As for where to start with their music, I’d probably go in release order (I’m only including stuff available on YouTube music as of right now, there’s bandcamp and patreon exclusive content)

• flower through concrete (EP)

• every moonbeam, every fever dream (EP)

• How to build and ocean: instructions (album out on the 26th, here’s the release order of the singles)

The main reason I recommend listening in release order is that their themes and musical styles change and it’s very cool to see all of that, and because they tend to recycle elements and draw on parallels (note I want to feel chaotic and I wanna feel calm)

Other than that? I think that’s it for free, publicly available content. I really hope u enjoy their music because it’s really cool :]

reflecting on last night when i got to see @bearsintreesofficial and realizing that it was very fitting to be surrounded by friends who held me while i sobbed to fresh concrete and reverberate and then goofed off and laughed about absolute nonsense on the way home. definitely one of the best nights of my life d:,^)
