Crona always struck me as someone too scared for intimacy

Like definitely aroace but is actually repulsed by the idea of being intimate with a person. They're happy with friends but dont want anything more because they find it too complicated of emotions and don't want/have the capsity mentally to deal with it.

I dunno about Maka, though. I actually never thought about her all that much (she was not a character I favoured tbh). I could see her on the spectrum, though. Maybe bi.

Reading all these story i think this is super important for myself I have a select few of these realtionships that are like this ex:

When I was around 12-13 (6-7th grade) for context I was a very lonely kid with only a few friends and was not very well liked at school. because of this me and my small group of friends would always try to avoid the lunch room in any way possible. pretty early into 6th grade a friend of mine had been pretty close to the orchestra teacher at our school. so bc of that we talked about our lunch sedules to see if it lined up and a lot of times it did so almost every day we would go to the orchstra room for lunch and I got to be very close with the orchestra teacher and learned quite a bit about string instruments and she would listen to my weird rants about what ever hyperfixation i had at the time. Mind you I didnt even take orchestra in any capsity or picked up any string type instrument. later into the year as we got closer she had started to put me into orchestra events (even with her school club) as a singer (at the time I had been doing choir for many years) from mid 6th grade to 7th grade I sang and helped with many events for orchrstra. and honesty that was such a learnjng Moment for me and helped shape who I am today. during my middle school years I had gone through a lot my best friend bwing abusive, finding out im hoh, a sexuality crisis, and declining mental health and because of a multitude of reason a lot to do with being nuerodivgent I had to leave that school but for that small section of time at lunch everyday that was the only thing helping me get through it all . to this day I am forever greatful for this opportunity and also to this teacher for single handely making my middle school experience a little less horrible.

here’s a thought: the reason why adult/minor friendships are looked upon with suspicion, and the reason why adults with minor friends are accused of being predatory or having bad intentions, is because we think that minors don’t have anything of value to offer adults that isn’t sex/a relationship. it’s a continuation of the way adults devalue minors and their perspectives and contributions to the world.
