so i got to the part of the game where you meet auntie ethel, and while there, there's the meeting with the monster hunter and i happened to have Astarion in the party at the moment and the monster hunter was looking for him and I *wanted* to be all like "oh now where could the astarion be???"

but my very tired ass ended up cliking on an option where we say out loud "astarion what do you think?" and the guy is like hold up this is astarion

and then boom, fight where astarion almost dies 3 times

soo, wild magic surge happened and my character, Lae'zel and Shadowheart became dogs while Karlach became a cat... and then I used cat!Karlach to kill a goblin and got an achievement (the kill a character with unarmed strike)

i was rewatching the screen recording i did of that scene with Halsin and I cannot believe you can actually see his crown jewels

Btw I got the scene when Shadowheart shows up with white hair and I ended up talking with Halsin first and I laughed so hard when the first thing he sais was something like "I was scared when I saw Shadowheart walking around with scissors at night but I'm glad it was just a hair cut"

me when Astarion is at 1HP saying "I need healing, damn it", Lae'zel is at 2HP and already took like 3 healing potions, Shadowheart is down and everyone's too far away from her and will trigger an attack of opportunity if we try helping, and i'm at half my HP trying also not to die so i can maybe kill the guy in front of me and get to Shadow but then shadowheart will get up and only be able to use bonus actions and AAAAA

About my bg3 playthrough:

So up until now, I hadn't been able to get lae'zel in my party, because I managed to simply not find her trapped with the tieflings (I am bad with maps). So much so that when I finally discovered where the hell she was, she had gotten out and the tieflings were dead. Anyways, cut to today, past tiefling party, I'm going through the moutain pass thing, and from afar, I had noticed that Lae'zel's corpse was there, so I fight and kill the other gith and i go to Lae'zel, use one of the scroll of revivify and boom, Lae'zel's in the party.

Also, after that I went to camp and immediatly triggered the scene of Shadowheart and her fighting and then Shart trying to kill her, i was like dang that was fast.

I got to act three (I think) and there’s just… so many missions to do… I don’t know which to do first

Look, I was okay-ish with the whole Iron Hand situation (i thought that Wulbren was a bit intense and a bit of hypocrite towards the Gondians IMO but i didn't really care) but honestly, after destroying the steel watch thing and only ONE gondian surviving, and that gondian being the one who's blind...

Wulbren is insane if he thinks i'm okay with killing the dude. Like it's ONE dude, who already said he1s done with this stuff and just wants to go home to his daughter (who is only alive bc god has allowed it) and wulbren was still like "no, if there's one gondian alive, they need to die"

act 3 of BG3 is like you finish one quest and as a reward, you gain three others

okay progress i did today in bg3

Killed laroakan (that bitch)

Gale learned about the Crown of Karsus, talked with Mystra and i'm gonna try and convince him to not fucking remake the crown

Found viconia, killed her and the sharrans and saved Shadowheart's parents (which...my god)

also some bhaal assassin's appeared and the absolute possessed a fist to tell me some shit i don't remember

gonna try and do some minor side quests and then save duke ulder
