Really enjoying whole cake island big mom arc because it actually feels quite tense imo
#like???? half the team isn't even there and their struggling so hard and are in a constant state of losing ground#luffy pulling new forms n moves n still can't beat them all#nami getting more involved in fights than usual but it's not enough#sanji accepting defeat?!?!?!?!?! don't blame him cuz the cards are ready not in his favour rn#but still I'm sat there >:0#i think part of it is the upgrade from shichibukai to yonkou#and I'm still not sure that I'm sold on sanjis whole new back story but I'm defo not bored whilst watching#and that counts for smthn lol#i think the luffy vs sanji in the field episode was really well done classic one piece content#idk I'm enjoying myself watching one piece and it's nice to reawaken the old fixations#i really wanna rewatch thriller bark tbh it keeps getting lil references n oooooooooh i could just really enjoy seeing that arc ya know??#butive got hundreds of episodes to go that i havent seen yet so even if the slow pacing does annoy me#im keep watching new stuff#its just fun to go back to my roots i was originally a one piece blog op live action really got to me lmaoooooo
