Health check in! Make sure to take a break and drink water! Don’t for get to eat :3 have a good day.
Aww hey thank you! This is a dang good reminder! I've been working my butt off lately to make more stock but I haven't exactly been taking the best care in eating because of it!
Also I hope you have a good day too <3 Around here it's been freezing, so I've been hiding in cafes and in my home instead of going outside. I keep thinking it would be good to start taking walks again, but when I wake up and it's 15f outside I will absolutely not

Entry #2
TW: Mature themes - Thanatophobia, Cancer, Death, Manipulation, Graphic Violence, Swearing, Bad Grammar
----
Dear Boardmembers,
I want to initially express my gratitude for your efficiency. Ever since I started working at the University of Cryptozoology I have admired your timely responses to issues such as mine. My appreciation for the time you have taken to read and respond to my concerns is neverending. Thank you.
Regarding the response that I have received in the mail. It appears as if my original letter of caution has not provided the proper information to show the complete urgency of this issue. Despite my earlier misgivings, I do plead for a second chance for this matter to be taken seriously. In this letter, I will more coherently explain the grave operations of The Dealmaker.
I will start off by focusing on the only two accounts that explain the workings of The Dealmaker. Entries #74 and #290 show actions instead of pure results. These entries can be found in their pure format along with all of the twenty thousand entries I have gathered. Please open the blue envelope for this information.
Entry #74 concentrates on Martha Gaywash from Canada. Around the time of her disappearance, Martha was sixteen. Since the age of twelve Martha had a personal blog that she would update daily. She was best described by her Amber Alert, “last seen wearing a blue shirt with the greek goddess Athena,”
In the fall of 2016, Martha was diagnosed with leukemia. This diagnosis caused her mental health to rapidly spiral out of control. Section B in my annotations regarding Entry #74 highlights her rapid decline in emotional and mental stability.
Section E is an unedited version of Martha’s last post that was uploaded to her blog. This post was made on January 1st, 2020. Ten minutes before she would do what she did. The post would also reference what I believe are the effects of The Dealmaker. She comes across as what can only be described as having a mental breakdown, with sentences that lead to nowhere, and improper grammar. She claims that she is worrying herself sick over “the voice in the wind that mukes fucky fuck shit shit goo byed bye,” As you can see later in her final sentences she questions if the so-called “voice in the wind” were the greek gods trying to save her from her gradual demise.
Police investigations reveal that at 1:04 a.m. Martha left the family house through the sliding backdoor. She entered a terrible blizzard with only her coat, boots, mittens, inhaler, greek mythology books, and a picture of her dads with the family cat. A day later; police dogs followed her impressive twelve-mile hike into the forest that was a part of the family’s property. The dogs lost the scent along the frozen pond. Where it is assumed that she fell in. Yet, no body has been discovered.
What was found was one of Martha’s worn-out mythology books. On the inside of the book cover was a message from Martha- written out with melted snow and blood. Her sentences are more comprehensible. It reads; Dad, Papa, I contcantfucking stand myself i now you say tha t this curse is not my fault but i cant help feel guilt thee disney trips the dontians from neigbors the fundraising i cant i cant take it it feels like its my prison sentence my punishment for existing and getting this this this thing i just wnt to go back back to when it was just the three of us instead of the forth draining one i need ot it go back i just have to find a way so i idid i did your gonna think im a mad madperson but i finally found th e answer i im likea bee following th e smell of nectar im following this voice that tlls me everythin will be alright i truly think its Athena she knows ive been devoted its hard to follow im so tired i cant tfeel my teeth i ts ahrd to write my hands are freezing im inhaler isnt working im starting to get scard dad papa thewind is strong but these damn crows their just chilling watching me the thoughts that im gonna die out hea r im truing to ignore becasue the thoughts of a happy life are all that ive wanted when ive come abc and athena has made me strogern il life those thougts with you
My assistant Mr.Lim went to the victim’s house for further information. The interrogation was refused and Mr.Lim had the police called on him. The parents of Martha showed textbook Type D post-interaction behavior. This is where Entry #74 ends.
I believe that before I can truly analyze Entry #74. I must explain the details of Entry #290 in a similarly comprehensible manner.
Entry #290 focuses on victim Mdlui Cele. On November 14th, 2005 Mdlui would travel from South Africa to California in order to visit the Sequoia National Park. He had planned to take pictures of the park over the course of the week. His plans would fall apart. As two days into his vacation at 3:37 p.m. Mdlui was officially announced as missing.
Only Mdlui’s camera was found. The photos that have come from the camera have not yet been released to the public. However, I have managed to gather police descriptions of these photos. Out of the five-hundred photos that had been taken the last three are of notice. Photograph #498 is described to be from the perspective of Mdlui. He is on the dry forest floor. His clothes were tattered and worn by oceans of blood. His organs were in places that they shouldn’t have been, near his feet, his duodenum on his thigh. The cause of this displacement is unknown; the damage was bad enough that he would have had twenty minutes before he bled to death.
Photograph #499 focuses on the towering Sequoia trees. Their large branches are being pushed by a large gust of wind. The tree trunks are hunched over as the stress of the wind overwhelms them. The issue with this picture is that November 16th, the date this picture was taken, had been a notably breezeless day. There are no signs of alterations in the photo.
Photograph #500 is exceptionally particular. Based on the police report, there is a fuzzy distortion that is associated with cryptids and their effects on pictures. Only Mdlui’s blood-stained hand can be barely made out. Everything else is distorted in a tv static haze. The official report does not mention the following anomaly. Further investigations reveal that several officers are to have stated that there appears to be a tiny hand resting on one of Mdlui’s fingers. I believe that these photographs are vital to the understanding of The Dealmaker. With your backing, the possession of these photographs should be manageable.
These two detailed accounts present us with questions and answers. I will start with the answers first. The Dealmaker targets victims who are on their last leg, close to death. This cryptid only hunts in edge habitats. The wind is an element that is closely associated with this cryptid. In the original Basil Smith account and in Entry #74 the wind appears to be the tool that is used to manipulate victims, possibly animals. This manipulation causes people to act irrationally, such as entering a violent snowstorm. Victims are emotionally, mentally, and physically unstable, and in need of a way to get out of their dire situation. Families of victims inherit Type D post-interaction behavior, further research must be conducted in order to validate this claim. The Dealmaker-related disappearances are always associated with near-death, edge habitat, and wind. Victims are never seen again. The Dealmaker is clever, wickedly so, in all of the two-thousand accounts that I have gathered. Only three accounts have given the smallest bits of information. This explains why this cryptid has barely been acknowledged by cryptozoologists. Imagine the horrors that we have yet to shed light on.
The list of questions is alarmingly dreadful. It is almost impossible to have a comprehensible list of questions. It is my duty to at least try.
If The Dealmaker is the cause of near-death experiences or if it waits till victims are near death is unknown. Why these people are chosen as targets is unknown. Whenever the victims of The Dealmaker are alive or deceased is unknown. It is my assumption that victims are deceased since a victim has never been seen again.
The common theme of using the wind to manipulate victims is concerning. Does this mean that any gust of wind is dangerous or does it mean that certain windy areas are dangerous? How can the University even protect society against something as perpetual as the wind? It’s incomprehensible.
The Basil Smith document and Entry #74 both mention crows. What is the significance of crows? Why was Mdlui sliced open so badly that his organs were spilling out? Why did he feel the need in his final moments to take pictures? How did a sick teenager make a twelve-mile hike in such horrid weather conditions? How come Mduli and Martha were able to give us clues but no one else could? Why did no one else notice such a large gust of wind in Mduli's photo? The apparently tiny hand in Photograph #500– is that some sort of illusion caused by the blurry picture or a clue?
A large range in habitat over such a long period of time could suggest many things. Either The Dealmaker is unaffected by the passage of time, we’ve seen this in werewolves, or this means that there are multiple generations of The Dealmaker.
The Dealmaker is a despicable cryptid, might I add a true pure evil in this world. This manipulation and malice is something that the University has not seen before.
I have run the numbers and The Dealmaker is 40% more lethal than the most previously dangerous cryptid known to the University. When The Dealmaker enters an area the rate of disappearances increases by 64.8%. This cryptid can and will do damage to society. Who is the University to not stop this madness? To not stop the wretched acts that have been under our noses? Now that I have given the information I implore you to act.
I propose more funding for the research of this cryptid. I am only a team of two. A team of two hundred can more efficiently find information on how The Dealmaker operates and how to prevent people from disappearing. The possession of the photographs from Entry #290 is also vital in investigating this creature. My assistant is currently constructing a possible protection plan for potential victims against The Dealmaker. With your backing, the University can finally let this monster meet justice. I will gladfully lead this project if I’m given the power.
Once again I must thank you for your time and once again– I ask for this situation to be taken seriously. Thank you, I do truly believe we can get rid of the devils and monsters of this world.
Sincerely,
Dr. García

Telling him you're pregnant *Buck series*
Tumblr media
*SWAT crossover*
When you found out the only people you told was, obviously Jessica as she's your boss, Alice, Athena, and Chris. Of course the boys in the HQ were suspicious about all the girls whispering to each other, or constantly texting each other but decided that maybe you girls were just gossiping.
Of course it seemed weird that Jessica was always pulling you to the side during cases and the boys felt like she was keeping you out of the action so you knew you had to plan on telling everyone soon.
You don't know how you managed to keep your excitement in check around Buck because you just wanted to tell him but you knew he'd want his firehouse family involved along with his sister.
Thankfully your birthday was coming up, so you invited everyone over for a small party saying it was to celebrate early so you can visit your family on your actual birthday.
With your plan in motion Alice helped you come up with a way to tell Buck and everyone else. Chris managed to keep the surprise hidden at what was once your house as well, thankful you had moved in with Buck months beforehand.
When the day came you had everything set up for a barbecue, you encouraged everyone to bring their families, setting up games and different activities for everyone. Of course you had to dodge the many "You want me to get you a drink?" that were thrown at you.
Chris managed to help you distract everyone, while Alice took the dog you had to beg Buck to let you get inside. "It's time for our annual pitch." You're quick to explain to the members of the firehouse, "I went to college on a baseball scholarship, not softball, coach saw my curve ball and fast pitch, wanted me on the boys team. Every year they try to top my pitch speed. BUT THEY CANT!"
One by one the guys try and go against your pitch speed, including the guys from the firehouse. When it's your turn Hondo makes Jim play catcher, knowing he doesn't know how fast you actually pitch. "Do your worst Y/N." You smirk as you find your grip on the ball before getting into position and winding your arm back letting the ball soar through Chris's backyard before hearing, "Son of a bitch!" You laugh as you watch Jim shake out his hand, the glove falling off. Jessica laughs from her spot with the speed gun.
"She's still got it." The boys groan as you take a drink from the can of soda.
You watch as Alice opens the sliding door with a smile on her face, your dog following her with his brand new bandana on.
You quickly lace your voice with fake worry as the dog gets closer to you and Buck. "Buck what's on his neck?"
He's quick to turn knowing how much you love your dog, and would kill if anything happened to him. When the dog stops in front of him Athena's quick to grab her phone and starts recording knowing exactly what's about to happen as buck unties the bandana to look at it better.
Tumblr media
Buck freezes, rereading the bandana before turning and picking you up spinning you around. "Really?" You nod with a smile on your face, seeing just how happy he actually is about the news.
Everyone looks at the two of you as your feet touch the ground, confused at Bucks sudden outburst. Buck looks at you before looking at his friends and the new people he's grown to think of as friends, "She's pregnant."
You get passed around to all of your friends as they congratulate you and Buck. You finally get to Athena and Bobby, Athena pulling you into a tight hug, Buck figuring out she had something to do with it. "You knew?" "Of course I knew. Nothing happens to this girl that I don't know about."
As the night dies down, everyone packs up left overs before heading out giving you an buck one last congratulations before they leave.
When you get back home you let your dog off his leash, who eagerly runs to play with Bucks cat, as Buck wraps his arms around your waist. "How long did you know?" "Found out a week ago. Told Jess right away to prevent getting put on any calls. I've been getting desk work for the past week while we planned on how to tell everyone. The guys were already asking why I wasn't getting in on the action." Buck can't think of anything to say, the only thought going through his head is how happy he is. Practically reading his mind you say, "I have a doctor's appointment in a couple days. Doc said we'd be able to listen to the heart beat. Didn't want to at the last appointment, was still trying to wrap my head around everything. Already talked to Bobby, he said you can have the time of the appointment off."
When the day of your appointment comes, you drive practically feeling bucks nerves and excitement radiating off of him. The only thing running through his brain is that he doesn't know what to expect.
He holds your hand as you lay on the table staring at the small screen waiting for the image of your baby to show up. You look at his face as he's mesmerized by the tiny bean, only looking at you with unshed tears when the heartbeat echo's through the room.

Right Now
Part One
Read on ao3!
Part Two; The Talk
Time doesn’t stop for accidents.
That’s what his dad used to say. Sometimes they were words grumbled irritably, or sighed, or shouted. It didn’t make much sense to Buck at the time. It was just one of those things parents say, like “raining cats and dogs” or “it’s five o’clock somewhere.”
Time doesn’t stop for accidents.
“It means that the world doesn’t stop turning just because you made a mistake,” Maddie had patiently explained to him once. “Accidents happen, but life goes on. It means you have to just keep going.”
Time had certainly felt frozen within the confines of the hospital, but as soon as they step outside, the bright light of day hits Buck and he realizes that while he had been inside with Eddie, the world had been spinning without them.
And still now, it turns around him.
The ride of the firehouse passes in silence, but inside Buck’s head there is anything but quiet. He wonders what the hell he’s going to say to Christopher.
He needs to be honest, as honest as possible, but reassuring. Though his own thoughts and fears are screaming a thousand what ifs, Buck knows he has to push those down and remain optimistic. More than just for Chris, but for himself. He doesn’t want to imagine the dark places his mind will go if he allows it.
When Athena pulls the cruiser to a stop next to Buck’s jeep outside the station, she turns the car off but neither of them moves to get out.
“Thanks for the ride,” he says.
Athena nods. “You need me to wait?” she asks. “I can take you to Eddie’s.”
The word yes is on the tip of his tongue. There’s a part of Buck that wants to scream it. He wants to push all of this off onto someone else, make it someone else’s responsibility, someone else’s problem.
Eventually he says no, because he knows that if he accepts the ride, she’ll offer to come inside with him. She’ll offer to break the news to Chris. She’ll offer anything he needs.
And he’s afraid he just might take it.
A slim hand reaches across the small space to rest on his arm; it’s smaller than his, but it feels so much stronger.
“You call me if you need anything,” she tells him.
He nods.
“Buck,” she says, and waits until he looks up at her. Then she repeats, “Anything. I’m serious.”
He swallows down the emotions clawing at his throat again. “Thanks, Athena.”
And then he flees the car before she can offer anything else. Already, it feels like she’s given so much.
One of the trucks is out, for which Buck is thankful because it means half the crew is gone. He can see the rest upstairs in the kitchen, can hear the crack of balls knocking together on the pool table, and someone distantly laughs at an unheard joke.
He wonders if anyone told them about Eddie, but realizes that it doesn’t matter. He knows their names and faces, has worked beside them on occasion, but the people here aren’t his family, not like his own team is. Hen and Chimney are probably already back at home, recuperating from a long shift, maybe making plans to visit Eddie again in a day or two. Buck knows already that he’ll be making the trip again tonight.
The showers are empty; another small blessing Buck is ready to take for granted. He turns the water as hot as he can stand and lets it pour over him, staining his skin a furious red.
He wishes he could stop time, rewind it, save Eddie from ever putting him in this position, because as scared as he is right now, he’s also pissed. At Eddie, at himself. He feels like a bomb and when he explodes, it’ll endanger anyone standing too close.
It was unfair of Eddie to ask him to be Christopher’s godfather in the first place. As much as he loves Chris, would do anything for him, he feels helpless. During the tsunami, with the water all around them, Buck’s instincts had kicked in. They had told him to grab Christopher, to not let go, to hold him as tight as he could.
But this… this is so different. There are no instincts for this. He’s not sure he’s strong enough to hold Chris together, no matter how tight he holds.
At the time, signing the papers to become Christopher’s legal guardian in an emergency was a safety net. But now it didn’t feel like a net; it felt like a noose.
“Fuck!” Buck yells and before he can even think, his fist is flashing forward and connecting with the wall. A speck of blood shines on the tile and he looks down to see the split on his knuckle. It washes away in the spray of the shower, and with it his anger seems to disappear.
None of this is fair. Not the fact that Eddie might die, that Chris might lose his only remaining parent, that Buck has to be the one to tell him. It’s not fair that Buck might lose his best friend. He wants to scream and yet his chest feels so tight he can barely breathe.
It takes a few more minutes before Buck can bring himself to leave the shower, and a few minutes longer to put on his spare clothes. The smell of smoke still seems to linger in his nose.
The entire drive to the Diaz house, Buck tries again to think of what he might say. He grapples with all of the usual condolences, but quickly pushes them aside when they all sound fake coming from his mouth. By the time he’s stopping the Jeep next to Carla’s minivan, Buck is no closer to a plan than he was an hour ago.
Then again, Buck has always done his best work diving in blind and making it up as he goes along.
He lets himself in with the spare key Eddie had given him long ago. It’s well worn, hanging snugly next to the key for his own apartment, but this time the metal feels heavier in his hand. The sound of quiet voices leads Buck toward the kitchen and as he nears he can smell something tomatoey wafting over from the stove. He realizes he hasn’t eaten since this morning, but the smell of it just makes his stomach churn.
Christopher is leaning back in a chair at the kitchen table, a yellow pencil in his hand that he waves around to accentuate whatever point he’s currently trying to make. He’s so like Eddie in that way, always talking with his hands. Carla sits opposite him, her chin resting on her hand, listening intently.
There’s a small smile on her face that freezes when she looks up, spotting Buck. It’s a miracle he thinks that she manages to keep it at all, though it turns stiff.
Christopher notices and twists around in his seat. “Hey dad,” he says, but the words die on his lips. A smile stretches across his face and Buck’s heart breaks just a little bit more. “Buck!” he exclaims. He starts to grab his crutches, but Buck steps closer.
He runs his fingers through Christopher’s curls, dropping a kiss to the top of his head. “Hey, buddy.”
Carla catches Buck’s gaze and quickly stands. “I made some spaghetti,” she says. “Chris has already eaten, but it can be warmed up easy peasy for later on.” She makes her way around the table and Buck has a brief moment’s worry that she’s going to offer to stay, and then he’ll say yes. But she simply says, “I guess I should be heading home. Call me if you need anything.”
And just like that, Buck and Christopher are alone. Carefully, Buck sits down opposite Chris. All the time he spent trying to figure out a good way to say this and still, Buck is empty-handed. He has no idea where to start or end.
Christopher swings his legs under the table and asks, “Is Dad here yet? I wanted to show him the grade I got on my math test. Look.” He shoves a paper toward Buck, a gleaming red A+ on the top. Buck feels pride and dread swell in his chest. He braces himself.
“You know what your dad and I do for a living, right?” Buck asks. “Being a firefighter, all the stuff it entails.”
Christopher nods and settles Buck with a dumb look. “You fight fires. It’s in the name.”
Buck laughs. “Yeah, that’s right, buddy. And, you know, you’ve learned about fires. How dangerous they can be.”
Again Christopher just nods.
Buck hates himself, every single cell in his body, for having to tell Chris this.
“Well today, something happened at work. Your dad got hurt.”
There’s a silence as Buck lets Christopher process this. The pencil in his hand falls to the table. Tears swell behind his glasses and Christopher’s shoulders start to shake. “Daddy’s dead?”
Shit.
“No!” Buck moves quickly around the table, scooping Chris up in his arms, pulling him into his lap. Shit shit shit. He definitely should have started with that. “Chris, buddy, no. Your daddy is okay. He’s not dead. I’m so sorry I made you think that. No, he’s alive, Christopher.” He is the absolute worst person in the universe. He rocks Christopher back and forth.
He holds Chris until the crying calms down and he asks, through hiccupped breaths, “He’s okay?”
“Yes,” Buck says, “yes, he is okay. I promise you, your dad is okay.”
Buck wants to rewind time, he wants to try all of this again and make it better, make it right. But time doesn’t stop for accidents and it certainly doesn’t rewind. He holds Christopher closer to his chest.
“Where is he?” Christopher asks. “I want to see him.”
“Of course,” Buck says, because this, at least, he expected. “We can go see him. He’s in the hospital right now. But buddy,” he shifts the boy on his lap, trying to look at him and really make sure he understands what Buck is about to say. “Do you know what a coma is?”
Christopher shakes his head. His cheeks are as red as his glasses and his eyes still glimmer with tears.
“A coma is when the body goes to sleep so that it can focus on healing itself. Right now, your dad is asleep so that his body can focus all of its energy on him getting better.”
Christopher sniffles and seems to accept this. “How long will he be asleep for?”
Buck curses the tears that prick at his vision, the lump that arises in his throat. “I don’t know,” he admits.
“What if he doesn’t wake up?”
A part of Buck wants to be angry, another piece sad, but overall he can’t blame Christopher for wondering because he had been asking the same fucking question this entire time.
Now, he pushes all of those doubts and fears he had aside. He musters up all of the strength he has to look into Christopher’s big brown eyes that look so much like his father’s. “You and your dad are the two strongest people I know,” he says. “I know that he’s going to do everything he can to come back to you because he loves you more than anything in the world. And you… well, you’re Superman, right?”
Christopher looks doubtful, but he nods slowly. “I’m Superman.” Then he raises his arms to return Buck’s hug and says, “You’re strong, too.”
He chuckles and tries not to cry. He needs to be strong for Christopher, but right now, he’s not sure he’s ever felt weaker.

On the “Raw Diet”
I’m really happy I get to put my dogs on the raw diet (BARF model). A 10 LB bag of raw chicken quarters ranges between $5 to $6 when on sale in my area. You can get chicken gizzards (hearts, livers, lungs, etc.) for like $1, and the most expensive thing would PROBABLY just be the veggies due to how you just get a bunch at a time but you don’t need a bunch (freeze them I suppose for later) (kale/spinach) that you steam anyway and give in very small portions (the muscle and bone content with lean meat consists of 75% of the meal while veggies and fruits and nuts are 15% and you give in tiny amounts).
I have 3 dogs, which can range between 1 bag and maybe 1/4 a week. So that’s $20 a week, bringing it to about $60 a month which is still cheaper than buying kibble that won’t give your dog cancer.
Giving your dog that $20 bag of Purina may seem cheap and good in the long run with no adverse side effects on your dog, but just like how grain-free is being investigated for heart failure, the cheap “affordable” dog food that has fillers and other stuff in it (when it is cooked into the biscuit form, it loses most if not almost all nutritional value) to keep a shelf life.
So a 23 lb bag of Blue Wilderness (the premium brand of Blue Buffalo) is about $58. Meanwhile you get 40 pounds of chicken on the BARF version of the raw diet for a month, for three dogs. Versus the $58 on the premium Blue Wilderness that you have to get another bag every 2 weeks.
Then you look at even the regular large bags of kibble for $20 to $25. You may be paying the same amount a month, which begs me to believe it is more worth it to swap them to the healthier diet with the same dime. You CAN afford it if you look at stuff that’s on sale and buy in bulk, or buy when you can afford it if you have a small freezer like I do (but we plan to buy in bulk when we move and have a huge freezer).
Honestly, while it may take your dog a day or two to adjust, if you have a dog that would benefit from the raw diet (again, there are several different types of raw because not every dog can chew through bone and they need different things based on size and specific nutritional needs- german shepherds need protein and fat, for instance, and need every part of the animal so it includes gizzards, chicken necks or bones, etc.)
Why did I switch my dogs to the BARF Raw Diet? Well we have been noticing some chronic diarrhea in my dog, Ares. And every now and then, Athena gets diarrhea to the point she can’t hold it and well.. messes happen.
We have been consulting with our vet every time, and so far we have to give them pumpkin every day. Benadryl helps when the grass is cut, but overall they seem fine which leads me to believe it isn’t outdoor allergies but possibly food allergies which isn’t uncommon in German Shepherds, especially the working coats that have high activity.
Over the past few months, we have only put them on three brands of dog food. Royal Canin, Blue Wilderness, and Hills Science Diet. We took them off the Royal Canin because we had what we believe to be a tampered with or bad batch because of the disgusting smell that we have never had before. Then we swapped to Hills, but it has corn in it and not recommended for my breed of dog. And then we put them on Blue Wilderness, but the largest bag is 23 pounds in store and they devoured it in less than 2 weeks with just the two of them (we have three, but one is still a pup- a baby that eats half as much as they do and they are on different bags). So we swapped them back to Royal Canin, but my baby boy just isn’t taking well at all and it’s been three weeks and his stool is just NOT consistent.
Remember when I kept mentioning my boy is sick and it’s worrying me? Well so far, pumpkin helps but it can’t be a long term solution as pumpkin, while good in fiber, has a property of it that can’t be consumed in large quantities else it will poison the dog. So I would need to give him breaks, and adding that expense onto the bags of kibble that is basically just feeding my dogs the human equivalent of ramen every day just doesn’t cut it for me.
My bf wants to get them on the PMR (Prey) model where it’s whole dead animals with everything attached, but imo we’ll see. The BARF model seems to be the cheapest and easiest at the moment.
Here is a link if you think this is something you might be interested in. It has models and transitioning methods as well as ounces, pounds, and so on to give you the exact measurements based on your dog’s weight.

The secret
They can hear dumbledore calling the prefects. He grabbed her waist and kissed her and said “until we meet again my love” and then dumbledore walked in on them talking “so that’s where you’ve been” she shrugged and turned around “yes dumbledore me and prof.lupin where talking about my mistakes in how to recognize a werewolf so he gave me a book” so she turned and grabbed the book Remus gave her it was a text book but she covered the title with her hands “ahh Remus you are most lucky Severus would have wished for a day that ms.granger get a mistake and ask for
help but we still haven’t tracked him down” Remus shrugged “but why at this time at night” Remus who was looking at his desk turned around in shock but hid it well “professor I was coming down for patrol and passed professor lupins office so I knocked on his door and asked if I could come in,I was confused about the homework he set us.and he told me my mistakes and brought me this book he had” she shows Albus the book “ahh ms.granger it’s a meeting today not patrol we changed it at the last minute “when dumbledore finally left “ok love next time come to my quarters” he locked the door and put the muffilato charm and kissed her lightly and then they became more intense then you know what happened next a few months later “Remus love why are you so upset” he had been planing this for weeks he was deep in thought when hermione distracted him “what no,love don’t worry” then when the finished the romantic dinner Remus set up Remus bent down on one knee “hermione your the love of my life you made me the happiest I could ever be! Will you marry me?“hermione shocked and Remus felt fearful that hermione would say no “YES! ONE THOUSAND TIMES YES!!!” The first thought was lucky I put muffilato or they would of known but then he grabbed her and kissed her intensely her hands in his sandy hair and his around her waist and then when they where done they sat on remus’s bed and talked for a while and then the couple realized “dumbledore has to know ” so they flooed to dumbledore “Remus and ahh ms.granger what brings you here” dumbledore had been singing the song he always sang when Remus was in school “hey diddle diddle..” “Albus me and hermione have to tell you something ” dumbledore smiled as a sign for them to continue. And then Remus shrugged “me and hermione are engaged” dumbledore wasn’t shocked “ahh yes you where right my dear Phoenix” now dumbledore was talking to his Phoenix “ yes and we would like you and professor mcgonngal” this time it wasn’t Remus who spoke “HERMIONE!?” Severus Snape had been missing for 3 years now her ex lover ran to her and tried to kiss her. She grabbed remus’s hand tightly or tighter.Remus wanted to beat the living shit out of snape “YOU ASSHOLE YOU DARE TO TRY AND KISS MY FIANCÉ!” He screamed! Snape was just in shock “your fiancé?!” Snape was pissed “YOU SLUT YOU MUDBLOOD YOU FUCKING CHEATER” Hermione was on the verge of tears the asshole came a ruined her special day, then she pulled Remus to the floo power and they flooed to remus’s quarters she ran to her room and cried Remus was there confused about his fiancé’s ex and angry at snape “shh hermione I am not mad” she ran to him and hugged him “he left me he ran off with another girl” he was pissed! Only a fool would leave a girl as kind and as beautiful as this “ I love you” she looked at Remus and kissed him “ I love you too” she stoped crying and looked at him and said “you are better then him I love you more then I ever loved him ” she and Remus talked for a while and then he asked “when do you wish to invite your parents” she looked at him and said “Remus first we have to tell the other muraders except pettigrew and harry,Ron,Ginny,Luna” she puppy dog eyed him “ok ok I give up but we gotta tell your mum and dad this weekend all of the order and Dumbledore’s army are at grimland place” as he made way to the door so they can go to hogmead village to get Choclate for teddy Weasly
She grabbed his hand “HONEYDUKES AWAY!XD” he laughed “ you really love Choclate don’t you!” She laughed “just like you” he made his face look shocked but he wanted to laugh “me?well I never!” She looked Sirius but she wanted to laugh “ you once asked me why I tasted of chocolate ” they laughed “ok time to go” she put her hand into his. On there way to hogmead they saw snivelis and he tried to pull hermione from lupins grip” ‘mione let’s get back together “ she was pissed ” its granger to you and no I am very happy with Remus, have a bad day” she kissed Remus on the cheek “lets go Remus ” they went to honeydukes and bought as much chocolate as they can carry so what 6 or 7 huge bags so then they flooded to remus’s place and put 3 bags on the dining room and Remus put a magical spell that’s unbrakable except to the wizard who conjured it and then they flooed to Sirius’s house “PRONGS,PADFOOT,HARRY,RON,GINNY,LUNA!WHERE ARE YOU!?” When they all came to the living/meeting room
Me and hermione have news!
where engaged
Sirius and James where like “GOO MOONY!” and Lilly and Luna and Ginny where asking when’s the wedding then ½ an hour later “guys you want to hear this especially you Lilly!” Remus whispered “do we tell them” “yes everything ” she whispered back “It’s about old snivelius greasy ” Lilly looked shocked she didn’t want to hear anything about the person. Who was supposed to be her best friend about the man who called her a mudblood she held James hand “did he call you a mudblood like he did me ” James was beyond mad "AH DIDDLE HE MESSIN' WITH THE WORNG MOONY! “ yes b b b but h h h h he a a a a also t t t tried t t to k k k k k kill r r Remus ” James and Sirius lost what little color they had in there faces harry stood up between his mum and dad “WHERES THAT DIDDLE ” rasing his wand “WHERE IS HE !!” Lilly James and sirius screamed! Hermione was still crying and she held Remus’s hand tightly “a a at h h hogwarts” they all hugged hermione and she put the chocolate on the coffee table “d d dig I in” she was sitting next to Remus eating chocolate deep in thought when Lilly and Luna and Ginny pulled her into the room the four girls shared “hermione you and snape used to date right” Lilly asked “y yes” her voice being more stable “what did he do that made you brake up With that ass” she told them about how he tried to brake into remus’s office one night when she and Remus where sitting and talking “ and when he finally saw me after 3 ½ years he tried to kiss me and it was lucky that Remus was there Remus got soo mad he was like ‘YOU DARE TRY AND KISS MY FIANCÉ!’ Snape got mad and screamed at me “You slut you MUDBLOOD you fucking cheater” when he was the one that left me” then the entire order flooed to Remus’s house Remus lifted the enchantment they found snape sleeping at the potions dungeons and Lilly James Sirius hermione especially beat the living shit outta the mother fucker “ YOU THINK KILLING MY FIANCÉE WILL HELP YOUR CHANCES!” She screamed Snape stood up and kissed hermione forcibly on the lips she tried to leave his grip and then relized he put a freezing charm on her she saw Remus beat the living shit outta Snape then Snape stood up did the same to Lilly but longer James practically killed the man the Un froze the girls hermione ran into remus’s open arms sobbing Lilly ran to James but both girls hexed the living shit out of Snape "we're lucky we are one of the brightest witches of our age"Lilly had a murderus look and her face Hermione screamed as Snape grabbed her by the buttocks and made out with her but she didn't return the favor he wa alike "come on 'Mione baby lets get back together plz babe!" She took her wand out and transfigured her shoe into a sign and told remus and the rest of the order/da's that she was faking and told them the plan so then she was like "of course babe" and fake kissed him on the cheak and when he leaned in to kiss her she screamed " HA YOU THOUGHT I WOULD GET BACK TOGETHER WITH YOUR UGLY ASS NO WAY!" Then remus looked like his birthday was a week early and they hexed the fudge outta Snape and he said "ok have it the hard way then!" The where like "whatcha gonna do drool on us!" They took there Wanda out just in case "Remus we should send an owl to the ministry to get him arested for shagging two girls against there will” Remus looked like he wanted to kill Snape so did James “the man is lucky we let him live” they sent an owl to the minstry but then boom Snape froze both girls and pulled them to his room and locked it now Remus was prepared to kill James looked like Snape wouldn’t be breathing again he put the impirios curse on the girls but when he said imp- Remus came unfroze the girls James hugged Lilly Remus hugged hermione *2 years later* Hermione and Remus are have 3 kids.
