#fragrancereview ~ Cape Heartache by Imaginary Authors {2013} My third from the artistic house that is @imaginaryauthors and to date, my favorite from their unusual creations. Cape Heartache is a piney-green and woody fragrance with a fruity accord. It's reminiscent of a damp wet forest, woody, coniferous, yet oddly sweet thanks to the artistic infusion of that juicy Strawberry note that redefines this fragrance and sets it apart from all others I have ever sampled. It's clearly unisex though not versatile, however that is to be expected of all Imaginary Authors creations. It feels like it was created for adventurers who do not conform to the norm yet appreciate the brilliance of its unique earthy composition. Sillage is quite good but this is no projection monster. It will turn heads all day long and capture hearts when it dries down on your skin. This is what artistic perfumery should smell like!
