#dw shit #like i agree with the sentiment actually #when moffat left i was just glad i could try the show out again #i'd never heard of chibbs before #but i know a bunch of ppl who liked broadchurch a lot whose opinions i trusted so i was optimistic #didn't really think about it #(was absolutely not living anywhere even near the dw fandom back then)#but lol after years of people claiming their criticism was on Principle when clearly it was just weaponsiing #the optics of being diverse #now that the next white guy they hired is one they like it's ~crickets #That's what gets my goat
