This one's easy - my absolute favourite AU is currently @crazy-walls' young!Cotta AU (you're pulling the trigger all wrong on ff.de/ao3) and anyone who hasn't yet should definitely go and read it (and leave a comment?). Least favourite is somewhere around sci-fi/fantasy and soulmates. Oh, and any a/b/o is an absolute no-go for me.
