NO PURCHASE, ENTRY FEE OR CONTRIBUTION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The NATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY MONTH CANON SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is void where prohibited by law and is sponsored by B & H Foto & Electronics Corp., 440 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10001 (B&H or “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or Canon in any way.

Entry Period/Methods of Entry. The Sweepstakes will run from Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 9:00AM EST until Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 11:59PM EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are void. Enter the Sweepstakes via either one of the following methods: (1) Comment on National Photography Month Canon Sweepstakes post featured on Instagram, follow @bhphoto on Instagram, and share the B&H sweepstakes post to users Instagram story (2) Send an email containing your name, address, and phone number, with “National Photography Month Canon Sweepstakes” in the subject field to bhphotochallenge@bhphoto.com (either option an “Entry”). Entries must not, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries deemed by Sponsor to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Winner Selection/Prizes/Odds. On May 31,, 2023, at 12:00PM EST, the B&H Social Team will randomly select one (1) winner from among all eligible Entries (“Winner”). The Winner will receive one (1), Canon EOS R10 Mirrorless Camera with 18-45mm Lens, B&H item number CAER101845, having retail value of $ 899.00. No cash or other substitutions will be offered. Winner selection is in the sole and absolute discretion of the B&H Social Team. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

Identity of Winners/Eligible Participants. The Winner will be announced in the comments of the post on the platform where the entry occurred and the winner will be notified through a reply to their winning comment, or through the email account provided with an email entry. An email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the internet access or online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any issues regarding the identity of the Winner shall be resolved by Sponsor in their sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States are at least eighteen (18) years of age on their entry date and is not open to employees of Sponsor, their immediate family, any person domiciled with such employees, or any affiliates or subsidiaries of Sponsor.

Entry Ownership/Entrant Agreements. Entrants retain full ownership and copyrights to their Submission. However, by entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants grant Sponsor an irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate their Entry for any purpose, including commercial use, in any media formats now known or hereinafter devised and through any media channels now existing or hereinafter created, in perpetuity.
