Blames Eboni and Leah For RHONY Exit!

Heather Thomson is so bitter after her experiences this season on RHONY.

Her actions after quitting midseason actually proved Leah McSweeney right.

She blamed Leah for bulling her off the show, and she trashed the show and accused it of being damaging for her business.

All of a sudden she blames Eboni K. Williams of forcing her off the show as well!

She agreed with a fan who accused Eboni of being “a race baiter” and that she “needs to go”. 

She responded to a fan on Instagram saying:

“I would have thought negative campaigning would be below Eboni but she’s shown us that it is not.”

I’m sorry, I thought Heather was tougher than that. “Don’t tell me anything, motherfucker.”

I didn’t think that Heather was afraid of confrontations. So why is she playing the victim card all of a sudden?

I think that she quit because of the incidents with racism on the show. 

She tried to preach and teach, but she herself made mistakes.

She told Eboni was “very articulate” and Eboni described that as microaggression. 

Eboni also felt that Heather was whitesplaining racism to her.

It’s far more likely that she didn’t wanted to be associated with these situations on RHONY. 

Why else would she put the blame on Eboni as well?

Heather seems to be desperate to control the narrative after her exit on RHONY. 

It was so easy for her to put the blame on Leah’s behaviour this season.

But honestly, Leah was losing her grandmother at the time and they just butted heads constantly.

We’ve seen another housewife react a certain way to Heather before, and that was Bethenny Frankel.

She wasn’t very enthusiastic about Heather either.

But in my opinion, a friend of the show needs to be a genuine friend of the show.

Heather has been trashing the show and the housewives ever since she quit. 

And it turned out to be difficult remaining a friend of the show by being two-faced.

Heather is the only one responsible for quitting RHONY.

I guess we’ll hear all about it on her podcast.

American Staffordshire Terrier and American Pitbull Terrier were born from the crossing between Bulldog and Terrier, and possibly the English Terriers or Fox Terrier. In the 19th century, battle sports were very popular in England and the United States, and the cynologists were having fun creating agile, courageous and tenacious breeds, ideal for good ring performance. The bull, for example, was used for the bait of bulls.

This primitive sport became more and more controversial, so it was banned. Breeders, with less interest in developing aggressive lines, started to select dogs on their ability to be good pets. So, the pits have nothing to do with today’s comrades!

They are called in many ways: Pitbull, Pit, Pit Bull, Pit Terrier, Half and Half, Staffordshire Fighting dog, Bull Baiter Dogs, Old Family Dog (Ireland), Yankee Terrier (North America), Rebel Terrier (South America). What is a Pitbull dog?

This simple question causes confusion! Is Pitbull a unique breed or a concept created from scratch?

In fact, the concept of Pitbull is very vague. It mainly refers to dog breeds such as American Staffordshire Terrier and American Pitbull Terrier; on the other hand, dogs crossbred can also be considered Pitbull if they have a similar morphology.

King said this 52 years ago. 52 collective years have passed that has included hundreds of deaths by the hands of police, multiple communities displaced by gentrification, schools re-segregated, the continued disproportionate imprisonment of black and brown people, an ever increasing household wealth inequality gap, families separated at the southern border and the election of one a man who adopted Bull Connor’s political platform like no other, and here we are still.

By definition, “ignorance” describes a state of not knowing. In a large sense, it is innocent – after all, there are many things that one does not know. However, what makes the racial ignorance King was speaking to here particularly insidious is white America’s refusal to acknowledge the historic and present oppression of non-white folks and their participation in it, complicit or otherwise. Again, the ignorance here is intentional and obstinate. Terms like the “race card”, “race-baiter”, “colorblind”,  and similar terms are all attempts to push the fallacious narrative that anti-blackness is a trope, a played out, tired refrain in the cacophonous chorus of victim-hood.

Practically, this phenomenon shows up in interesting ways at work. Diversity and Inclusion programs, led by white people, drive discussions centered around white comfort. New language is created to ignore the reality of systemic racism within the workplace.  “Diversity of thought” is the ultimate ideal - effectively justifying mostly white, mostly male leadership. Gender is the shiniest silver medal with no attempt at inter-sectional engagement, erasing non-white identities and the history attached. Unconscious bias training is the cure-all, driving the presumption that the majority is not intentionally bigoted. In the best scenarios, attempts to bring these truths to light are met with soft nods, a commitment to continued dialogue and little else. This does little for those in the minority who continue to see and be the witnesses and recipients of inequitable treatment.

America’s response to being presented one of the greatest speakers, leaders and minds of modern history was harassment from the FBI, assault and imprisonment by police, and murder. Despite this, in a world wrought by so much chaos, corruption, and immorality, I still have hope. The largest misconception is that hope is an intangible feeling, a wish upon a star billions of miles away that things will somehow get better by the notion that it simply must do so. For me however, hope is a verb. Hope is the pairing of intentional and strategic behaviors with clear, desired outcomes. Until that happens, “resonant resolutions about brotherhood will continue to fall pleasantly on the ear”.

There are a lot of interesting facts about Pit Bulls, a dog breed that has recently become very underrated. Let’s be honest, a lot of people have a negative perception about Pit Bulls. In fact, Pit Bulls have such a bad reputation that they are completely banned in the United Kingdom!

Sadly, the bad reputation that Pit Bulls have is due to humans and how we used them throughout history. Pit Bulls originate from Great Britain where in the 1200s they were specifically bred for baiting bears and bulls. That is actually how they got their name, as they would be put into a pit with a bull to fight the large animal. After the baiting of bears and bulls became illegal, Pit Bulls were turned on each other and used for illegal dog fighting.

So to help dispel the myth that PitBulls are naturally vicious dogs that should be avoided, I want to tell you about some interesting facts about the Pit Bull that you perhaps did not even know about.

Overview of the Pit Bull

Most of the time, when people talk about Pit Bulls, they are referring to the American Staffordshire Terrier – an AKC recognized breed – specifically. The American Staffordshire Terrier is strong, muscular, and stocky, with a broad head and full cheeks. Its “rose” ears (in which the top folds over and back) are sometimes cropped short. It stands 43 to 48 cm (17 to 19 inches) tall and weighs roughly 23 to 36 kg (50 to 80 pounds). 

Its stiff glossy coat may occur in any colour, with or without patches of contrasting colour, and many dogs have some white on the head, throat, and chest. The American Staffordshire Terrier is affectionate, loyal, and good with children, making it an outstanding family pet. Many authorities note, however, that the breed possesses some level of aggression, especially toward other animals, and they also note that properly bred and socialized dogs do not display innate aggression against humans.

American Pit Bull Terriers, which are not a member of the American Kennel Club, were once an iconic American breed. They were American military mascots, advertising stars, and popular farm and family dogs. But when dog fighters criminally exploited the breed’s loyalty, tenacity and bold nature, the Pittie’s reputation took a hit from which it hasn’t yet recovered.  Unfortunately, he comes with societal baggage. People who have Pit Bulls may face restrictions on where they can live or which homeowner’s insurance they can purchase, and there have even been large Pit Bull bans in some areas.

  History of the Pit Bull

Before the early part of the 19th century, the Bulldog was bred with great care in England for the purpose of baiting bulls. The Bulldog of that day was vastly different from our present-day “sourmug.” Pictures from as late as 1870 represent the Bulldog as agile and as standing straight on his legs-his front legs in particular. 

In some cases he was even possessed of a muzzle, and long rat tails were not uncommon. The Bulldog of that day, with the exception of the head, looked more like the present-day American Staffordshire Terrier than like the present-day Bulldog.

When it comes to the bull-type terrier breeds, all can agree that the common component in their makeup was the Bulldog. (Note that the Bulldog of 200 years ago was a vastly different, more ferocious creature than the lovable “sourmugs” of today.)

Argument begins when breed experts try to nail down which preexisting terrier breeds reside in the American Pit Bull Terrier’s genetic background. Some suggest that such extinct breeds as the White English Terrier and Black-and-Tan Terrier were part of the genetic mix that led to the creation of the Staffordshire Terrier, forerunner of the American Pit Bull Terrier.

Some writers contend it was the white English Terrier, or the Black-and-Tan Terrier, that was used as a cross with the Bulldog to perfect the Staffordshire Terrier. It seems easier to believe that any game terrier, such as the Fox Terrier of the early 1800s, was used in this cross, since some of the foremost authorities on dogs of that time state that the Black-and-Tan and the white English Terrier were none too game, but these same authorities go on to stress the gameness of the Fox Terrier.

It is reasonable to believe that breeders who were attempting to perfect a dog that would combine the spirit and agility of the terrier with the courage and tenacity of the Bulldog, would not use a terrier that was not a game. In analyzing the three above-mentioned terriers at that time, we find that there was not a great deal of difference in body conformation, the greatest differences being in color, aggressiveness, and spirit.

In any event, it was a cross between the Bulldog and the terrier that resulted in the Staffordshire Terrier, which was originally called the Bull-and-Terrier Dog, Half and Half, and at times Pit Dog or Pit Builterrier. Later, it assumed the name in England of Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

These dogs began to find their way into America as early as 1870, where they became known as Pit Dog, Pit Bull Terrier, later American Bull Terrier, and still later as Yankee Terrier.

In 1936, they were accepted for registration in the AKC Stud Book as Staffordshire Terriers. The name of the breed was revised effective January 1, 1972 to American Staffordshire Terrier. Breeders in this country had developed a type which is heavier in weight than the Staffordshire Bull Terrier of England and the name change was to distinguish them as separate breeds.

Now, the Pit Bull is one of the most loved and respected of the bully breeds. It has appeared throughout literature and pop-culture as an icon among the bully breeds. Ownership has grown and the distribution of the American Staffordshire Terrier is widespread. You may own one.
