* Woman-Owned Business — While there isn’t anything inherently different from a business run by a man over one run by a woman, because women-owned businesses are more rare there are special considerations the government may give you in terms of business loans. If you are a woman-owned business, it’s good to certify yourself as such. Any type of business can be woman owned.

But what it really comes down to is how to choose between these types of business entities.

* Sole Proprietor — This is the easiest business format to get involved in. You can start a sole proprietorship today just by saying you are one. There is no special tax information you need; it’s just cash based, money in and money out taxation. When money is earned it’s counted as income, and when money is spent it’s counted as an expense.

You can technically use your social security number but it is highly recommended that you obtain a tax ID number. If you’re in the USA that number is called an EIN or Employer Identification number. The name can be confusing because if you do not plan to have employees you may feel like you can’t or should not get one. But that is not true. Getting an EIN is free, fast, and can save you from identity theft. You can get an EIN online.

* Partnership or LLC — You can start an LLC without having a partnership, but if you are in partnership with anyone you will need to form at least an LLC to protect you both. * INC — If you plan to run a very large business, forming an INC might be for you. But, you’ll be subject to double taxation, the shareholders are owners, and you cannot choose how to be taxed at tax time like with an LLC. This structure is best for large businesses or certain licensed professionals who are not permitted to operate as an LLC.

Understanding what type of business you are is an important component in knowing how you will proceed in any part of your business — whether it is management, taxation, marketing, sales or understanding your audience.

Heute habe ich mal viele Ausnahmen gemacht. Wer also den Text ließt und sagt: "Geil! Mache ich demnächst auch mal." Dem rate ich dringlichst davon ab, weil das eigentlich DAS NO-GO schlechthin ist!! Und normal jeder blockiert auf meiner BlackList landet, der sich das erlaubt 

Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen Urlaub geplant, der abgesagt wurde. Ich bin anschließend nach München gefahren um das zu verarbeiten und habe jetzt auch noch meine Wohnung auf den Kopf gestellt. Alles Dinge, die dafür sorgten, dass ich keine Treffen machen konnte. Und so sehr ich diese Treffen liebe, es fällt mir manchmal schwer anschließend wieder zurück zukommen, weil ich mental noch nicht wieder darauf eingestellt bin (muss man nicht verstehen). Ich stehe also heute in Unterwäsche in meiner noch nicht, wieder ganz geordneten Küche und mache mir eine TomatenSuppe. Es klingelt. Ich erwarte niemanden. Wahrscheinlich der Postbote, obwohl mein Päckchen planmäßig erst Samstag ankommen sollte.. Ich werfe mir geschwind einen XXL Pulli über und husche an die Tür. Ich verstecke meinen kaum angezogenen Körper hinter der Tür und spähe durch den engen Spalt. Ein bekanntes Gesicht steht unten an der Treppe. Er schaut mich an und ich ihn. Es vergehen ein paar verhaltene Momente, in denen keiner von uns etwas sagt. Ich, weil ich überhaupt nicht mit Besuch gerechnet habe, kaum angezogen bin und sich hinter mir eine chaotische und nach essen riechende Wohnung befindet. Er wahrscheinlich, weil ein misstrauisch schauendes Mädchen ihn durch den engen Türspalt anstarrt. Nach einer ewig langen Pause des Zögerns, schwingt er sich die Treppe hoch. Mir ist schon bekannt, dass er ein Mann der Diskretion ist und sich nicht über die Treppe hinweg mit mir unterhalten würde. Kurz vor mir bleibt er stehen. "Ich habe dich vermisst." Flüstert er. "Hey, ich war neulich bei einem deiner Vorträge, ich habe mich dann aber doch nicht reingetraut." Antworte ich ihm. "Echt? Ich wollte dich nicht belästigen, ich wollte dir eigentlich nur einen Zettel in den Briefkasten schmeißen." Er hebt einen Zettel hoch. Alles was ich darauf sehen kann ist, dass er eine wirklich schöne Handschrift hat. Wieder kurzes zögern. Seine nächste Frage war mir schon klar, bevor er sie aussprach. "Hast du Zeit?"

Mir widerstrebte es, sein Verhalten zu unterstützen. Ich schämte mich, für meine Wohnung. Ich schämte mich für meinen konfuses Auftreten, für meinen verwuschelten Dutt und dafür, dass ich halt wirklich 0 zurecht gemacht war. Aber ich hatte sooo Lust! Die letzten Tage, wollte ich niemanden in mein Chaos lassen, aber hier überrannte jemand einfach meine Scham und damit mein Hindernis. 

„Dann musst du mich kurz duschen lassen.“ Ich winkte ihn rein und wollte ihn eigentlich nicht in meiner Unordnung alleine stehen lassen, aber meine Priorität galt dem Duschen und Zähneputzen. Das ist etwas, dass brauche ich einfach für mein Wohlbefinden. Und hätte ich vor einer halben Stunde das letzte Mal die Zähne geputzt, dann hätte es trotzdem sein müssen. Rituale müssen beibehalten werden! Auch wenn man überrumpelt wird. In Windelseile seifte ich mich ein und huschte wieder aus der Dusche, Zahnpasta wurde aufgetragen und während meiner Mundhygiene kam ein nackter Mann ins Bad. „Ich gehe auch noch geschwind duschen.“ Er drängelt sich hinter mir vorbei und umfasst meine Hüften. Er küsst meinen Hals und ich rieb meinen Hintern an seinem Glied. Während seine Küsse meinen Hals nach oben wanderten, drehte ich meinen Kopf, den Mund voller Zahnpastaschaum. Wir küssten uns. 

„Geh duschen.“ Wies ich ihn nach einem innigen Kuss an und spuckte die restliche Zahnpasta aus. Während er unter der Dusche stand, versuchte ich aus meinen Haaren etwas zu machen. 

Dann endlich stand nichts mehr zwischen uns. Ich sah ihn aus meinem Bad kommen und drückte ihn während einem weiteren leidenschaftlich Kuss gegen den Türrahmen. Meine Hand schon an seinem Schwanz. Er ist so der BusinessTyp, er steht auf Quickies, also wird hier nicht lange gefackelt. Wir bewegten uns langsam Richtung Bett. Er ist so jemand, der gerne Komplimente macht. „Du bist so geil. Ah dein Blick, dass ist einfach zu geil.“ Normal hätte ich mich sehr geehrt gefühlt, aber ohne irgendeine Creme im Gesicht und ohne gepudert zu sein, ohne Mascara, war es mir unangenehm das er mein Gesicht so eindringlich fokussierte. Also bewegte ich mich weiter runter und leckte ihm seine Eier. (Damit habe ich es in letzter Zeit ein bisschen) Es dauerte nicht lange, bis er abspritze. 

Mir hat das spontane Treffen heute gut gefallen, besonders der Kuss, während dem Zähneputzen... der hatte was. Aber in Zukunft wird „einfach Klingeln“ definitiv sanktioniert. Wenn ich mich nicht melde, dann bin ich nicht zu erreichen. Hätte ich einfach einen Zettel im Briefkasten gefunden, dann hätte ich mich sehr gefreut und wahrscheinlich auch geantwortet, dass ist okay. Aber ich wohne halt hier. Ich habe oft Freunde oder gar Eltern zu Besuch, die wissen zwar Bescheid, aber ein Aufeinandertreffen würde ich für beide Seiten gerne vermeiden. 

Und selbst wenn ich den ganzen Tag alleine in meiner Wohnung sitzen würde, dass hier ist kein Laufhaus (ich wünschte ich hätte einen Hater, der mir jetzt widersprechen würde 😂) das ist meine private Wohnung! Das geht gar nicht!

Zudem habe ich mich während dem gesamten Treffen unwohl gefühlt. Meine Haare waren nicht zurecht gemacht, ich bin nie groß geschminkt, aber dennoch möchte ich meine Haut gepflegt wissen, meine Wohnung roch nach Zwiebeln und Schnittlauch... Die Basis von einem Treffen, ist das ich mich wohlfühle! Und das war heute einfach nicht gegeben.

Trotzdem freue ich mich insgeheim, dass er geklingelt hat. ☺️

Pai îmi iau imprimanta noua cu 500 lei de pe eMAG. Astept doua-trei luni dar măcar economisesc mult, imprimanta mea face figuri doar pe partea de culori. E bine ca merge negru perfect și deși am curățătorie, am sufla, i-am dat update și nimic.
