can still allow you to cast Progenitus.

Chaos Moons may be considered for this list, but is unreliable at best, so I’m leaving it out other than this mention.
