coming to the conclusion that ideas do not strike when i want them to and sit down to think, but when i'm doing something else
#in the middle of a workshop on designing your own knitwear and was suddenly having mercelot thoughts#and now i have a title (a line from malory) and a rough idea of a plot (also inspired by an episode in malory featuring his lancelot)#and the thrumming excitement that i haven’t had for a little while with writing :D#but yeah to think i was tying myself in knots yesterday over being unable to get a concrete idea for a fic#and then today one just lands in my lap#you'd think i'd learn to chill but nope :')#anyway#personal#lit talks#still got a merwaincelot fic ticking over in the background that's currently just shy of 14k atm too#we're all good
