sometimes i think that ooooo ffxiv is so chill ooooooo (esp compared to some other medias out there) but NO ... (for the most part yes maybe. i think. but ALSO ..........)

AND SO MANY OTHERS#ZENOS LITERALLY DOING THAT IN STB. arr including so many not-very-innocent things. starting from the LITERAL first dungeon#varis gets me so much bcs MAN. and then the fact that it was all his son. the 'monster' he raised. the 'weapon' he created.#no spoilers btw so dw but yeah this is Vague#sometimes i think xiv is chill for the most part excluding ofc the obvious stuff w shb and enw but dear lord#there were multiple people jumping or falling off cliffs back in arr already#and EDDA poor edda. and she randomly pops up in city states for a second. and then disappears.#the whole of palace of the dead ........ dear god#yk sometimes i see people being like Eh w enw's equivalent to shb w the oh god they go bye bye#but i think . okay shb had more poetry and dark beauty to it ?? but enw was just simply like. oh fuck. oh no.#bcs the game establishes that people go back to the lifestream when they die! and that life is a cycle! i am using vague terms here btw#but then enw just. fucking. does that. and it's horrible (in a good story way)#idk man those scenes just kinda stick in my head a lot#fandaniel as a whole is pretty dark but more in a theatre way so i don't think he really counts here#but i LOVE him. so much.
