On day 3 of our #CalisthenicsTrainingRetreatwe got an early sunrise beach warm up and mobility session in before breakfast and a little ring training, picked fresh fruits right outside the kitchen, had an amazing lunch with the freshest foods, got our first handstand session in, enjoyed the wildlife, sunset surfing, and played with blackie the local dog all before dinner and just before the #CalisthenicsRetreat slowly turned into an #UnoRetreat!
