The very first thing Arthur did when he arrived in town, after being forced to sit through the bonkers ass orientation at Town Hall, was ask around for Bri. He was determined to find his Baby Doll god damn it. After hours of searching, he let out a breath of relief upon finally spotting her. "Bri," he called out, before rushing up to Briana and swooping her up into a spinning hug.

"I swear people don't know how to walk down the street these days," She said, followed by a light huff as she finally made in past the gawkers taking in the town's halloween decorations all around them. "But, that aside, what do you think?" She asked, holding up a poster and invitations she had spent hours designing for Cabaret's debut. "I figured what kind of Musical speakeasy establishment would we be without an official playbill-esque poster to represent the theme of the first month?"

I have so much love for the way Saga just slips into being silly even when she's firmly on-task. She comes up with bad puns and peps herself up with positive self-talk and really seems to want to think the best of even the strangest of people, she's very emotional and deeply compassionate, and it sucks to watch her go through terrible things for essentially the crime of being kind of nosy.

A harsh reality check had been over due and Jonah felt it strongly as he lay on the hospital bed while doctors and nurses fluttered about. To not know had been bliss but the pain he felt, the bloody wounds that needed cleaning ever so frequently and the mental image of a wolf leaping towards him could not have been avoided no matter how much he had needed it to be.

A consistent clicking noise stirred him awake, something he tried to ignore but as it continued he groaned a little, blinking slowly taking in his surroundings. Every bit drowsy and still groggy from the pitiful sleep and drugs still in his system, disorientation struck hard when he noted the bed he was in was piled with pillows and the room... "Am I dead?" he muttered to himself as he looked around. He was in a room now. Not thinking straight he went to rub at his eye with the palm of his hand and immediately winced in pain, "Ahhh.. fuck..." Bandaged. The dull throbs made him want to rub at it again to ease it but he couldn't do that without also making it worse. Only when he sat up did he realise he wasn't alone. "Bri? Where am I?"
