dc's refusal to let damian and jon have (and keep) other friends really skewed this fandom's perception of how close they are
#and to be clear this isn't me saying they AREN'T close. they are#but damian especially has multiple arguably closer friends (maya first and foremost)#they're just not as marketable as superman's son#and even jon was imo closer with kathy before the age up than damian#just based on the fact that she wasn't constantly berating him#but they're girls huh#jon wouldn't turn down a trip through space bc he has to leave without damian#damian would sell jon for a bag of chips and some change#that doesn't mean they don't love each other#they're. brothers with an age gap. cousins#damian wayne#jon kent#dc
