note: i was supposed to do kazuha first but. i wanted to try out scaramouche and it went well ?? kinda orz. anyways i might put scaramouche in my character list soon, depends if my writing perspective for him would actually be good. so pls tell me if it's actually accurate enough ;;;;

don't expect that a lot of cute things would happen in your relationship. in fact, you should expect to have to deal with scaramouche's short temper. though his anger issues aren't that bad there's still times when you just eant him to shut the fuck up for once. the way he gets mad at the most smallest things, makes you a bit worried since he might have the tendency to actually explode once he reaches his limit.

with that, scaramouche surprisingly has good people skills. whenever you get into a fight with him, expect him to actually apologize properly. it's like he's a whole new person - the scaramouche with short temper that you've known for so long has simply gone from sight. with that, there's also times when scaramouche switches up completely. whenever he encounters a stranger and approaches them, a whole facade is to be shown. like, didn't he just almost break a chair this morning due to him getting mad at his subordinate?

but no matter how frustrating it is to deal with scaramouche at times, he's still a guy who's getting used to relationships and bonds. scaramouche is aware of his… habits. however, old habits die hard, no? so he needs time. he didn't expect to get a relationship in the first place - let alone catch feelings at all. just one day, he wanted your attention more often. i think we all know how it went down from there, no?

he does enjoy spending time with you. he doesn't care how - he rather waste time with you than hearing childe chatter about his fights that he clearly wasn't interested in. though he questions how you can handle his co-worker yourself, were you that used to it? then again scaramouche rambles about a lot of shit as well. surely there isn't a difference?

"i told you that you should've taken at least two of my subordinates with you." scaramouche sighed, checking you for any more wounds that you accidentally got. "i'm fine. at least i survived, no?" you replied. "well, what if you didn't?" he asked back - raising an eyebrow at you with his arms crossed. you didn't know how to reply, you asked yourself as well:

you couldn't answer the question as well. "forget it. let's just treat your wounds already." he said as he started cleaning the wound before applying the antibiotic to it. you flinched at the painful shock - looking away to calm yourself down. "does it hurt?" scaramouche asked. you gave him a nod, and he started to apply the medication gentler than he did a few moments ago.

not too long after, your wounds were finally getting patched up.

"the next time you're going out on a mission, be more careful. i don't want you dying on a stupid group of hilichurls." scaramouche said as he started putting back the things he used to treat you. "then again i could just accompany you myself-"

"i'd rather go on my own instead of hearing your endless rambles about tartaglia not shutting the fuck up whenever you work with him." you cut him off. "thank you for treating me, by the way. it's appreciated." you continued, giving him a small peck on the cheek before exiting the room.

"wait get back here!"
