I alla fall så kom två unga turister dit för att träffa traktorn Buster och de båda skaparna av boken om hans äventyr. Ja alltså mig som har ritat, och henne den där andra som har skrivit.

VXO Zine Fest la upp det här inlägget för att berätta att jag är med dem på lördag. Den här gången är lokalerna andra än förr. Det ska i år nämligen hända på universitetsbiblioteket. Tänk på det så ni inte går fel!

Så kommer jag verkligen, som bilden antyder, ha med mig Svenska Superserier #19? Nej. Jag vågade tro det när bilden gjordes, men nu verkar det i stället som att tidningen kommer i oktober. Lagom till Seriefest i Väst. Tidigare nummer av Svenska Superserier ska jag dock ha med på lördag. Och alla andra saker som jag brukar ha med.

Så vi ses alltså på lördag!

I bästa fall hinner jag trycka upp nya samlarkort innan dess också, men det återkommer jag nog om...

#Popupbutiken på #SeriefestiVäst är igång i #Nordstan i #Göteborg. Den ligger inte exakt där beskrivningar påstår, men dock alldeles i närheten. Hittar du denna syn så har du hittat rätt. Och som synes i mitten av bilden är superseriefamiljens bord på plats. Där står Bodil och @ensomheterjohan både idag och imorgon och saluför serier och barnböcker. So today is the day the book fair would have been, so today the library posts the previously mentioned videos.

This includes the one I showed parts of earlier. That is this one:

As the book fair is not an actual book fair this year, the way to buy our books and other stuff is by ordering them online. It lives in your computer!⁠ ⁠ What lives? Well, @serieteket calls it #serifestivalen, @hybridenmalmö calls it #digitalseriemässa2020 . Call it comics festival, if you like!⁠ ⁠ It will live the most during this weekend. That's when Serieteket streams interviews and stuff. But the living is already going on through the component of the festival that is the comics market (also known as Small Press Expo) and so it will until the 15th of June.⁠ ⁠ As you can see here, I and my creations can be found at some different places during this period. Serieteket posted two youtube videos about the market, and the first one ends with me in the company of @anvandarnamnetarupptaget365 and @hammerbirchgrove at @sensusstudieforbund in Växjö. It’s Stockholms Seriefestival, it’s Digital Seriemässa, it’s Small Press Expo. It’s not at a specific geographical location, but a comics festival is indeed happening, and it’s happening now!

So now she is going through every closet to decide what to keep, what to give and what to trash. Among the finds made in this process are these homeproduced gifts from me and from my little brother. It seems to be two birthday gifts and one Father's day gift. It furthermore seems that I, already at the age of nine, drew a story about a tractor and a cat. Though the tractor in this comic shows no face, no voice and no name, I dare claim that this is Buster. But is the cat Sara? Well, all I can say about that, is that I have no actual ground for why it would not be. Anyway, the main protagonist of the story is neither the cat nor the tractor, but a louse. I have made more comics about this louse character, but I suspect that this was its first appearance. So what did my brother @gaphalsen2099 do? He also made some comics. Sequels to some of the ones we made for the earliest issues of Blandbok. Part II of Bubblan 30 and Part IV of Daddahockes äventyr. I believe comics with these numbers also appear in somewhat-less-early-than-the-aforementioned-earliest Blandbok issues. So I suppose we forgot that these had already been made. As you can see, this version of Bubblan 30 II does not only star Codename Fjoltomanen, but also such celebrities as Amalgam and doctor Simspad. The tv viewer and bicyclist you can see in Daddahockes äventyr IV (or Daddaockes ävtyr IV, as the title is actually spelled (giving it an unintentional distinction from its Blandbok parallel)) must be Daddahocke's friend Vickericke. He appeared in previous episodes as well, but I originally stole (or incoroporated, if you prefer) this character from @henrikbromander . Don't remember if Henrik's version looked like this, but the name is the same, and at least elements of his backstory. The last (or chronologically probably the first) of these books is Gosedjurens rekordbok 1990. A second edition of this book of records for textile animals was made the following year.
