Jan is a party animal likes club music and jumping up and down and headbanging and staying out all night, Richard likes dinner parties and candle lit dinners

Jan's dream vacation would be New Orleans. He likes the ghosts and the nightlife and the food and the music. Richard wants a vacation somewhere with cliff diving and exploring and ice and adventure in the outdoors

Richard has found at his time at Richmond he is most comfortable going to Roy for advice, Roy will yell advice at him and he responds to that better than Ted's warmth or Beards coldness or Nates panic, Jan finds himself going to Isaac

The most obnoxious couple in terms of pda just in your face about it

They love correcting eachother and insulting eachother, it's a love language

Bumbadoo (a.k.a. Isaac/Moe)

Isaac has his bisexual moment of panic, calms down and then immediate falls in love with Bumbercatch. Moe is asexual and biromantic. Moe finds Isaac's gruffness and emotional constipation endearing.

Isaac is not great at vulnerability and not great at relationships over all, Moe is so patient with him, Isaac thinks Moe is crazy for staying with him

Moe loves conspiracy theories and unsolved crimes and ethical true crime documentaries, Isaac finds all of that a bit intense and would never engage with it on his own but he loves when Moe rambles about it, there's a lot of "that's crazy babe" and "what do you mean they only found her foot"

The biggest fights they get into comes from Isaac's internalized homophobia and toxic masculinity, his unspoken desire to be the "man in the relationship"

Isaac showed up at their first date so nervous he had to excuse himself to be sick in the bathroom, Moe found it cute and ate all the table bread while he waited

Isaac is so sentimental about their relationship, knows every anniversary and celebrates every moment

When they finally got together, Colin was so smug and excited, Isaac had to tell him to fuck off so many times

Please tell me more about Bumbadoo (that is a top tier ship name by the way)

(Thank you so much) it is the ship name for Isaac Mcadoo and Moe Bumbercatch and it is an extremely underrated ship. Isaac canonly thinks Moe is the hottest guy on the team. Isaac and Moe always are doing shenanigans together (working together in Amsterdam, moe making the barristers wig (change my mind)) and have a great dynamic. Isaac having to be the guy who creates order amongst his friends and Moe who is extremely chaotic but knows when to reign it in. This gif

Hi Jan Maas Anon!!!!!!!! First of all, I am so proud to have been the one to bring you into the beautiful world of janchard, I truly take pride. Secondly, Moe and Isaac (Bumbadoo? Mosaac? CaptainConspiracy? Idk) is arguably my biggest (but strongest) crack ship. From a Canon standpoint, there's the obvious iconic moment of Isaac calling Moe the fittest guy on the team, and then there's the way these two are so hijinks buddies. Isaac needs someone to help him figure out the votes for Amsterdam? Why not get Bumbercatch to help (even if Moe is passionately anti-democratic)? Isaac wants to dress like a British barrister? Commission Moe to knit a wig. The rest of my feelings about this ship come down to my own interpretations of these characters, Isaac's difficulty with expressing emotion vs Moe's subversion of masculinity, their shared fashion sense, Isaac's quick to anger and Moe's aggressive playing (that one red card) theres other stuff too but thats more my headcanon stuff. Plus there's that one time Isaac picked up moe and spun him around that lives in my heart.

Thought I'd share a Bumberdoo headcanon after your weary day:

Bumbercatch's hair gets progressively longer and longer (post S3) and nobody knows why. Except Isaac. Who knows because whenever he's stressed, he plays with and styles Bumbercatch's hair, and Moe has just been growing it to give him more to work with.

Also Bumbercatch knits while Isaac stress-styles.

This is everything to me anon. Moe had been growing it out since his man bun days in season 1 but he insisted he didn't want it that long just wanted to have curls again and all of a sudden it's past his shoulders and he's like... just trying something new. After work Isaac loves to sit on the couch while Moe sits on the floor knitting and Isaac just talks about his day and what's stressing him out and just stuff he couldn't talk about without hair in his hands because he has that trait barbers have about talking and listening best with hair in your hands and Moe would grow his hair ten feet long if he got to hear Isaac's thoughts because he loves Isaac so much and knows how hard it is for Isaac to talk about stuff. Moe gets to knit and listen and Isaac gets to braid and talk and later in the day Isaac will put his head in Moe's lap and watch moe play video games while moe talks about his stuff he can't talk about without distractions and they both know it's so hard to communicate and there's pressure and masculinity bullshit but they've found eachother and everything else seems so trivial when you're touching the person you love most and hearing about their day

Colin Jamie in the beginning is so much just like staring into eachotheres eyes and saying how beautiful eachother is and how lucky they are to be with the other and a lot of praising and just gushing because they both love compliments and their both saps. The longer the date the more it becomes "I've never had a bug bite on my dick either" "Roy was being weird today you're right" "I didn't buy spaghetti, and you didn't buy spaghetti but there's eight boxes in the shelf"

Jan Richard immediately discuss the sex they had and give eachother criticisms and compliments on their various performances. After that they talk about their upcoming plans and their hyperfixations (Jan's in trains, true crime, and politics, Richard's in wine tasting, wine making, and wine collection) they do this in the same order everytime
