Briar Glen Universe Description

This universe is just so I can let out all of my Sun x Moon fangirl energy. While I DO understand that in the Sun and Moon Show canon, they are brothers, I highly ship them outside of the show. This universe is basically a timeline where Fazbear Entertainment had finally shut down after the events of Pizza Simulator. Sunshine and Midnight, the counterparts to Sundrop and Moondrop, were made by two separate roboticists, meaning they would not be familial, which would also make their marriage both legal and ethical. They ended up becoming the Keepers of Precious Gems Orphanage and created their only daughter, Zaniah. Also, the Newton Star was never created in this universe, meaning it would not be affected by the original Star's shattering.

but he still loves his siblings all the same!! he's very close to all of his siblings, he's in touch with his family regularly.

ryan moved to briar glen for college, he wanted to see the world and have a new adventure, so he moved.

he did a degree in music and graduated recently, he liked briar glen so much, he decided to stay.

him and a couple of his college buddies, all decided to get together and move into their own place again.

B A C K G R O U N D

sani was born on a south korean-united states military base. his mother was an army doctor and his father was a doctor in south korea. his mother was a first generation nigerian-american that dedicated her life to saving others and decided to become a military doctor after completing her residency. she met his father a year into being in south korea, and their love was instant, like a fairy tale.

their love didn't last long though. when sani was only seven years old, his parents divorced and when her time as an army doctor was over, his mother returned to the states, taking him with her. he spent his summers in south korea with his father, but primarily lived with his mother for the majority of his life.

sani's always been a creative at heart. whether it be art or music, both come to him naturally. he can play several instruments (the piano, the guitar, the drums and the saxophone), and is very knowledgable on dj'ing equipment and other music production equipment. he has a nice singing voice as well, but prefers to lean on the more creating/dj'ing side of music instead of actively singing.

he moved to briar glen when he turned eighteen for a sense of independence and to prove to his parents, and himself, that he can make it on his own. his parents both wanted him to follow their paths and become a doctor, but that was never something he wanted to pursue.

he makes the bulk of his money by dj'ing or doing freelance art projects for anyone interested in his art style and work.

Split into the four realms of Viridi, Northorn, Brorich, and Bangtan, Lustra is one of the most important countries in Nantgarth. Still coming off the back of a 100-year war, the realms and cities within her beauty are rebuilding and learning how to move on.”

Viridi Gramine The largest, richest city in Lustra. It is the home to an impressive wolf pack and is one of the few kingdomhoods left. The city is so large that it had been divided into sections: Viridi Gramine, Withertusk, and Middlesborough. Withertusk is where most of the famers live. A largely human population but they still have good relations with the wolves that rule them. Middlesborough is the palce where tourists spend all of their time. This is where all of the more affordable taverns and markets reside. This is the most dangerous area of the city. Viridi Gramine is where the king and queen live. This is wolf territory and is only available to the most affluent in society. Despite this, the rulers are fair and kind to their subjects. Whopping A fisherman town riddled with crime. Founded first by the elves many centuries ago, it was only after the Century War that humans took over the city of Whopping. Quickly, the war-torn town went from one of the most beautiful cities in Lustra to the poorest. It has slowly started to rebuild its reputation over the years. Home of the Whooping Port, the largest trading port in Lustra. Idris The hottest, driest, and least populated area in Lustra. Most survivors of the Century War still reside here. It is considered a cursed place and anyone from outside of the city chooses to stay away. The population is a mix of both humans and dwarves alike. Syrena A small, seaside town home to the largest sisterhood of witches in Lustra. The human population does not like the witches that live at the coast, but their fear of their magic and the merfolk keep them from paying them a visit. Home to the dangerous Magindaras.   Bangtan Forest A formidable yet beautiful forest. Home to the most dangerous and unforgiving magical beings in the land. Few go there and return to tell the tale. It is the home of many important faces such as the Foxglove Village pack as well as the Birdie. Birdie Meadow is a small, unclaimed, but understood to be, clearing where the Birdie’s cottage resides. The Salhai pond is the home to many magindaras and is considered the deadliest pond in the world. Moload The only swamp in Lustra. No one besides a few witches live in the area. Alcona Islands Three Islands that were claimed by the dragon rider city of Ancola. They were once used as prisons but after the civilization was lost during the war, it is the home of their dragons. The dragon king, Taemoo, is known for being especially vicious towards humans. The three islands consist of Alkai, Azudelline, and Azula. Each serve their own purpose for the dragons and are uninhabitable to humans. Whales frequent the island and are close friends of the dragons that live there.   Ancola Was once the beautiful city of the dragon riders, but after the century war fell into ruin. All that’s left is the rubble. Northorn The second largest city, and kingdomhood, in Lustra. Human founded and built, Northorn is a beautiful place with large walls, gorgeous architecture, and a rich history. While not as connected to their people as the king and queen of Viridi Gramine, Queen Rose and King Edward are considerate of their subjects. While Leeside is considered a different city, it is under the control of Northorn and therefore, under its protection. The Erith Port is at the northernmost part of the city.   Leeside A very large area of farmland that is owned by Northorn. Many roads and trails run through the city. Briar Glen Beach A desolate area where King Omar, the last king of Ancola, is buried. Solime lake and the Wheeping Willow tree, both sacred monuments, are also here. This area is heavily guarded by the last dragon on mainland Lustra, Keld. Clarcton A small, pass through town where travelers can rest for the night. While not a huge player in Lustra society, it is still an important stopping point for anyone on a long journey. Azamar Pass The most dangerous trail in Lustra. You must pass the Ola’re, the oldest, largest volcano in Nanthgarth. Brorich A mostly desolate, harsh island that was once home to the lost civilization of the Balmoral. The large sea serpent, Bannockburn, lives along the coastline.

I got really into this idea after rereading some Tolkien. I was thinking about making a map of just Bangtan, but wasn’t sure if anyone would even be interested in that. Hope this little update was nice. Currently working on the next chapter as we speak! Thank you.

Upon its outer marges under the westward mountains Mordor was a dying land, but it was not yet dead. And here things still grew, harsh, twisted, bitter, struggling for life. In the glens of the Morgai on the other side of the valley low scrubby trees lurked and clung, coarse grey grass-tussocks fought with the stones, and withered mosses crawled on them; and everywhere great writhing, tangled brambles sprawled. Some had long stabbing thorns, some hooked barbs that rent like knives. The sullen shrivelled leaves of a past year hung on them, grating and rattling in the sad airs, but their maggot-ridden buds were only just opening. Flies, dun or grey, or black, marked like orcs with a red eye-shaped blotch, buzzed and stung; and above the briar-thickets clouds of hungry midges danced and reeled.

'Orc-gear's no good,' said Sam waving his arms. 'I wish I'd got an orc's hide!'

Once again, in one single paragraph Tolkien manages to fill us with dread for this new type of misery. It’s not the poisonous misery of Minas Morgul, and it’s not the horrific hellscape when they first entered Mordor. It’s not even the icy terror of the paths of the dead.

Instead this is the horror of life that has become to twisted by evil that it makes death almost feel preferable. It’s a mockery of what life should be, and even just looking out over it feels draining in a way that is hard to explain.

And once again, Sam comes in in quintessential Hobbit fashion and somehow makes you smile, even if maybe things just feel too dark and dismal for a laugh at the moment
