having to come to terms with the fact that i never actually got rid of my internalised homophobia it's just taken different forms over the years and also half the time i didn't realise i had it

#like why did i think id gotten rid of it i had it so horrifically in high school. i told a friend about some of it and she was like Really T #That's Not Normal That's Really Horrendous and its like okay well we arent all as free as you are #anyway i feel like it's stronger now or maybe it's just morphed forms which is STUPID bc arent i meant to grow and get better over time #fucking whatever #bro idk what to do about it. its not repression or self-hatred or anything its like really sneaky and subtle and i have no idea how to #combat it. like ive been consuming Pro gay people shit for a fucking decade why cant i apply it to myself #shut up ulrike #lgbt
