degrassi really set marisol up to be hated by fandom but in doing so they made her easily one of the most entertaining and unintentionally comedic characters in the whole show. if you hate her that is a complete L on your part and you need to learn to have fun

#degrassi #marisol lewis #ok that last part is a slash j slash lh #but srsly she is so fun and cute and entertaining #and i cant believe how hated she is #but ig 90% of the degrassi fandom cares more about the morality of characters over entertainment value #hence why i see barely any appreciation for the comedic genius of hunter or peter #but even then marisol is not near the level of Bad Person as so many people make her out to be #shes done maybe one Objectively horrible thing #which is NOTHING compared to other characters in the show #but everyone acts like shes Worlds Worst Person for doing something people would girlbossify in someone like paige or s7! holly j #both of whom i love btw but its frustrating when marisol is treated like a scumbag #when she really isnt all that bad. shes hilarious and so fun and society will heal when people open their eyes #to the brilliance of 'its hawaiian night at lil miss steaks everyones getting LEI-ED'
