Working on a handmade art journal. I be teaching how to make journals to children in our town made possible by #cameroncountyrecreationcenter. We will be using cereal boxes for the cover and heavy brown paper bags for the pages. We will be painting, gluing, cutting from magazines and using our creativity to enjoy the process! I have been teaching a class each summer for the past three years. I so happy to be a part of bringing my love of art to children. The front cover will read "Make the world a better place before handing it to the next generation" Of course as always they are encouraged to use their own imagination to make their project their own. I'm excited to see what they create! I hope to load a YouTube video on how to make this journal.
